If you are looking for hardwood flooring don't waste your money and go somewhere else. My husband and I had Riverchase install hardwood flooring in our bedroom a few years ago. After one month the boards started to stick where they had not put down enough glue. We called them out and they attempted to "fix" the problem by drilling holes in the new wood and pumping in glue. Considering there were multiple problem areas, you can imagine how those holes aren't exactly pleasing to the eye. Not to mention there are still places that stick. This brings me to present day where me and my husband once again tried to give Riverchase a chance by putting hardwood in a new room and had hoped to fix our bedroom as it still has issues with sticking. After speaking/meeting with a salesperson who was nothing but rude every single time my husband spoke with him,we are officially looking elsewhere.
