The moment of delivery was a party. After all the administration, in which the road tax, insurance and the parking permit were arranged by Mr van der Noord, a bunch of flowers was handed over and the new car was waiting under a blanket for unveiling. Nicely done!

Had a bad experience on the advice of seller Freddy signed quickly, asked if there is no nice action coming soon. Cheaters, racist people, Poor customer service. Beware stay away from these people as they will cheat customers to make money. I had a very bad experience with them. Never go to this showroom for service, they make false promise, they are interested only in your money.

My partner and I came to this car dealer, by appointment, to take a test drive. After a journey of half an hour we are called by the seller with the message that the car has been sold and that we have a breakdown. After some bewilderment I finally went into the store to get another story. The man showed a very disinterested attitude and continued to hide behind their policies. Eventually, the branch manager joined. This man was friendly and said he found it an unpleasant situation. All in all an unpleasant experience and I will not be going back that soon.

It has lot of Renault , Fiat and Nissan cars and looks like good in condition but not budget cars or wide variety of other manufacturers which is available in market plaats

Problem with the light switch, could be helped right away. Very friendly staff and good communication. I solved my problem within an hour and immediately sucked my car! That's service again.

Renault Amstelveen can not be trusted. They give wrong information to customers, then they say that they can not find who said that (says Erik), probably communication with personnel is not good, the debt was sent back to me, staff manager did not have time I take to ask who of his staff give wrong information. I think that is not very customer-friendly, the phone was the last to hang itself, I think that goes too far. Antipathic establishment. something extra, something extra, we can no longer judge on their site. To ensure that the feedback stays with a good rating of 4.9. I think faint. Self illegal.
