A lovely deserted hotel but that's expected being so tucked away. The hotel itself is beautiful as well. Rooms and pools are nice, I stayed away from the lake. My stay was short so I didn't get to try the food.

I'm still staying here until the end of the week. So far this has been a wonderful stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff has attended to allow my needs as of I was the only guest at the resort. There are plenty restaurants, amenities and unique features here. Unlike like other Hilton locations there is an over abundance of prime parking spots available. There was supposed to be a casino here but it either never opened or just hasn't opened yet so there are at least a 1000 extra spaces more than necessary. The view from my Tuscan style balcony is amazing. This was also much cheaper than the Double Tree Hilton I stayed at in Bakersfield, CA last week; and a night and day difference in quality.
This property is absolutely beautiful. The service levels need to be improved - particularly at the front desk. Hhons Diamond complimentary breakfast now charges for eggs to be prepared off the buffet. This is a little odd.
Great place for vacation! It is romantic for a couple and it is fun for a family with children. It is also pet friendly so you don't need to leave anyone behind. A lot of fun in the water! live jazz every night and live band concert on Friday nights. Great restaurants, bars and cafes. :)
Very nice location just outside of las vegas. All the amenities you can 4hink of and nice garden. Right by the lake, which reminds me a little like Venice. The village has you covered w/dining pizzarias, chocolate and ice cream shops. Don't miss the live band on the lawn Saturday nights!
You will not be disappointed with this location it is extremely well maintained and also the rooms are so nice and clean that you will not expect this at any other hotel definitely if I am back in the area I will be staying at this facility again
Good overall stay. Many of the hand sanitizer stations they had throughout the hotel were empty and I couldn't find anybody to tell. I was usually on my way out to the parking garage. The employees were nice and responsive when contacted and/or spoken to. For some reason the pool area just didn't seem to be as clean as it could have been. I might have just been that it wasn't full spring yet and the grounds had not been attended to yet. I would still give it a 4.5. I am sure Covid has not made it very easy to do their job like they would like/prefer
This is a big beautiful place, but it seems almost deserted. The rooms are first class, and the common areas are great, but the dining options were limited in the hotel. There are some nice restaurants in the shopping area next door. The overall service dis not seem like resort level service. I was there for a 250 person three day conference and the conference food was great and the convention facilities were very nice.
We used an ultimate escapes coupon. It was a great deal. The breakfast buffet was better than most casino breakfast buffets if a little bit limited. The rooms are nice, though the technological amenities are dated. A great place to stay if you don't need to be on the strip and are visiting Vegas, or a good locals vacation spot.
Excellent everything in this hotel, the service are very friendly, Sara in a quiet and cozy place. I recommend that you should have a car because it is far from Las Vegas. But we like it that way
Beautiful hotel! The Lake is a place that I have never been in Vegas and it doesn't disappoint! Scenery is gorgeous, the hotel had an antique touch in all areas, luscious gardens, and extremely friendly staff. Food is excellent and the portions are enormous! Rooms are wide, comfortable and with many amenities.
This is a great property close enough to Vegas to enjoy the city, but just far enough away to have a very relaxing vibe. Everything you need for a getaway.
Went to Lake Las Vegas for the Independence Day celebration. Fireworks were lack luster. Maybe next year the hotels can chip in to get some bigger and better fireworks.
A nice looking resort with nice views of the lake and mountains. They closed the public restrooms at 9pm while the event we attended was scheduled until 10pm. We'll come again.
The Hilton was a great place. Very clean and all the staff were very nice. Awesome view for the 4th of July fireworks. The pool was great and not that packed considering it was a holiday weekend.
Just because it's not on the strip doesn't mean it's not upscale. This hotel puts a lot of the options that are close to shame. Think luxury but far away from the general public.
I love Hilton Lake Las Vegas. First off , it's by the Lake. There's a ton of things to see and explore. Like the rowing club classes, bontique. A host of restaurants. I had a slice of pizza and beer for $6.99 the pizza reminded me of home, NYC That is.
Was given room 2 hours after check in, waited 2 hours for them to get us one! Given a room with dog urine from previous guest, 2 spots. Told I would not be charged for room and resort fee and now they are back pedaling. This is a joke and so much of my time has been wasted on this!!!
Absolutely beautiful Resort stay at we were 100% satisfied their capacity level was very minimal all the staff is friendly the breakfast there was amazing rooms for super clean the beds and pillow we're very very comfortable. Like being at home highly recommended
Beautiful but beware!! Service is inexcusable.. Making our way from self parking into a main entrance of the hotel in the evening, someone had vomited directly in front of the entrance area. I immediately went to the front desk and informed them. The person at the front counter made a note of it, said he would notify housekeeping etc..
The next morning as we made our way to self parking, we went back the same way, to our shock and dismay it has not been resolved. I went to the front desk a second time, and told them this was the second time I was bringing this to their attention, and it was to say the least, repulsive for their guests to have to see this.
The new front desk person said it would be immediately taken care of. Upon return from our breakfast some 90 minutes later, a second shocker.. no one had cleaned it up!!
Back for a third complaint!!
Now a manager was involved who apologized and said someone was working to "resolve the issue" we checked out of the hotel some 30 minutes later, and as we made our way to self parking once again, it was a stark reminder why we will never go back there.. as the mess was once again untouched!!!!!
Every time I went to the front desk, I could not help but hear other unrelated complaints softly spoken but still obvious.
Restaurant service was poor, safety issues getting to the pool, ONLY OPTION to get to pool area is through the health club navigating between equipment in use (not good for kids who could easily get hurt) it is an accident waiting to happen.
Beautiful hotel! The beds seemed to be a little smaller than queens, but overall it was a great experience. Beautiful views. The staff was very friendly. Room service staff was fast & friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
This particular Hilton has a problem with pushing the less significant with reservations out so they can book people with more money. The event we attended was still allowed to use one of their annexed venues, we shared it with mice, a broken escalator and floors that were literally crumbling under our feet.
We loved our stay here. Staff was super nice and opened doors for us. Literally. and the room was super comfy with a luxurious shower and tub and comfy bed. Highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from the craziness of the strip
Beautiful place. Very quiet, great to come up from Vegas for a staycation. Love the water sports activities. All of the different restaurants and the few places in the village. Great spot
When my husband and I need a getaway the Hilton Lake Las Vegas is our go to place! It is so beautiful and classy. The location is like you are in another country...maybe a small town in Italy with cobblestone streets. The lake is beautiful and there are wonderful restaurants just a stroll away. A must stay resort!
Very nice Hotel. Some great little restaurants in the Village next to the hotel..its all right next to the lake. If you want to be in the chaos of the Vas Vegas strip, this is not your place. If you want a nice quiet get away...its perfect.
This is a lake side resort with pool, spa and fitness center. There is a restaurant on the property for breakfast and lunch and an adjacent village with more dining/drinking options. This was formerly a Ritz-Carlton property but changed owners a couple of times as it was hit by the recession, it is somewhat noticeable that rooms and amenities are no longer as well kept, for example quite old gym equipment. And it is not as well staffed. The breakfast buffet was nice, the views from the lake view rooms is also nice. There is valet parking for $10 a day. The location is a bit isolated with not much else than the resort village within walking distance. Overall an ok place but would look elsewhere for a more luxury resort type experience closer to Las Vegas dining and entertainment
