The worst experience. Will never use them again. Still not completed, two weeks as of tomorrow. Small bathroom. Promise after promise...never kept. BEWARE!

Excellent customer service!!! They are right there to greet you when you come through the door.

Riverchase Carpet did hardwood and carpet in my house. The design consultant matched everything exactly like it should be. Installers did a great job. When all the bids were in, Riverchase was the lowest price and installed a better grade of hardwood and carpet. Thanks for a great job.

Jessica was a delight to work with. She was an expert in both LVP and carpet, both of which we were wanting in our home. She was VERY patient and very sweet. We definitely recommend working with her. The flooring installers were very professional, showed up on time and were very careful with all of our furniture and belongings. They made sure my husband knew what we needed to do to properly protect and clean the floors. There was a minor mistake that my husband had to call about and they came out immediately and fixed it the very next day. We will definitely use them again in the future!

We used Riverchase Carpet for our last 2 office moves. Professional and courteous staff, great price, prompt and clean installation. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

These guys did a great job for us! We needed flooring for a music room. We went to several other companies and they gave us the best price. The installers were efficient and friendly. The gentleman that helped us came out that day to measure our room at no charge. We're about to use them to refinish our hardwood floors. I would highly recommend them!

It has been over a week since the estimate was done and I have to heard back from anyone. I guess they don't want my money. Taking my money elsewhere.

Riverchase Carpet and Flooring did a great job on our den. We are now in the market the re-floor our entire house. I went to Riverchase Flooring on Saturday and requested an estimate. I was told someone would be in touch with me at the first of the week. It is Wednesday evening and I haven't received one phone call. Apparently, they are selective in who they serve. I will spend my money with a company that actually responds to their customers. I will not bother with a company that doesn't bother with me.

Scheduled an estimate for Saturday morning. When no one showed, I called to see what the problem might be. No one knew, so they said they'd get in touch with Carlos - allegedly their "best" flooring guy. Two hours later, still nothing, so I call back to get "Oh, I was just about to call you back", in addition to more of the same rhetoric. Waited another 3 hours before calling back again and asking whether someone else could come out instead of Carlos. "Sure... we'll send Alfredo". Day ended the same way it began - no responses, no call backs, no Carlos, no Alfredo, no apologies.

If you can't count on someone to do something as simple as show up when they say they will, you're taking a much bigger risk in contracting them to do actual work. Buyer beware.

If you are looking for hardwood flooring don't waste your money and go somewhere else. My husband and I had Riverchase install hardwood flooring in our bedroom a few years ago. After one month the boards started to stick where they had not put down enough glue. We called them out and they attempted to "fix" the problem by drilling holes in the new wood and pumping in glue. Considering there were multiple problem areas, you can imagine how those holes aren't exactly pleasing to the eye. Not to mention there are still places that stick. This brings me to present day where me and my husband once again tried to give Riverchase a chance by putting hardwood in a new room and had hoped to fix our bedroom as it still has issues with sticking. After speaking/meeting with a salesperson who was nothing but rude every single time my husband spoke with him,we are officially looking elsewhere.

I reached out to Riverchase Carpet to help me determine the best solution for covering the stairs from my kitchen to my basement. The carpet that had come with the house had been destroyed by our pets and through wear and tear from traffic to and from the garage. My salesperson Jo helped me find the right grade of carpet that had a great look but that could withstand the traffic. I received a fair price and the work was done quickly. The men who came to do the installation were friendly and thorough as well.

Great price. Great selections of hardwood flooring. Friendly and professional installers. Our sales person, Regina Pilkington, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. She kept us updated through the whole process. Would definitely use them again!

Our experience was fine until the job was completed and we paid them in full. Our only issue is that we had several boxes of unopened flooring left over. We have called and emailed Riverchase Carpet & Flooring to see if we could return the unused boxes and get refunded but gotten no response. We cannot get a manager on the phone or a return email.

Let me start by saying I have not purchased anything from their store. Regardless of that, Ms Diana went above and beyond to help me figure out what type of floor I have in my home, the warranty info for it, and if I need to apply sealer or polish on it.

There are very few people like her. She genuinely cared about me spending money that I didn t need to spend and provided accurate information while knowing she has nothing to gain from the time she spends on my issues.

Thank you Riverchase Carpet and flooring for having excellent customer service, and having people like Ms Diana who go the extra mile.

I recommend everyone to use this company for any of their flooring needs.
