Scheduled an estimate for Saturday morning. When no one showed, I called to see what the problem might be. No one knew, so they said they'd get in touch with Carlos - allegedly their "best" flooring guy. Two hours later, still nothing, so I call back to get "Oh, I was just about to call you back", in addition to more of the same rhetoric. Waited another 3 hours before calling back again and asking whether someone else could come out instead of Carlos. "Sure... we'll send Alfredo". Day ended the same way it began - no responses, no call backs, no Carlos, no Alfredo, no apologies.

If you can't count on someone to do something as simple as show up when they say they will, you're taking a much bigger risk in contracting them to do actual work. Buyer beware.
