We made reservation for three nights. But, unfortunately my wife had health issues. Thats way, we had to leave 1 night early. When we asked for the refound for 1 night we coudnt stay, they said that we should call call center. We called rixos call center and after talked with at least six person. They did not give refound for 1 night we could not stay. Why we paid for night we did not stay!
