The resort in general was great. Very welcoming staff. The resort as a whole is huge. A lot of activities for all ages. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were very friendly, we just had to communicate mostly using hand gestures. The food was good and plentiful. The resort in general was clean, esp for the number of people there. The rixy club for children was good and for many different ages. The waitors service was mostly good except during meal times in the main restaurant. Finding a table at dinner time was also frustrating, it was just really full.. The rooms were modern, though not the cleanest, they felt a bit used and becoming worn out. The house keeping wasnt good either, maybe from all the work load.. they just emptied the two of the three trash cans and made the beds, after being asked to more than three times.The staff REALLY needs to learn english.. what kind of a 5 star resort doesnt have a requirement of their staff to know english, there was also a receptionist that didnt know turkish.. we are in Turkey. It was also crowded, but i guess all good resorts are, esp. In season. Also the pools were all freezing, including the childrens pools.
