Cool hotel, the staff really wants to please, the hotel area is comfortable and very well-groomed, the animation is at a high level, you will not be bored, because of the drawbacks only the tired rooms and their very bad cleaning

The best rixos in Antalya are fun and the meals are lovely.

The hotel was outstanding as was the staff and the service and the hygiene was first class .The food quality was out of this world and the choice of food was the biggest selection I ve ever seen and nothing was too much trouble .
We did have a few problems my husband is disabled and there was only one disabled toilet available by the pool and that was in the gents toilet but I couldn t get in too help him so that meant we had to go back to the room which was quite a long way to use the toilet.
All the staff on the ground were great but the staff on the reception made us feel very uncomfortable like being disabled was a bad smell like they wanted us out of the way this also happened in the restaurant sometimes our plates were taken before we had finished it felt like we were an embarrassment and this was my husband s last holiday as he s terminally ill.Also two girls saw he was disabled and walked away and wouldn t take our dirty plates this happened regularly none of the other waiters had a problem in fact most were absolutely wonderful to him and couldn t have been more helpful but making him feel uncomfortable was unpleasant when he was already embarrassed enough.
I mentioned twice that our air conditioning was flashing and bleeping all night it did it for the whole 2 weeks!!
Despite the hiccups we met a lovely guy Turgut Ates he issued towels and looked after the sun beds he went above and beyond every day without neglecting his duties to help me get my husband comfortable and brought water to him regularly and assisted me with lifting on and off the sun bed giving him a lovely time in the sun .He also gave up his own time to take us to the Land of Legends hotel one evening and show us around was a great host he did the hotel proud .
Once again almost all of the staff were outstanding they made the holiday maybe the ones behind the desk need to be more like them .
It it a truly wonderful hotel I would recommend it to anyone who is not disabled.

What ever you do do not go in the pools.
My 7month old got rotavirus and was hospitalised for 6 nights. We then were given a not fit to fly for 3 months.
The Dr they have at the hotel should be sacked. As he gave my son medication that is meant for adults.
Not worth it

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days, we will leave in the morning isha, vomiting woke up. He was diagnosed with severe food poisoning and the serum was inserted. My wife and I were in the hospital for 3 days, repeatedly inserted serum.

The sea of Belek is very bad. A blurred water doesn't give you any fun. Evening shows are less quality than before. In the main restaurant, you can not find a place to sit and have a chance to find a wide range of Arab families. Too bad the lack of an aqua park. Foods are good

Rixos Priom Black Hotel is excellent, luxurious and huge in frenzy. The resort is perfect for all, including huge pools, a huge water park in the hotel spa services, luxury shops and a variety of crazy restaurants and all inclusive included. The hotel chain belongs to the amazing Rixos that every hotel belonging to the network is an empire in Pano itself. To be in the hotel for a week and not have time to enjoy what Lamelom has to offer. It is highly recommended !!

We stayed with our family and were very satisfied, we liked the kitchen very much, the buffet was great, we stayed in detached houses, we liked very much. The employees were very friendly and interested. We are very pleased with the Rixy Gaming Club, thanks to the whole team. Thank you the waiters were very concerned. The sea was perfect. I have stayed in many hotels in this segment. I even stayed at Voyage Sorgun before (relatively two clicks below this hotel) and left there and settled in Rixos Belek. Sorry, I was disappointed. Although the rixos tekirova I stayed in 2018 was cheaper, it was better in many aspects. The hotel is crowded, the number of sunbeds is very insufficient both in the pool and in the sea. I am sorry to say that we spread towels on the grass on 2 days of the holiday, we collected sunbeds from right to left ... We say we should sit outdoors because of Covid, there is an incredibly angry place in the main restaurant. In fact, we passed the open air the first night and even found a difficult place indoors. Foreign tourists do not abide by the measures of covid, which the hotel has nothing to do. Generally, the staff is well-intentioned and diligent (except for alacarte) but there is a synchronization problem. There is no drink at meals, you get angry when the time passes, then 2 come etc .. The service at the pool is very insufficient, I do not know if there is service to the beach. The only main pool of the hotel is very large, it responds to the number of people comfortably, but this segment is a relax pool, sea water pool, adult pool etc. Isn't there any pool in a different concept location? Plus, would there be only one place serving open air in the facility built on 300 acres ??? Isn't it a 24-hour restaurant? We were glad that our room was facing east, so I said we could see both land and sea, unfortunately we could not use the balcony because of the grill smell and ventilation noise. We liked the dishes in Ala carte. Especially the fish was very good. But they are also in the soldier mode, where the staff of the polatl artillery brigade have 15 days to discharge, yes they are respectful but they encourage them not to ask for anything. We had come to the hotel in the summer season in 2015 before. We looked for the taste of rixos on every holiday. We came again this year to have a winter holiday this time. The friendly attitude of the staff from the very first day makes us say this place again. We especially thank Okan to the restaurant section. However, one click more care should be taken in room cleaning. Thanks to everyone, hope to come again.

Amazing and completely different experience to stay in Rixos Premium Belek

The hotel is saved by a chic large area. And so before the premium hotel does not reach. Room cleaning disgusting. You can wait until 16 o'clock until the cleaning lady comes. The beach was beautiful.Food Court was nice and airy. You can have a nice time in the seating areas. The sea is sandy because we can not say very transparent. A beautiful landscape with a lot of green space awaits you in the hotel

Luxurious and tastefully appointed hotel. All inclusive, nice food and drinks. Beautiful park, wonderful beach, great swimming pools, even heated outdoors one. Lot of interesting activities. Live music in the evening. Comfortable rooms with nice views. Staff is friendly and helpful, speaks at least three languages: Turkish, Russian and English. Planned to stay for three days but extended for another two.

Best hotel experience I had in my life. Outstanding facilities with great service all over the place. Should be a destination in your summer holidays.

Nice and tidy place including excellent and flexible service. Lot of activities available for visitors. Rixos Belek area is nice and pools are good, one big outdoor pool is heated. Also hotel has own beach and possibility to swim in the sea. This hotel all-inclusive packet really gives value for money if you value excellent service, good food and premises which are in good condition. We had Deluxe garden view room-37m2 for 2 Adults. This experience is from week 15/2019.

Each of the dishes is at the highest level. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very comfortable. The employees are also very professional. I definitely recommend.

I had my anniversary last night and forgot to book a table at the ala carte restaurant! Met with Mert(Guest Relation Spvsr) at the beach bar and he kindly managed everything for me. Great service we had in Turkish restaurant from Faik. Great personality...He really serves with care.
The day after, at the beach bar I met with a gentlemen( can t remember the name but he had long beard) who took care of my special order again with a great care
