We were very excited for a little getaway. When we arrived at the hotel it was a beautiful resort from the outside. Lobby was beautiful with all of the chandeliers hanging. But as I started to look around it was dingy and outdated. Check in was sooth and easy the front staff and bellhops every nice and helpful. As we walked down the halls to our room the walls were scratched up poorly painted and stained. Carpets needed to be cleaned. Once in our rooms the first thing we noticed on how out dated it was. As we spent more time in our room we noticed how dirty it was like it hadn t been cleaned in awhile. Base boards extremely dusty. On our second day there I went to front desk to request our room be cleaned Cleaned thoroughly. Once we got back to our room beds were made and that was about it. Not dusted shower not cleaned. Went back down to front desk and requested room be cleaned again. And again when we returned to our room nothing was done other than being vacuumed. Went to speak to the manager and she was very nice and apologized. Our rooms were comp d for our entire stay. I think they need new cleaning management. We were also disappointed in the pool area. It did not have a resort appearance. If they would but some TLC into the inside it could be a top notch resort. We will stay here again once it has been updated.

I really liked this place. Really cool location and everyone that worked there was nice. I had dinner at the restaurant and the burger was awesome. I would definitely go back.
Also at night you can hear the coyotes if you're outside and in the morning we saw a roadrunner.

The Hotel is probably one of the nicest looking Hilton properties I've ever stayed in, as far as the property itself. The room was very nice BUT I do think that housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning the restroom. I wasn't really happy about finding hair around the tub and in the tub, some didn't look like hair from your scalp lol. I did NOT mention anything to management; however, I'm sure that if I had they would have tried to make up for it somehow. They still have my business and I'm looking forward to visiting their location in Monterrey Mexico in two weeks! :D

Best Resorts !!! The Sierra Nevada beer taste in the pool is unforgettable in the future. If you are traveling with a young child, stay in this gorgeous but complex strip of strips,
It is recommended that. Las Vegas has free self parking.

Located away from the hustle of the Strip in Las Vegas, Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort is a great get away. The hotel straddles the lake itself and has itillian stylings, much like a Tuscan village or Venice. The staff was welcoming and just great. The breakfast buffet was 5 star as is normal.with a Hilton property.

I stayed in the king Lakeview room and it was amazing. I love the convenience of the village. There's plenty of places to eat with nice ambiance. It really is a one stop shop. My favorite was the Mexican restaurant. Overall this stay was a bit pricey for food and drinks, but the trade off was great because I didn't want to leave the property because I'm local and this was as stay cation.

When you come to vegas, don't book a room on the strip, rather stay here at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas. It is beautiful here and it is quiet. You can take a walk around the beautiful Lake Las Vegas area, there are plenty of restaraunts and shops to go to in the Village, there is a casino in the Village area, and you can visit the replica Ponte Veccia (old bridge) that is in Florence Italy. There is even a grocery store in the Village. At noon you will here the beautiful bells chime. The entire experience is eleganza!

The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the service is excellent. All the personnel whether it be at reception or for food service made us feel like valued guests. The setting is beautiful as well. Kudos to the Hilton Lake Las Vegas!

Amazing resort for a vacation. Make sure to stay for a few days. Pools are nice, lake front views are beautiful, SUP on the lake & other activities, PLUS if you like to lift/exercise they have a nice gym.

Nice resort, big and clean rooms. Front desk staff were friendly, enjoyed talking to the night crew, hence the 4 star rating.
They changed the breakfast rule since April, Gold and Diamond member can only get the continental breakfast, you have to upgrade $10 for the buffet or $15 with the egg/omelette. It's dissapointing but that is the new rule. Just gotta pay for it if you want to have some bacons and sausages or find a different Hilton brand that offers breakfast or one with Executive Lounge, this property doesn't have one.

This place was amazing from the room to the view to the food. Usually the restaurants at hotels aren't that good but everything we ate here was amazing. The breakfast buffet was top notch. The burgers and salads were excellent. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile with every request. We were there for my husband's company's yearly sales meeting. They used several conference rooms and had all the meals catered by the hotel. Even the coffee was good. Since I tagged along, I was able to enjoy the grounds and wander around a little. It was much more quiet then the strip. There was only one small, out of the way, place to gamble. The strip is about 20 minutes away so if you're going for that, be prepared to either rent a car or pay about $23 for an Uber each way. If you're into gambling and the night life of downtown Las Vegas, I think this place is too far for that. But if you want a nice, beautiful, relaxing vacation at a beautiful resort where you can take a day (or night) trip into the city, this is the place for you. The rooms were beautiful, large, clean, with great views of the (small-ish) lake. The grounds were nicely groomed. They were also having a Pug dog convention at the same time so there were about 30-50 dogs but there was no noise and it was refreshing to see a dog friendly place. There is a beautiful spa and if you're a diamond points member, you can utilize part of the spa for free along with free breakfast buffets, which honestly were the best I've had at any Hilton. I can't say that I have a single complaint. But we had been the before and knew what to expect as far as how far away the downtown strip was and we were totally ok with it. We did take a day trip and had fun but there wasn't the hustle and bustle of the city that never sleeps. The rooms were more more reasonably priced also. We would 100% go there again for a quiet vacation without the company meetings!!! I know my husband's company was really happy with the service there as well and they had so much room that several conferences could be happening at once without feeling crowded at all.

This area is fantastic for the scenery and atmosphere. All around the area are amazing opportunities for great photos. There are restaurants for great food, a "beachfront", boats to get out on the lake, and there were even folks out in Dragonboats! The staff seem quite friendly, and the atmosphere feels safe and relaxing. Very quiet, compared to the general din of the strip!

Really nice rooms helpful staff and nice quiet location. For a resort though they just seemed empty. Not a problem but it felt a little weird. Staff could have been more helpful (valet lost car keys).

The location is amazing!!! It is just far enough outside of the city to keep it enjoyable and does not take long to get there. The statff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is kind of a maze, but easy to figure out. The hotel is next to empty during the winter months. The breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch are very good too.

We visited the Lagoon waterfall which was beautiful, followed by dinner and drinks at the Italian restaurant nearby. The valet at the Hilton was very helpful and provided us with lots of tips about the area!

Loved our room with a balcony and lake view! The room feels like your by a beach because they have a light blue theme! Makes you feel like your away and you are still in Vegas! Great places to eat around in Lake Las Vegas! Sonrisa grill is one of our faves! Grab a margarita l.

Ashley took care of us from booking and check-in until our check-out. She made it the most unbelievable time for my Wife and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary of the beginning of our relationship. Our room was beautiful, huge, and had the most amazing view overhanging the lake. The Sunday brunch was one of the best meals we have ever enjoyed. Ashley made us feel so welcome and cared for. It was honestly the best we have been taken care of customer service wise in our 10 year relationship. Thank You Ashley!

We came to the resort in the beginning of April for three day. only half an hour drive from the airport. the check in was quick and smooth, not the same as in the Strip hotels. maybe it wasn't a season yet, but it was so quiet and we barely saw people. The village very close to the hotel and looks nice. it's soo bad lots of businesses (including the Casino, which is good ) was closed. But you still can find 5 or 6 restaurants nearby. and soo relaxing. The pool open till 10pm. there is a bar in there.

Generally, this is a nice place. The premise is solid and the facilities are nice. That said, it's clear that they don't have enough business to support what they've tried to build here. AC is weak, supplies and repairs seem to be short, and they also seem a little understaffed. That said, it's very nice if you just want to get out of town for a weekend without the madness of the strip.

Nice

Especially with me being a native to Las Vegas Nevada this place combines both the upscale of the hotels that are down on the strip with the casinos along with great view of the lake. I would definitely recommend going here again to anyone. In addition to that you're not far from the Valley of Fire if you have not been there make sure to check it out

Very poor quality room. Hem ripped out of curtain and judging from the dirt on them must have been that way a while. Carpet obviously had not been vacuumed, only 1 bath towel, coffee maker but no cups. We were charged for a room with view but all we saw was the top of their events tent. Were going to stay another but cancelled that after 10 minutes in the room. Their remedy for the issues was dropping the $30 resort fee. Sorry video I shot with the full tour won't load.

I had my bathroom overflow at this hotel in the am - after being initially disappointed, the front desk/Acting manger and staff totally made things right. The fitness facility is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. I highly recommend
