Would have given 5 starts hadn't the pools were kind of dirty most of the time, they needed thorough vaccuming of their bottom floors which wasn't done daily. And also handn't there been a few miscommunications about our reservations. It is understood that such things may happen due to the huge amount of guests, but still, such things count when you are rating. I did not take into account a disgruntled lady employee which was giving a hard time to guests and moking them in local language at the pastry shop, given that the vast majority of other employees were excellent.
