Let me start by saying I have not purchased anything from their store. Regardless of that, Ms Diana went above and beyond to help me figure out what type of floor I have in my home, the warranty info for it, and if I need to apply sealer or polish on it.

There are very few people like her. She genuinely cared about me spending money that I didn t need to spend and provided accurate information while knowing she has nothing to gain from the time she spends on my issues.

Thank you Riverchase Carpet and flooring for having excellent customer service, and having people like Ms Diana who go the extra mile.
