ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
I highly recommend you staying elsewhere. We had trouble from the start but tried to stay positive. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. We booked a double, we assumed that meant double bed. Surprise, it does not. We asked if we could upgrade( of course we offered to pay whatever difference there was.) We could not. Our bad, we let it go. Our room was dirty. It looked like someone just finished shaving in our bathroom. There was white sticky stuff all over the bathroom but especially on the phone. Granted we didnt need to use the phone but its disgusting to look at and to know they obviously didn't clean our room. Called the front. They said they would send someone to clean it while we went to dinner. Easy fix. Came back. Surprise, nothing was cleaned. Called again to see if they were still coming to clean. They saw the request was put in but they weren't coming. Disappointing doesnt even begin to describe it. Disgusting is more appropriate.
That was the main issue. Also there were black spiders in our room and the elevator was so inconveniently out of service.
I regret my short time staying here, would not return and encourage you to stay elsewhere.

If you like nature, this hotel has a great view. We loved being away from the noise and able to go to the Vegas Strip when we wanted. We were in a very bad hotel the first day and decided to switch to Hilton Lake La Vegas Resort; came here because it's a pet friendly hotel, and we are very happy for making that decision. We will definitely come back.

Casinos all closed. Mostly vacant stores. Couple of small bars that advertise live music, but don't have any live music. Went to see if a small wood working school/shop would work there, but not enough foot traffic. Parking lot elevators don't work, so if you're rocking a walker or a wheelchair, skip this place. Nice to see green grass instead of dessert rocks though. I'll give it another try later, maybe an of week.

The staff is very courteous and professional. The parking situation is easy and no matter where you park in the structure, the access to the hotel is easy. Clean facility and I look forward to staying here in the future.

I travel a fair amount and stay a lot of different types of places, from super budget to 5 stars. This particular Hilton is probably my favorite hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurants and coffee options are wide and varied. Of course, all Hiltons have fabulous beds and pillows. The views from all rooms are fantastic. And the price is very competitive. The drive to the Las Vegas strip is about 30 minutes, but I much prefer the look and feel of this hidden gem, much more a sleepy Italian village than the hustle and bustle of downtown. It's quiet and relaxing. A true treat for the soul.

Nice place in a dead part of town. I love this area... We love the Hilton... Especially how it's so close to a few restaurants... Sonrisa is fantastic! The Hilton. If you want to get seats to a quiet part of town... You've come to the right place.

Beautiful property but its like a ghost town! Highly recommend for a large group or wedding since you'll have the whole place to yourself! Keep in mind its far out of the way to everything "Vegas" this will either be a very good thing. Or a very bad thing.

Excellent place to stay. Comfortable, quiet, good food. Room had a great view, great amenities.

The staff was excellent!!!

Honourable mention to Carina, one of the server staff in the Medici restaurant. She always made us feel important and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you Carina!! Bless you!

Very friendly staff and clean hotel. We had never heard of this place before looking for an alternative to staying on the Strip for a couple days before attending a convention at the MGM. What a sweet little oasis only 30 minutes from the strip.

We were here in October and it was a perfect 80ish with no crowds due to the off-season. We rented a sweet little electric boat to motor around on the fairly good size man-made lake then had a good dinner at the Mexican Food Restaurant right there.

I am sure it is a lot more crowded in the summer but at this time it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Outdated. Some areas of the hotel has a smell that's not very pleasant. Staff wasn't rude but they didn't make me feel welcoming either. Breakfast buffet was ok but something I wouldn't pay for. Absolutely no recognition of diamond status. Plenty of availability but no upgrade from standard room.

Everyone is very friendly but the lamps don't work and the yogurt parfait is not a parfait. Also they are not up front about the$25 charge for coffee and water in the room (not optional).

Check in was easy. Medici breakfast buffet is wonderful. Hotel temperature is comfortable in lobby on 3rd floor. On fifth floor and in rooms, the temperature was warm throughout stay. After first day, we changed rooms. Still hot. Had to put fan in room. Room thermastat did not work to cool room. Mentioed to management, but nothing changed. Must have been a master override. We believe that the hotel were trying to control cost because it seemed they were not very full room wise. Hotel was quiet for a resort.

Housekeeping was terrible. Room was never vacummed. Bathroom was not cleaned. Tub had hair and dirt from previous days. Shower was not cleaned either. We would leave an empty shampoo bottle on floor of shower just to see if it got picked up during cleaning.. It was still there after room was serviced. My wife left her dirty glass in sink for room service to change out. Still there after room was serviced. Glasses at sink were never changed out. Coffee station was often neglected. Made us question how rooms were cleaned after other people stayed in them. To get hot water in the bath each morning, my wife would have to run the water for a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes literally. And then the water was not even hot. It was moderately on the high side of warm. We mentioned to management and nothing wad done.

Clearly the community at Lake Lass Vegas was struggling. Many of shop buildings were empty. Felt a little like a ghost town. One person said it really has not recovered since 2008 crash.
Valet was excellent. Self park is quite far from rooms. For a resort, the pool was awful. The attendance at pool was was awful. Pool side service was poor. The pool closed at 9:00 pm nightly except on weekends which was 10:pm. People seemed friendly. Some seemed genuine, some felt as if they had to be nice. Would not recommend staying at this resort. Not up to Hilton Quality.

This Hilton property is beautiful, clean and the perfect distance away from the strip. We had excellent service from Irene each morning at the delicious breakfast buffet....and the bell boy Joe took very good care of us as well. Loved it!

It's a long long way out.....
Half an hours drive from the strip.
Looks good on arrival but it is a ghost town. The corridors are all empty of people. Spooky.
Rooms good spacious and nice and clean.
Service really poor. Go on staff smile it won't hurt.

Very out of the strip.25euro with uber in one direction. There is a shuttle service to the strip, 3 times a day. At 11, 13:30 and 21:30. Is located in an artificial mini city on the lake. There are around this Vilage some restaurants, a supermarket and other commercial stores. A romantic, relaxing place.

Everyone was so pleasant, The room was clean but did need to ask for clean glasses and towels. Did need to mention a couple times that one of thr sinks was clogged. The bed was soooo comfortable!!!

Service was absolutely terrible. They didn't have a room ready for me when I went to check in and didn't bother to accommodate me in any other way. They never apologized. They insisted that I wait for an undisclosed amount of time for my room!?! I requested to cancel my reservation and they didn't care too much. This place really needs to improve it's customer service.

My husband is a HHONORS gold member. We booked a clean and non- smoking room for three nights here. When we checked-in, we were assigned the room 1638 with beautiful lake and garden view. But when we entered the bathroom, we found one of the two washbasins was full of ashes. It is highly like cigarette ashes. We called the front desk to ask somebody responsible to come to our room to check and explain what it is. We waited more than 35 minutes. Finally came a housekeeper. Without any explanation, he just tried to wipe the ashes. I stopped him and asked him what the ashes are since we booked a non-smoking room. He suggested me to ask the front desk because his duty is only to clean it. So I took the photo and went to the front desk with my husband., asking to change to another clean room with the same level of room view as the original one. One of the female staff at the front desk told us that we could change to another room above the bridge with a better view. We innocently believed her and changed the room. It finally turned out to be a room with very poor view. My husband and I went to the front desk again to see if there is any available upgrade room for tomorrow. And we couldn't find that female staff any more. A male receptionist served us and told us that he heard his colleague informed us the new room "isn't" as good as the original one. How ridiculous it is! Both my husband and I heard the world " better" clearly. We feel very disappointed and being cheated. Absolutely it loses our trust. We do not recommend any friend have a stay here.

Excellent, staff friendly, professional and courteous. Extremely clean. Rooms are comfortable and the bedding feels like sleeping in the clouds. Very romantic getaway and family friendly too. It is worth the price. We will go again.

Beautiful hotel resort even though it was a little outdated. We had a wonderful time despite this COVID-19 situation. We made due with whatever was open. The front desk agents were very friendly and professional. The view from our room was amazing! I definitely will be staying there again.
