The hotel was absolutely fantastic! Mikey and Astrid and all staff made sure that we were taken care of. Hotel was clean and perfect. So many things to activities to do with the family. I highly recommend this place.

Totally dead. Would not recommend. Economy has closed just about every shop. Food is worse than a mall food court. Water sports we reserved were closed due to lack of business. Funny, they dont tell you that over internet when u book a resort to go play. No valet. No help with bags. Limited staff that are rude. Not a 5 star Hilton resort it use to be. Very sad to see it fall due to covid-19. Still poor excuse for service where u pay and expect 5 star treatments and are totally misleading about a "happening place" where they new it was all closed.
Nice rooms, quiet secluded area around Lake Las Vegas. The hotel is a bit difficult to navigate at first. I stayed for 4 days, would definitely recommend it. Great gym and room service. Hotel has a bar and restaurant and free self parking.
Wonderful place. I surprised him by staying there. I got the suit plus the spa for him. We did the couple massage together and loved it plus we got champagne. After our massage. We got the lake view which was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I will be going back when the summer it's. But before we got our room we did jet skies with his friends before we got our. It was the perfect day. And he loved his surprise. Thank you to the staff.
This place has it all! Fun things to do if you want to play, peace and tranquility if you need to relax. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms and grounds were well kept and very clean. Our room was on the bridge and had a balcony...this far exceeded our expectations! It was fun listening to the live music from our room and watching the water sports from the balcony.
Lake Las Vegas is making a comeback. This place is pretty cool, has a great atmosphere and is recovering from the 2008 bubble. I take people here all the time. Checkout the water sports whole you're there.
This hotel has very nice rooms that are neat, clean and very spacious with good staff members that kept checking on us to find out if we needed anything.
It's a little concept town that crashed when the market did. Slowly coming back, but there really isn't much to do there. The water is filthy so good thing swimming isn't allowed. Not worth the drive. Not even on a boring weekend.
Randomly found this spot online for the last night before we flew out of Vegas. Wish we had more time, the property is beautiful and has lots of character. Wish we had more time.
Nice view and safe place to stay. Clean large room and bathroom. With a complimentary drink. Wifii included with your resort fee. Free parking 15-20 minutes walking to the front desk registration.
Generally clean facilities and courteous staff. Iron was clogged with mineral deposits and discolored my pants. Food is lackluster. A serviceable hotel in a scenic location.
The place is a ghost town. Casino and hotel is closed, so all the shops are closing. The ones that are open are fine, but there needs to be some change.
When you pull up to the hotel it feels very fancy, Walking through the lobby and dining room there is a feel of upper class. However the rooms are a different story.... the room I stayed in was out dated and felt dirty, the pillows on the bed were lumpy and hard, the bed was very uncomfortable. There was a dog in the next room barking all night and people above us making banging noise. The pool and hot tub are nice but close at 7pm. I wouldn't call this a family friendly place, and if your looking for a good nights rest I wouldn't recommend it.
Worst customer experience ever. There are hidden fees that they don't tell until checkout. Never never call them and make a reservation. We called them to make a reservation and they told us 180$ + tax - out of door. Then we paid 207$+t100$ deposit while checking. Nobody told us that the resort fee is not included. Then they charged 33$ at the checkout. We don't care about 33$ but we feel like we trapped. They are scammer.
Love the Hilton at Lake Las Vegas.. the hotel is immaculate and the staff are all friendly.. special thanks to Angela who spoke to us at breakfast. Love the french toast.. highly recommended..
My husband and I wanted to spend our last honeymoon night off strip to relax and decided this hotel would be perfect. WRONG!!! Aside from front desk staff being nice when we first arrived, customer service and politeness from any staff at that point was nonexistent. They gave us 4 drink vouchers (2 each). Go to the Firenze bar and the bartender was not very friendly. We each had a voucher and then wanted to order the next and was told you can only use one voucher per person per night. Well why give us 2!!!!! Go to room and the air conditioner is not working from the moment we stepped off on the 8th floor all the way down the hall to the room. Once in the room temperature didn't get much better. Upgraded to lakefront view and got a view of just the dock on the lake. There was no peace and quiet. There was a live band playing outside our window until 10:30pm. Contacted front desk twice about the ac not working in our room or the hallway. After the first hour and a half and no one came, we called again and they asked us when did we call in the request. Ugh. Another hour passes it's almost midnight and a guy finally comes asking if we reported our ac. He said that there was nothing they could do, it was working as hard as it could and they knew about the issue. Called front desk and they told us to have a good night. Breakfast buffet was great, but staff serving was rude and not helpful at all. All in all we did not get anything that this hotel advertises to be. We slept horrible in the heat, left with vouchers we could not use, nothing is open after 11pm even on weekends to eat (they want you to take an Uber to city 5-8 miles away), and there was nothing relaxing other than the view.
Looks as if someone transported a small European village and set it down by the water falls. Located a short walk away are shops and resturants that were built to look like a small village, with a working clock that chimes in a tall steeple. Beatiful gardens surround the hotel with a brick covered bridge built over the lake one can walk through. Each guest is treated with respect and manners. They took the time to listen and to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Loved staying here. The staff was helpful and the view was amazing. Spent my first morning drinking coffee on the terrace watching a college rowing competition. Can't ask for more!
Amazing views definitely and resort and grocery and restaurants at location, very nice self contained, no need for room service with amenities within a short walk. Rent a slingshot if you get a chance totally enjoyable! Hoover Dam within a 30 minute drive. Red Rock Canyon the other way about 45 minutes...very enjoyable experience. A++++
Customer service was ridiculous!! Very disappointed in the all around service. You can see where they have cut corners. The bathroom did not have the normal 5 star amenities. Shuttle only picks up from strip once and drop off once. For this price I expected more. I attended a wedding and the staff was not helping with directions. It was only one sign placed in the hotel lobby which is far from the wedding chapel. This hotel needs a serious makeover with staff, accommodations, upgrades, and amenities. We were told the spa was a 10 minute walk and it was easier to drive. Our stay was very disappointing and I will not be returning.
Very clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast and brunch on the weekend! Perfect for a few days to relax! There is a free shuttle to the strip 3 times a day.
It was a beautiful resort and the pool was very big and kid friendly so no casinos! But the hotel is very long so it takes you a very long time to get from the elevator to your room if your on the opposite side of the hotel. The rooms were very big and had great view of lake Las Vegas
Still a very nice area to visit. So sad that the closing of the casino has affected the entire ambience of this little village. The hotel is the the anchor point but most stores and boutiques have closed and the ones brave enough to keep things going have a hard time getting enough guests. It's such a nice, refreshing change from the craziness and overload from the strip. Just wish for somebody to see the potential and bring the casino back to live.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, especially on the weekend. Beautiful pool area, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff! We loved being away from strip but close enough to drive there!
Very nice and helpful staff, rooms were very clean,I had a tub in my bathroom very relaxing, village and lake was nice. They do weddings on the weekend, the grounds were beautiful. Enjoyed my stay, will be coming back.
Beautiful and quiet location, elegant interiors and gardens. We had a spacious room with lake view. We felt it worthed the 30 minutes trip away from the strip. Brunch was nice as well as the personnel treatment. There were minor drawbacks like a dirty bathrobe and a complicated way from the parking to the recption because a lack of signs.
I lived in the hotel for 6 weeks with my football team during the whole Covid-19 football season. I don't think I could have asked for a better hotel to be stuck in for such an extended period of time. The whole campus of the resort is very nice. The rooms were very nice, especially the bathrooms. I had food from the bar on several occasions and it was always worth the money! I wish I had been able to experience the hotel on different circumstances, at a different time. But it made the whole "NCAA bubble" experience very tolerable.
We just stayed as a family. Hotel nice and expected. We did get charged an additional 29.99 resort fee which included use of the gym, wi fi and self parking however shocked that there was an additional charge for use of the steam room and heating room once in the gym and additionally every morning I would ask about newspapers and they would say they were all gone without ever asking if I could help you find one. I ve stayed at many hotels of similar ranking and they ve included use of the amenities within the gym AND provided a newspaper in front of ones door of the hotel. I feel this hotel nickel and dimed us and if nearby places hadn t been booked we ve not have stayed here. Medici cafe was disorganized with hostess having us wait much too long for a table when there were obviously many vacant tables. Seemed short of staff yet always seemed to be 3-5 young men standing around the valet. Additionally many vacant storefronts and limited options of places to eat with limited hours.
This Hotel is perfect for those who love to see shows in Las Vegas but do not like the dirty feel of the hotels on the strip. It is well within driving distance of the strip. The lake is absolutely gorgeous when having breakfast at a small shop on the shore. The cobblestone has an atmosphere of another country when walking by the shops. The rooms are stunning, especially the bathrooms. There is a garden in the courtyard that is gorgeous. Now every time I go to Las Vegas, I will have to stay here to meet the expectations.
Once we arrive, the staff was exceptional. Because my wife requires special needs, the staff really accommodated us to a room that was exceptional. We had our grandson with us, and he loved the room and the balcony. So did my wife. We were centered over the courtyard with spectacular views of the lake. I believe we spent more time on the balcony then the room!. My wife loved her time down at the spa. My grandson and I enjoyed the pool. The restaurant was exceptional! Great food and service. Room service was exceptional! Whenever we are in Vegas for the races or golf, we are staying at this resort. Close to Vegas but far enough to really enjoy Nevada.
The massage therapist was great but the pricing and general facility service was a con job. They charged me 20$ per person for "a couple room" which is a standard room with 2 chairs in it. nothing special nothing xtra just a 40$ more to have my wife in the room. They also charge a mandatory 20% gratuity up front regardless of the quality of service you receive. If its mandatory then its not gratuity its a 20% up charge because you are too cheap to pay your therapists properly. great massage astonishingly overpriced.
Went for my niece's wedding, the air conditioning did not work in the bridal Suite. After several attempts by the mechanic still was not cool . The Bridesmaids were getting ready for the wedding in The hot Bridal Suite. The hotel's response was less than satisfactory. Many out-of-town guests stayed at the Hilton and most of them complained about the air conditioning in their rooms
This place is phenomenal. Staff are great, location is beautiful, lots to do right outside the hotel. Next time back in NV I'll spend a couple nights here definitely. Quiet and chill atmosphere - certainly a pleasant place off the hustle and bustle of the strip. Rooms are great and have really nice views. Courtyard had a wedding going on and it was magical. Too bad World's Toughest Mudder is leaving that area because I'd stay there every time I came to race.
Very nice hotel. When booking a "lake view" room you just have to make sure you are actually able to see the lake, the first room they gave us you could barely see it, but we asked the front desk and they gave us a better one.
