I went to Louman today because my outlet was broken, they looked at it right away and indeed, it was loose. Within half an hour they had welded it on again and I didn't have to pay anything. Super fast and top service!

The seller was great and I was overjoyed with my Toyota. How it goes since in the garage is really a lot less. Difficult to reach, a help desk that says very different things than in the 'case', towering quotations, which can suddenly become much cheaper if you keep asking questions. I asked for a quote for tires and I simply received an amount over the voicemail. I don't like it, because I can't compare anything and I don't know what is included or not. In that respect Toyota can learn a lot from the great service and accessibility and information readiness of KwikFit.
Awesome experience in getting our new Toyota Corolla Hatch today. Great great salesmanship by Mr Rogier Rompa my verkoopadviseur at Louwman. It took me a long time to get my license due to the pandemic, 3 months infact. But Mr Rompa patiently waited and kept calling me to check in on the status every 2 weeks and kept my interest up in the car by sending me brochures, videos.
The final day delivery experience was highlighted by a teaser video the day before and even with the pandemic rules "houd 1.5" , he explained every little detail over a nice cup of cappuccino, a box of goodies, picture and he waved us good bye as we drove away.
Thank you Rogier ... all the very best !!! and keep safe !!!!
This dealer location is really not recommended. You are just a number, especially if you come from far and have put your hand drawing. They do not know service and customer focus. Commercially also very bad. There will never be a car again. Very bad !!
Fine sellers but unfortunately that is just a snapshot. Because after that you come into contact with the failing service organization. I have the feeling that the current success of the current models has become too much for this dealer. The delivery of our new car had to be followed up with 6 repair agreements. The workshop looks like the practice room of a ROC car engineering ....
In the end we went to another dealer where everything was solved in an appointment. This was emphatically not a Louwman dealer. No idea what is wrong, but after being a loyal customer for 10 years, we still no longer drive Toyota through Louwman. Given the other negative reviews, we are no exception.
(A Response from owner after more than 2 months completely matches our image of this dealer)
When trading in, they make extremely low bids on the car to be exchanged with their own occasion site (1-2-3 car), to show this to the customer. And that while saying that it wants to trade openly and honestly.
I have been coming there for years on every turn and all repairs. It is always exactly in accordance with the agreements, of course it can happen that the work ends once, but that is everywhere and you have to calculate a bit. Thanks to this team, my Camry is still in very good condition even though it is from 1997 and has already run more than 520,000 km, Thanks !!
After we were initially positive about this garage, we must now adjust our opinion. Orally agreed that we would get a set of (second-hand) winter tires with our car as soon as they were back in stock. Then, months and many phone calls and emails later, the seller (Sander Heil) comes with the story that we would not get this at all, but that we could buy them for 200 euros. Nothing wrong with this and we feel cheated. A complaint with Toyota unfortunately does not help either. Pity!
Satisfied with the seller, the RAV4 to be purchased and the price! Dissatisfied about one thing, namely about the somewhat obscure determination of the trade-in value. The highest bid of 1700 euros for my old Toyota Corolla Verso came 'from Africa' according to the Louwman seller and is uncontrollable for me. Toyota dealer Gielen from Heythuysen offered for the same Verso just over 3000 euros, while the RAV that I had in mind there in terms of price was almost comparable to the RAV that I now bought at Louwman. I did not accept Gielen's better offer, especially because Heythuysen is too far for me (340 km. Vv) for possibly. warranty work, maintenance, etc.
Called and booked an appointment for a normal maintenance service. Changed my plans to be there for the service and when arrived they couldn't find my appointment. They had all my personal data but not the appointment and they didn't care about it.
Pff, what a clumsy and unfriendly staff. MOT was delayed for days and that was communicated late and without compensation. Subsequently, there was also no follow-up to my request for appraisal. If I want to come back for that later ...
There is free WiFi, I went there between 3-5 o'clock that is a reason why I used only WiFi but from network speed I can tell you there is enough specialists even for you.
I have my lease car serviced here. Very pleasant service and they send reminders or updates via SMS. Very good and professional staff at handling administration and the technicians do a very good job. Also nice waiting area and made completely corona proof.
With the nice and new cars in the pretty salon works super friendly staff (what is usual but ... they work on sundays until 5 pm On Saturday we came 2 min. Before closing at 6 pm they normally called us inside, parked our car at the entrance. .cloud salon ... offered a nice coffee and juice and half an hour to answer countless questions and show whatever we wanted. For the old car they offered 2-3 x more than what they would get anywhere (just to get it off the road I guess ) and another 2000 because you are buying the same brand. It is not negligible. Not a pleasant surprise.
The service is expensive and below expectations. I asked to get the inside of the car cleaned. Also there was a small mark in the rear and asked for a small touch of repaint. It has been charged in the bill although it was not done properly.
Very good service from Mr. Rogier Rompa. Honest and service oriented. If a toyota wants to buy this gentleman, he helps you very well. Only the workshop does not always provide the service to your satisfaction.Gr, Robert Hassankhan
You also get excellent service if your Toyota is 12 years old and you want to replace a defective low beam headlight quickly. That happened despite great crowds within 40 minutes and thanks to the Toyota Louwman service pass also free. Tribute!
I've been trying to call and email this company for 5 days, but I can't get a person on the line. Telephone number and details have already been entered twice because they will contact you as soon as possible ... but nobody will call back. If you get hold of someone from a general number, they will try to call them internally, but will also not get hold of anyone. It is urgent so I ask if she can arrange for me to be called back ... but she cannot guarantee that ..... You can expect this kind of service in the Congoo. As a customer you certainly do not feel like a king at Louwman. You feel ignored and not taken seriously. I have something else to do than call every day. A good company takes the work out of the customer's hands. Louwman does the opposite. This is the last time.
What a k.t garage. You come by appointment for something small where you can wait, according to telephone, but once there it suddenly goes no more. Lost customer.
I was allowed to pick out a new car for lease. Went to several garages for a mid-class SUV. Great that almost all brands are together in Amsterdam southeast.
I have been helped with this Toyota dealer. Being able to take a test drive several times and I don't think sales are aggressive. Partly for that reason decided to go for the RAV4.
Discriminatory staff, avoid that place if you are an expat. I was refused to take a test drive because I'm Polish. I was basically treated as a potential thief because of my nationality. Other car dealers didn't have any problems with my Polish driving licence when I arranged test drives.
Nice staff, location is pretty good too, enough models to choose from. Major issue is getting in touch through phone which is next to impossible. Downgraded from 5 to 3 stars. Shame on you Louwman!
Louwman Amsterdam Zuidoost has customer-friendly service advisors (Marc). The quality of the workplace, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. I came there for a complete small turn and mounting door windshields on my C-HR. They had forgotten to clean the air conditioning and the odor treatment was also not carried out. The purchased fire extinguisher and hammer were not mounted. The windshields were skewed and cracked when the windows were closed. Cleaning fluid also ended up in the window cavity, making the windows very difficult to close. Following escalation with the manager (Harry), urgent action was taken on this. The windshields were removed free of charge, the amount still needs to be refunded. The accessories were also neatly assembled. The windows were sprayed with silicone spray to eliminate the extra friction. The forgotten air conditioning cleaning and odor treatment were also done. One of the window rubbers was damaged when removing the windshields. A follow-up appointment was also planned for this. The window rubber was also replaced free of charge. When picking up the car, the right front door appeared to be scratched in no less than 4 places. Again, a follow-up appointment was immediately planned at a damage repair company, the repair was carried out free of charge. Looking back on my experience with Louwman Amsterdam Southeast, I get the feeling that the service advisors are doing their utmost to satisfy the customers. No solution is one too many, you will always be welcomed with a smile and you will be answered very kindly and patiently. The workplace, on the other hand, has left a rather sloppy and negligent impression on me. The engineers also just sit in the car in dirty work clothes to name a few. And these are the things I can see, hopefully they have done better under the hood. In total I drove back and forth 8 times, 6 of which were completely unnecessary.
Since the 19th of March, I have been waiting for information from Amsterdam Zuid-Oost regarding the extension of the warranty for my Toyota car. The employer of that salon promised to send me the information (cost and the procedure) the next day, but it never happened. On the 25th of March, I have sent them a reminder via chat (because my current warranty expires today), and I have received an answer that it will be provided to me within 24h. Which did NOT happen? I have reached out to you via chat AGAIN and I have received the same answer, that I will be contacted soon and it did not happen. It looks like you are purposefully delaying the procedure to make my warranty expire. This is outrageous! Definitely not recommended!
Following Leads is not the strength side. After having reacted online several times via various web pages on which a Volvo S40 with registration number 94-PD-RJ was offered, I did not receive any response.
Unfortunately, I myself have to note that this car is no longer for sale. A message that this car was sold and: or that there is an alternative, would have been desirable. For me a reason not to buy a car here.
Rogier Rompa you are the "Joe Girard" of Toyota and Netherlands. Hats off to your special salesmanship, your suggestions and guidance to help us arrive at our decision to buy the car today. First car seen + First test drive + Rogier Rompa = 1 car sold for Toyota Louwman Amsterdam Zuidoost. This all achieved within 3 hrs. He and his showroom team extended their duty on a Sunday by 30 mins just to see that all our questions are answered and we are ultimately a satisfied customer.
We hope that our relationship will continue forever and we get better prices and discounts for future deals.
Impersonal, distant and not customer friendly. Toyotarijder, customer at various dealers for years. Bought my Toyota from Louwman Beverwijk, nice staff, friendly reception. In Amsterdam you are a number, a bicycle is in a bad condition, half empty tire, without lock, rusty rims! Wait a long time before the garage rings and wait again upon arrival. This service is not worthy of the brand! I am looking for another dealer for the next turn.
Toyota are great cars. But avoid this Toyota workshop. Their work is below standard and not conform standards. They mess up your car. They do not keep to their promises, they do now have own spare parts storage so get into logistic complications, the staff feel superior and always know why customer is not right. And to top it off.. they always try to milk you with extra services or hefty charges for small tasks. Be carefull here.
