Today brought our car to replace a rear light unit.
Also just looked in the showroom to possibly purchase a Rav4 hybrid.
In another showroom there would be 1 with few kms. Asked about this, but did not even see it! After asking what we are driving now we got the answer that this 2011 euro 5 diesel could not be exchanged ...... if we had it that far our car had to be sold privately and then come back again .. for specifications on consumption we just had to look on the internet. Too bad, missed opportunity for this garage. This while we were so satisfied with the Louwman claims department.

Professionally I was visiting the occasion department. The seller spoke to me kindly and immediately offered coffee. He knew that I would come to perform an independent inspection instead of a client on an occasion of his choice. At Louwman they have no problem with this, as well as an extensive test drive, no problem at all. The sellers are friendly and real car enthusiasts, they know what they are talking about and can flawlessly mention all the specifications of the cars. If they don't know certain things and questions, they say so too. The car to be inspected was ready and refueled, so I could drive away without problems. They also took care of the insurance and neatly mounted license plates in front and behind green traders. I also received the accompanying registration certificate. Everything according to the law and regulations. This gives a familiar feeling. After the extensive test drive of about 20 km, the car was neatly put on the lift bridge in front of me by the workshop manager, so that I could see the car in detail at the bottom, in order to be able to give an assessment of all vital components. I found a number of points, including a large steering ball and worn brake pads, and a number of points. The items found were then taken over 1 by 1 by the seller and noted on the purchase agreement. All in all a successful visit and laid back. There is a good atmosphere at Louwman Groningen, besides the Groningen branch I can tell you that the Louwman Stadskanaal branch has experienced the same experience before. A big ten for the Louwman group. Keep it up!

Three times Louwman Groningen earned money from us, admittedly, that is mainly due to our credulity and the hope that large garages can also be trusted. But we remain extremely sorry that we bought no less than two cars here.
A year and a half ago we bought a brand new Toyota Auris, a hybrid, for the environment. It was a deal on the edge, the seller offered a price for our old VW wave that did not really work out well enough for them; the roof box had to be removed. We did not mind that, because ugly, but still. In the sales conversation a few times were phrases like "if you have to change oil, or refilled water, do not go hannesses yourself, then you just come over here", and "if you need a turn, you'll just come across the garage here" , that you then also get an account for it, we did not understand that (again, amateurs in the car purchase area) on inquiry the person on the phone was very clear; if it is not on the sales invoice, it is not a deal.
When we move to a busier city after a year and we look for a smaller car, we are going to talk about selling our car back to Louwman, they offer about 17000 euros, but "you get a better deal if you have that smaller car at buy us ", we decide to do that, we buy a fiat 500, that better deal is a bit disappointing, we get 500 more for trade-in, but because there is a tiny scratch on the Toyota, 200 is still being pulled off. On the occasion fiat 500 is NOT ANY guarantee, do not you think that's weird? Yes, for 600 euros we can buy a kind of guarantee, but if you buy a second-hand car at a large garage, it is not strange to assume that a kind of guarantee is offered.
But what we mainly keep a bad taste about; in the conversation about selling / exchanging the Toyota explains the garage that they think the car for 19.500 to sell and that they therefore need the margin of 2000 (we offer 17000), if we later on the site look, state our old car, however, for 22500 !! 3000 euros more than they had indicated, when inquiring something comes along the lines of "yes, otherwise it is immediately bought by someone from randstad", yes and ?! We would have happily sold him for that 19500! But as I said, we feel more than ever suckers in the auto industry. At the first purchase the young salesman hammered on giving a good review, preferably 5 stars. The seller of the fiat by the way was a very nice person, Mr. Rob B, I hope he finds work quickly at a nicer garage ..
But short and good; Do not go to Louwman Groningen if you need a great Car sales experience!

Despite my few stars, I admit frankly that Louwman is a company that supplies excellent cars and the staff are very helpful and friendly. But .... if you want to buy an occasion you are obliged to take the most expensive service package (599 euros) on top of the amount that is requested for the car. The price of the used car is not correct. Shouldn't such packages be included in the price? I have now bought a comparable Yaris from a much smaller company for less than half the price that is asked net (without a service package) at Louwman. And it drives like a charm ...
Too bad Louwman, you are expensive, but the service is very good, so that can be placed. But those "packages" from which the buyer supposedly has a choice ..... that is simply not allowed? I find that a letdown!
Called and sent several emails about a Mercedes they offered for sale. Supposedly they would contact. I was seriously interested but had to drive 2.5 hours (in corona time) to come and have a look. They haven't even had the decency to respond. Apparently don't want to sell anything. Drove to a garage in the area for a similar car where they know how to deal with customers and where service is of paramount importance. So I bought a car there. I will never want to buy a car from them again.
Great garage company and good service and guarantee. Warranty is really warranty here.
Can I give 6 stars? If you are a regular customer here, the annual MOT is free and they also wash your car while you wait with a cup of coffee ...
What a great service, there was just a RAV 4 delivered to us in Maassluis the car was as described and the personal telephone conversation was excellent. You can really buy your car online if necessary.

You will be properly answered and assisted. Just like with other branded garages, I find this a bit expensive and waiting takes a long time. The location is a car boulevard on the outside of the city.

Good maintenance tips. Friendly staff, very helpful. Sometimes we have to wait a long time, but that is apparently necessary. Often good planning. And coffee plenty.
What a kutbedrijf I make an appointment for a recall due to air cleaner I get a day in advance a nice reminder of the appointment so I arrange that I come later to work and a second car with driver. I come in and sign up I am told that the part has not arrived yet and that I can go home again without concern !!!!!! My pants really drop from that. I therefore give this company a big inadequate !!!!!!!

Bad experience with louwman Groningen. Car was very poorly delivered and then had to go through a lot of whining and drama to get a promised SD card for the Navi. Protective cover for belt was also not made (agreed) should not be replaced by local Toyota dealer forced but self made. And just go on ff. It is for me once but never again.
Secure and professional staff. Toyota gives the good impression of being transparent. I'm still going to enjoy my Aygo occasion!

Recently I went to Louwman Groningen i.v.m. a recall for my Toyota. Immediately have a defective headlight replaced. I found the wait a bit long, but I am also very satisfied with the service provided. Clear report on the work performed and costs. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back here.
First meeting with Louwman Groningen for the maintenance of our car. A nice feeling on arrival and pleasant staff at the service desk of the workplace. We already had a very good experience with Louwman Heemskerk where our car comes from. But this location in Groningen is also great!

Prius bought second hand in venlo and now, after a few months of use, both rear lights are broken (old age). Made an appointment with Louwman who immediately replaced the lamps. When asked "what does this cost me" I was told that it costs nothing and that this was service. Well yes! Louwman has thus acquired my unconditional clandizie.

We have been coming here for years as a second generation. And every time we are positively surprised. Not only for the service and quality but also for the attention for your current car and person. And when they are ready, the car is ready for washing again.
- Learned a few things about the history of Toyota, including: the founder was called Toyoda. After extensive research, the name of the brand was changed to the more pronounceable 'Toyota'.
- Extensive stock, nicely priced used Lexus (up to two years old) viewed.
- Enjoyed a cup of coffee.
