Hard beds, but otherwise large beautiful rooms, large and spacious in the lobby and restaurant. In short, a great hotel! Nice and cheerful staff.

Clearly the rooms and the food are actually worth 5 stars. But you have to like getting a fixed slot for dinner like in a retirement home. In other hotels it is no problem to take a guest with you. A friend was really turned away. My credo: a nice experience, but never again.

It s nice hotel however room was a bit small, no sofa for sitting like in many hotels. Also bathroom is a bit small, bath size rather for kids than adults. In the room no kettle, so no tea or coffee. Drinks quite expensive, cocktails 9 and more. Dinner doesn t include any drink, not even water (half board). Overall nice place to stay however not very good value.

Fabulous hotel, great facilities and great location by the beautiful sand dunes

What a nice hotel in the style some may start early 20th but full of charm. Excellent service. Only weak point: do not accept one of the rooms located just above the restaurant, too noisy!

Classic class hotel with excellent service and superior meals. Here you can be pampered and unwind. For shopping you have to go to Meloneras because Playa del Ingles has had its best time.

Really excellent hotel very popular with an international clientele. Already from the reception you have the perception that here the customer is a real guest to be pampered and satisfied in every need.The large and bright room with an excellent view of the park, the pools and the ocean is well cared for.
in the details and this feature is pleasantly found in every corner.
The central restaurant is simply grandiose for the variety of what it offers at the buffet is a little less than the restaurant "a mare". Three swimming pools, bars scattered everywhere, a truly efficient miniclub, massages, possibility of magnificent walks to reach the famous dunes .
It is for this reason that I have been there twice and always very satisfied.

Site and location excellent. Very friendly staff Good value for money. The ideal, for me, is that it was only a hotel for adults (this type of hotel has more and more demand), since the fact that there are not many children was a reason for choosing this hotel for me. I've been repeating for 3 years and this coming January I'll be back for the fourth time.

What should I say: the place you feel like in heaven. Great and friendly stuff, excellent food, a great view over the Dunas of Maspalomas and clean and friendly rooms with nice terraces or balkonies. When we arrived, we found in our room two little bottles of champaign, a sort of fruits and a bottle of water, also we are invited to have a welcome-drink at the bar. More welcome is not possible. Thank you Riu Palace Maspalomas!

Love the hotel. Been there about 30 times, always feels good. Great people there. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

A very nice hotel. It's just a shame there are too many Germans here. And the hotel cleaners come to clean the rooms too early for me. Around half past eight in the morning. Food & service very good.

Stunning hotel been coming here for ten years now and can't really fault it. We are currently here for 2 weeks and on Wednesday we were robbed of our personal belongings while sitting abynd relaxing by the pool. Other guests saw it happen, one who gave Chase over the bridge sadly the theif got into villa complex next door. So don't assume because of the hotels wonderful ambiance that crime is not around it certainly is and it's put a real dampner on our holiday.

Ideal was our wedding anniversary we had another hotel in the same chain and having overboking called us to go to this for the same price being this one of more stars .. Upon arrival we were captivated attention to beauty of views cleaning there is not a not a bad review for them. Exceptional staff .. Thank you so much kindness ..

Very nice hotel with a noble atmosphere and wonderful food

We already knew the hotel, we repeated this year, we lowered one star because there are details that we did not like, the covid cannot serve as an excuse for anything.

I was given a suite with a separate lounge, fantastic, service impeccable, standards impeccable, food impeccable. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

You can park easily. Only to see the natural park. You can go through the central passage without entering the hotel.

Great luxury hotel with very friendly staff. A large terrace, 2 swimming pools and a very large beautiful garden. A very varied buffet and a specialty restaurant.

Stayed for a week. Very good clean hotel. With one exception, all super friendly and helpful. Pool times only until 19 o'clock is incomprehensible. Outdoor snackbar is bad (even Burger King was better). Drinks great. Breakfast buffet is very large and good, even with sparkling wine. Evening buffet only with long pants visitable (also incomprehensible for such a warm place and such a high standard, the hotel is not). Room with sea view was nice. But remains our only visit there.

I loved it, the waiters at the dinner lovely, super friendly all the staff, at reception also lovely, the views of the dunes from the terrace of the impressive room, to put some snag, dinner is very early, the Spaniards are used to dine later
I would go again.

I did not stay at the hotel. The dune on the beach is spectacular. If you come to Grand Canary Island, it is one of the must see places. The sand of the Sahara desert winds up to here and makes a wonderful sand dune here. Walking into Liu Hotel leads to sand dunes. I parked nearby and walked around.
