Beautiful property, great food and service!
Was charged a $29 per night "Resort Fee" that was never disclosed at check in. Had my final bill emailed because I had to get to the airport and saw the fee listed on my bill when I got home. Talked to manager and he said it was a mandatory fee that everyone had to pay. I told him I wished that would've been told to me prior to me getting here or even during my stay. The manager assured me that all desk personnel tell everyone about the fee. I was never told. I was told to " please enjoy the complimentary bottled water and free WIFI access while you're here." I didn't know I would pay for it later....Very rude manager and basically called me a liar. No wonder there was nobody there during my stay.
This is a beautiful lake and very nice area to take a walk, all the restaurants are great.
Beautiful hotel & sprawling grounds. Peaceful, relaxing retreat.
Great hotel. Awesome location. Staff always professional and courteous.
Beautiful and Peaceful place. Great for the whole family or a romantic getaway.
Always beautiful out here wish they would do more to get people and business out here.
We were lucky to enjoy live jaz in the open at Vino restaurant.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Just clean, relaxing, and friendly. Macus who was our first impression represent well. Polite kind and all around a nice person.
Food is very good with prompt courteous service. Prinston you were wonderful too!
No bells ringing just quiet. Just what we needed. Will definitely return. And for anyone who is handicap this is a must. Very big rooms easy to monuver.
DO NOT LET THIS PASS YOU BUY!!!
Nice family oriented non-casino hotel at lake Las Vegas, relaxing and invigorating.
The Hilton Lake Las Vegas is one of the hidden gems in Vegas. The whole place seems like it's in another place that's reasonably close to the strip. The rooms are very reasonable and the staff is excellent
Went there just for walking around the lake on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Not a lot of shops were open but it seemed like a place that would be livelier at night. The lake isn't the prettiest but you can kayak there and also take your boat out so there's that.
Our kids were staying there for 2 days and they said it was a great place to stay.
Beautiful resort, wish the complex nearby was fully developed.
Customer Service could have been a little bit better
Love this place. Nice place to relax not very crowded. Good restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Nice location on Lake Las Vegas near restaurants. Rooms are older and property looks a bit run down. Couldn't get a towel at the pool, not cool with a $29/night resort fee and the pool closed at 5pm.
Really is a second tier resort. Disappointing for a Hilton. Tried to order a bottle of wine Friday evening at the bar, ordered 5 times, out of each one, finally gave up. Saturday at 3:00 pm at the pool, out of rum, out of vodka, out of Moscow Mule mix, using what ever alcohol is left to make drinks. Either poorly managed or they are not paying their bills and cannot get supplied. The place is empty during the week. A few people on the weekend, lots of locals sneaking into the pool, under staffed, and no security whatsoever.
Rooms are outdated and food is mediocre. For the price I would expect more. Views of the Lake are fantastic and the village is quaint. Not my first choice for a local getaway by any means.
Beautiful hotel overlooking Lake Las Vegas! Great for conferences and large events.
Cool place but it's very dead now days which means no waits so go check it out food is awesome!
It's nice. Food is very expensive. I ordered a glass of milk room service. It cost me 10 bucks LOL
Large room's, excellent service and a good place to getaway and relax..
The rooms are very very nice. I do wish the doors into and out of the hotel were easier for people with disabilities. None of the doors we came across were automatic.
I would love to say we had an amazing time at the Hilton. Sadly I never got past the rude, pushy reservation dept after I rang for more info. And she informed me that her best deal was $147 per night plus $30 a day resort fee? For what? We got an Airbnb next door and paid $90 a night with no daily resort fee. We had a kitchen, living room, 3 nice beds, pool access, gym and laundry. I guess I'm thankful the Hilton reservations was rude and unprofessional. I would have missed this amazing deal.
It's the best value on Las Vegas Lake. Even at a higher price it would still be the best value. We stayed there to get away from the strip. It was nice and very relaxing. If you want to go to the stip, it's very close. I plan to stay here every time I go to Las Vegas. The only problem is the food, it's not worth the price. Stay here and eat somewhere else.
Called to reserve a room for
This up coming weekend and asked on the pool policy because of covid the guy that answered told
Me just one moment while I check and be hung up. Will be staying at Westin instead they have way more options.
Serene location, Beautiful views, nice rooms and guest services, well-maintained property. Starbucks inside the Gift shop
Minus the bug in our room it was good still payed full price for room
This was a beautiful place to stay. Out of the Hussle and bustle of the strip but only ten minutes from downtown Henderson. The views of the lake from our room was wonderful. The room was very large for being a standard room. The pillows and blankets were lovely. And the bathroom was huge! Overall very comfy and luxurious for the price. Would for sure stay again!
It is such a beautiful place! Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Sadly, many of the shops are closed now due to the economic situation. The restaurants are all very good. Beautiful views, walking and sitting areas. Quiet. Close to golf and many other attractions (Lake Meade, Strip, Hoover Dam, etc)
Very good service..... very good customer service skills exhibited. Accommodations were good no complaints........I would have liked to stay longer. I would recommend this facility.
Very nice property, staff is amazing , food was great , me and family are very pleased
Beautiful resort property seemingly a world away from the strip. Directly connected to the town/waterfront area and marina. Not too busy, the restaurants were all open with light crowds on a Friday night. Great experience, the rooms over the bridge have a unique view sleeping over the water, and there are a few larger suites. The pool has life guards at all times it seems- and the beach area to sun yourself was very inviting!
Beautiful property, the bartender was helpful and also our food server. He kept checking on us and kept the area clean, great service.
Mixed feelings. I loved the amenities, pool, and most of the stay. But there was this smell ofof consta sewage outside and room service was an hour late. Which I'd be fine with but they offered us 50% off and then didn't follow through. Not to mention the weird ghost town next door. Overall, good but could have been better. Best nights sleep I've had at a hotel!
This place is the ultimate get away place for couples and/or families!
There are many shops that are closed, main entrance needs work especially the cieling. Overall ok.
Almost a 5 star , I just wish more stores at the village were available and village casino was open. The rooms were great and the scenery was amazing. Overall excellent experience and great location. Every staff member was very polite and helpful!
Always a great place to stay. Staff and service is wounderful. Great views amd restaurants
Beautiful property, staff was outstanding and we can't wait to get back.
I always enjoy going due to the location of the resort
Stayed at this place with a court yard view and it was beautiful. Breakfast was so good at the cafe. Great service nice staff. Great memories
Amazing oasis away from the strip with all the amenities you expect from Vegas
My matress was hard. Could not sleep all night. Kept waking up, tossing & turning. Otherwise, it was great!
Kicked off baby grand by security, manager agreed i could play, security was only upped because we helped and it ended up us being fooled....i say no bottle service
Nice hotel with nice amenities. Nice rooms and layout. Although there's a resort fee, they don't nickel and dime everything. Breakfast was great, the bacon was absolutely delicious.
Such a beautiful place with wonderful people. Highly recommend for relaxing. Close enough to get to trouble but no trouble here.
We had a great time visiting the lake. Wonderful views and the entire place, grounds and all are so clean and beautiful. The only thong that we were wishing for wad that more of the shops were open. A lot of the shops were closed. But we had a great time.
Beautiful stay in balcony room overlooking lake. Lots of activities in and around the village to stayed entertained.
I really liked this hotel for its "vacation" feel location right on the lake. Great outdoor space to walk, enjoy out door concerts on Sat. Night until October, cafes, restaurants, and dog friendly.
Great place to go for a weekend get away.
The facilities were nice and kept clean. The staff was friendly except for one rude bartender.
The bathroom was huge with separate tub and shower. The food at the cafe downstairs was great, ask for Luis. The property was beautiful and very scenic.
Beautiful hotel and grounds, food at all of the restaurants was really good (especially at the Italian restaurant. Only real downside is the 30 minute drive to the strip.
GRACIAS POR TODO BIEN RECPMENDADO PARA FAMILIAS . SUPER EXCITED TO BE HERE. IT'S A GREAT RESORT FOR FAMILYS
