Location is roughly 35 minutes from the Hoover Dam, strip and airport. The hotel area is right in Lake Las Vegas with beautiful views, a small villa of shops and condominiums. Rooms have an eloquent old world feel with new age commodities. Spacious with a very sophisticated bathroom. Some of the hotel did look old and there were a number of vacant businesses in the villa shop area. Food places are limited but price is spectacular and off the strip to allow for a quiet relaxing nights sleep
Had a wonderful time at Lake Las Vegas. Staff was very friendly. I spent my Birthday here and enjoyed myself tremendously. See you again soon.
Very nice property, well maintained, it's the place to be in.
Beautiful resort, very clean rooms. Great view for the price
Love this place!!! Great food, great decor definitely recommend this a place to stay if you're in the Lake Las Vegas area.
Very nice lobby and rooms with a great location near the lake and shopping area.
Well maintained. Spacious rooms. Tasteir food. Reasonable rate.
Rooms are always lovely, clean, and smell delicious. Always feels so private, relaxing, and scenic.
Location was very beautiful. Water at the lake was bit brown and murky, but still the whole area was thought out nicely. I did the skyboard there and overall was a great experience.
we called and got a reservation on the phone. They asked for the credit card information and they told us the total amount. Nobody mentioned about the resort fee neither on the phone or when we check-in. We didn t get any confirmation e-mail. While we were checking out they mentioned about the $33 resort fee just like a trap. $33 is nothing but feeling like you re trapped is horrible! never coming back again!
I will never go there. I booked the hotel for 2days. When I went to the hotel they took my credit card and check me in, and front office said I cannot go to my room. I asked what is the recent. They told me it's not ready. Then I asked when can you give me the room. They said they cannot tell me a time. So what I said cancel my reservation. Then they said they have to charge me for one day. Crazy
So I have to call the main office to take my charge back. Bad service.
This hotel is awesome, so luxurious. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to stay again.
Love the location with views of the lake. Rooms are clean but could be updated.
I like the public restrooms here. They're very nice.
Beautiful, relaxing, great customer service- worth every penny, the only thing is plan your day activities like boat rental, kyak, cable park, etc. at the lake ahead of time, fills up fast!
Amazing place to stay and to play again and again! Feels like you are in Italy.
Fun little village outside of the hotel.
No smoking property. Casino is closed so it's a great place to get away from the strip and to breathe fresh air. Casino is separate from hotel so it will probably still be pretty nice if the casino reopens.
Lots of water sports. Ducks and fish and turtles. Beautiful views from the rooms and beautiful things to look at all over-- inside and outside of the hotel! Love it!
Little bit of a mixed review. This place is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Got upgraded to a wonderful room. Had some trouble with being charged more then we were told, but only a few dollars here and there. Had a few great drinks at the hotel bar and paid with credit card. When we checked out we had also been charged to our room. Nothing is an easy fix there, so waiting for things to get corrected is frustrating. Would possibly stay again, but next time we were in vegas we stayed somewhere else just to avoid the hassle.
Terrible stay and terrible service.y family and I come every year from Cali to vegas for the fireworks. This year I had a little more money to spend so we decided to stay at the Hilton resort, big mistake. I booked this trip like 3 months ago and still my room wasn't ready I got there at 7am and I had already paid for early check in which they refused to give me so I had to wait 3 hours. Then they took away our free breakfast vouchers that came with my suite. The guy at the front desk just said no you have to pay for breakfast today theses are for Thursday. I'm not even going to be here Thursday with this treatment. I paid for a full day at the spa , whole nine yards. They cancelled that too. The room was nice minus the occasional bug we saw here and there. Pool was decent other than being dirty and crowded. My handicapped mother was with me and the whole time Hilton made it so difficult for her/us to get around and I feel like they were out to get us the whole time and discriminated against my disabled mother and gay sister. I will be contacting corporate. I do not recommend anybody stay here.
The room was gorgeous. The was excellent. The food fabulous. A great place to stay!!
I travel all over the country for work this is by far my favorite Hilton Hotel. Will you walk in beautiful Lobby from the lobby you can overlook the courtyard Lake and Shop. Also on Lobby is a bar with any kind of drink you would like at a bar menu that's really good. Rooms are wonderful bathrooms are great restaurant is by far the nicest hotel restaurant I've ever been to the breakfast buffet is great
Loved the view from my room. The ac problem was fixed quickly. Couldn't fix the tub from draining so wasn't able to soak long. Close to elevator but it was quite.
The room was immaculate. My husband told the front desk it was our anniversary when making the reservation, they waived the resort fee and sent up a sweet card from him to me along with two complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. They gave us a lake view also.
The bed was the most comfortable ever and the pillows were amazing on my aching neck.
The television has many options to choose from, as I relaxed and waited for my husband to arrive from work. The tub was awesome as well.. a little small.. but still great.
There is a great, large fire pit out back by the in-hotel restaurant and it was so romantic to sit by it at night before heading up to bed. We saw a couple eating their dinner from the restaurant at the fire pit and we were jealous because we ate at a Mexican place on the grounds prior to.
In addition, the grounds are quaint and perfect for long, slow strolls. Very romantic and eveeything I expected from Hilton. Next time I will be sure to make time for the spa!
Beautiful location. Decent food. Can't wait to go back. :)
It was an excellent experience and everything went well.
The hotel and rooms are great, but sadly almost all the stores outside are nearly closed. Only restaurants are mainly left and the rocky mountain chocolate factory. We left early because its just sad to see the place soooo empty
Looks very fancy but the room is mediocre. Some of the plugs were broken. Some of the towels were dirty. Bathroom was not clean. Staff tho were friendly except their breakfast area. Workers their didnt want to help my bf. Great view sadly its winter so lake looks a bit blagh
Excellent room. Lots of walking to and from garage and room.
it was great the first few days but around the third or fourth day the maids weren't cleaning our room. But other then that the view was spectacular, the food at the village is amazing. Overall i suggest going.
Great relaxing location, very comfortable room, delicious food, and the view was amazing
An excellent place to enjoy outside the noisy city of Las Vegas, beautiful gardens and a large lake with water sports
Great location close to lots of fun activity and dining. Great facility with good food and wonderful staff.
Very quiet and nice hotel. A bit outdated but still good.
The Hilton has been a great experiance. The room was really nice and everything was super clean. It was everything you would expect at a Hilton.
I m not the person who typically writes reviews, and am usually weary of those who do, but I need to say that in years of business travel I had the worst experience of all at this location. I ll save the mind numbing details but need to communicate that you cannot expect the typical treatment which you might expect with a location bearing the Hilton name. Amazing property and location, pictures don t even do it justice, but know that this location is lead by manager and staff who do not live up to Hilton ideals.
Really nice environment and really great people that work there.
The hotel and location was beautiful. It was a 20 minute drive to the strip and far enough away for peacful relaxation. As all Hiltons are, the rooms were top notch. But the reason i give 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the service. We were interested in renting a kayak for the lake and the concierege left us with more questions and left us to find out for ourselves. Also, we called about getting another robe and more conditioner and we had to call a second time to fufill our request. It was still a great place to stay, its just not the kind of service i expected for the price we payed to stay here.
Beautiful atmosphere, plentiful amenities and professional service.
Beautiful resort. Nice and clean. Very quite. If you like to get away from the strip this is the place to go.
We were asked to pay resort fee when we were checking out they didn t mentioned when we get the reservation nor check in. this is a spam never coming back
Beautiful hotel and grounds, well worth the drive. Rooms are very nice. Easy parking. We saw otters while walking the trail around the lake. Great photo spots and restaurants. One of our favorite escapes from the city.
The view was all that and then some the mountains and the lake
The room was great as well m.k o complaints here.
We try to spend every anniversary here! It's so beautiful
I'm here to film a conference and think the resort is wonderful. It's best to come as a HHonors member, and everything is super expensive, but the area is so nice it's expected. Staff is all friendly and helpful.
Delivered to the Lake Las Vegas Hilton Resort over the weekend. Staff was not very helpful to someone who wasn't staying there. Given my family's enjoyment of Lake Las Vegas I'm fairly disappointed that this hotel can accept a simple delivery without making the driver run through 30 minutes of Hoops. Most hotels are much quicker and will just accept a package at the front desk for any guests.
Nice quiet place right on the water. Has plenty of amenities and activities to do. Also has some good restaurants close by.
I only saw the outside and lobby but it seems really nice and it is big. Beautiful area but NOTHING to do around it. Over half an hour to the strip so not where I would want to stay BUT it's very nice.
Great hotel but not near the strip of that's your thing
Rooms are very nice, restaurant food and service are excellent
Beautiful decor, very nice rooms, staff are friendly, and great location next to the village.
It is
awesome
Perfectly serviceable room, clean and had what was needed. Didn't get a chance to explore a lot of the hotel otherwise
Nice architecture with scenic views all around. Liked the place.
It was great, Parking wasn't very lit up but it was great overall.
Attended a training session for an upcoming paddling competition and was amazed at both the trainers as well as the views this location offers. The shopping area has an European feel to it, with plenty of options for eating and having a few drinks. The trainers for the paddle boats were amazing as they take their time to explain and work with you on having fun as well as being able to grasp the concept needed to race
It's like a trip to an European villa. it's quaint, peaceful, beautiful and close to the strip if you want that. Lots of good restaurants, friendly host, lovel scenery.
I love Vegas, adult play ground. Go and find your fun.
Was very relaxing, but there could be more to do close by.
Stayed at both the Hyatt (Westin) and the Ritz (Hilton) loved them both
My friends stayed there. Great room and beautiful place. Our complaint is about the service we recueved while we were there. A very big surprise for us to recieve such service from a Hilton hotel.
The clerk was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to anything we had to say. The price we agreed on wasn't the price they asked when we checked out, and when we asked to see a manager the guy answered very rudely and said "the manager will not see you, I'm charging your cards whether you like it or not". We were very surprised and warned him that if he will charge me without my consent it's the same as stealing.
The lady at the bar around 2:00pm was super sweet we had just got done doing the lake Las Vegas Aquapark and were super dehydrated she gave us a cup of water no problem . Great service . Most people wouldn t do that unless we were staying at the hotel .
Love this resort!!! Upscale rooms. Used to be a Ritz Carlton before Hilton took over. Pool is classy, relaxing, and saltwater. Pool Bartenders are great; friendly and accommodating. Live in Vegas & need a getaway??? Visit the Hilton Lake Las Vegas!!!
