Ritz-Carlton Hotel Lake Las Vegas Review

Room was great. Had a king suite. My only complaint is that I could not get the room warm. Turned up thermostat and it barely worked.

This Place Is Beautiful And Have Great Places To Eat At.

My husband and I got rudely turned away from the Westin so we decided to stay here instead. We felt welcomed and the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Nice place to stay and the prices were fair. Exceptional customer service. Gorgeous hotel. We love their breakfast. We also go a lovely room with a beautiful view.

It situated nicely near the lake. We had a lake view also overlooking the pool. The rooms feel a bit dated with the interior design and pain scheme. The walls seem a bit thin as we could here people talking next door at a normal tone. Not that it was an unpleasant stay but just not impressed. The bathroom was really nice. No complaints from service but valet did stall my car while driving it up to the hotel....no biggie.

Not only is this resort complex stunningly beautiful, the staff are overly helpful, fun to be around and made our stay the best. Special shout out to Joy at the front desk who made us feel like royalty.

We were in town for a convention and will be staying at Hiltonllv every time we are back in town.

The rooms are Florentine style over a bridge. The balcony overlooking Lake Las Vegas was breathtaking! The large fire pit was great for after work relaxation. Not to mention the spa!! Available for gold and diamond members Jessica and Kathy will make you feel like you didn't just walk 20 miles at a convention!

It is a place where artificial lakes are not far from Vegas, you can enjoy cruises, water sports and golf.

Hotel and staff are very nice. Rooms are comfortable. On the property are restaurants, little grocery store, water rentals, some entertainment on the right nights and a nice size pool...once you get here you really so not need to leave unless you want to gamble. The photo is the view from my room.

The customer service was excellent. So many employees went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable.

A quiet hotel if you want to relax. Beautiful views of garden and lakeside. Nice walking area with boutique shops and restaurants.

Quaint village connected with activities for most ages. Nice French Cafe nearby for crepes and pastries. Gelato next door for the afternoon quencher.

The food and service have been outstanding. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Pool was amazing. Will be back for sure!!!!!

Beautiful serene surrounds. Comfortable spaces. It would be 5* but the showers have a problem getting hot and staying there. Nothing like Luke warm going to artic to wake you up in the morning.

Populationally created a magnificent resort called Lake Las Vegas. However, in terms of business, it does not go well and is struggling. Recommended for those who want to play on Lake Mead rather than sightseeing in Las Vegas, who go around the Grand Circle, and who want to relax in a quiet resort.

Typically have loved it in the past but it was noisy this time and drove me nuts. Also they have been stingy on the diamond upgrades lately. Don't know if I will be back.

Clean and nicely situated next to the lake. Nice amenities and not far from the strip his car. Good and attentive service from workers. Spacious room.

We stayed 4 nights in a suite. The room is nice, the bed was comfortable but the DOG! One of the rooms near ours had a dog that was locked in a bathroom and it whined and banged on the door all night every night. We complained to Guest services but they told us that they have a no pet policy ! However, the dog just kept on whining and banging. Finally, at 5:30am on the last morning, I called the guest service person and begged and pleaded for them to investigate it and find the poor dog. They found it! Quite at last, three hours of restful sleep for the entire four day stay.

Amezing resort. 30 dlls uber away from down town strip vegas.

Nice break from The Strip. This is definitely a more peaceful and quite spot. There s a few water activities at Lake Las Vegas

This place provides excellent value for your dollar. Priced perfectly at $100ish (not sure how much these rates fluctuate) friendly service, nice sized and clean room (not really contemporary), and great views of the lake. I was pleasantly surprised by this resort.

This place is nice. The is well kept, the garden is beautiful and the staff is friendly.

Very nice hotell and the check inn was quick. Staff was very nice and polite. The room was nice and big. Room was very clean and we even got 2 bottle of water for free. I will recommend this place and think this is the best hotell ive been too

Very nice hotel and well-kept hotel, just a little off the beaten path. The beautiful scenery and extravagance of the hotel make it of the nicest Hiltons I've stayed at. Be sure to ask for continental breakfast vouchers when you check in!

Great place to unwind and relax. I like how everything you need is located around the lake in welcoming shops.

Hotel is nice, but the shops surrounding it were all closed and out of business.

They closed the hot tub all week and don't even give access to the spas hot tub. food was overpriced but loved the restaurants that were right below our hotel. The courtyard was stunning

The stores were closed and the casino was having a private gathering, so it was just bad timing. The Hilton hotel was the only highlight of our visit because of the kind and helpful staff.

We were here for a dance competition, staff is friendly, place is absolutely beautiful and I love how the grounds have their own restaurants, ice cream store and grocery store.

Paper thin walls and the cleaning staff bashing the doors shut for hours on end and being loud in the hallway. You should be able to rest in a hotel. Bathtub drain stuck shut. Unkept areas.

Away from the craziness of the strip, this place offers great service, nice rooms and excellent amenities. I just wished there were more shops in the village and that the casino was stop operating.

Formerly a ritz, this is a very interesting property. Beautifully done, but the layout is odd. It also seems like some of the hard goods need a bit more maintenance and love, but overall is nice.

Rooms need a lot of updates but just getting down the hallway with unpainted and scuffed molding and walls. Just needs a top to bottom cleaning.

I stayed there with my wife and two young kids for Spring Break the middle of April for 3 nights. I was very displeased with the service. I was charged $25 per day for resort charges and in the 4 days we were there our room was not cleaned even one time. In fact I had to go and track down the maid service at ask for toilet paper and clean towels. They tried to blam it on us having a do not disturb sign up but that was not the case it was just poor service and a lack of cleaning personal. When I checked out I told the fest attendant that I did not feel like I should be charged for the resort of $75 total because it did not live up to resort quality. He said that because I prepaid through Hiltons own website he could not refund the Resort charges and that a manager would contact me with some kind of discount or free stays. It's May 7th and I've yet heard from them..... Would never stay there again I would go to the Westin down the road or the VRBOs located in the area.

Great hotel and location. I come to LV for family and this is a perfect site for family weekends. Outstanding staff.

Reasonably nice and priced well. The pool was disgusting this last weekend 7/17-7/21. Tons of people, no one wearing masks, and literally hunks of hair floating in the pool. Totally foul. Why was no one limiting the amount of people into the pool area? It was like there was not a pandemic occurring...
Front desk gals were kind and attentive. Luis? And Brian in the restaurant were excellent. Room was just fine. Felt clean.
Had we not had family 15 minutes away with a lovely pool we'd have been significantly disappointed. My whole party that had 5 rooms is still in shock over the disgusting condition of the pool and total disregard for social distancing. Bleh. Happy 60th birthday mom. Here's a hunk of human hair from the pool.
Also, being a diamond club member- it was hard to get more towels, water, or other amenities. The soda machine containing water on my floor was broken and the other below our floor was out of water. The front desk gal did provide a few bottles for us. She was very kind and had pretty teal colored nails. Thanks again to her.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a lovely resort area. Rates are very reasonable. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfy. Food is excellent although a bit pricey. Room service is definitely a once or twice at most $$. There are plenty of activities and restaurants right next to the hotel. The views are amazing if you get a lake view like in my photos. The staff are very helpful and polite. The fridge in the room wasnt working when I arrived and they replaced it within 20 mins. Excellent service. Valet parking was $10 per day but there is plenty of on site parking in the form of a multi story attached to the hotel. The atmosphere here is wonderful and I feel like I'm back in Italy. It was just me and my bestie but it's a great place for families and there is alot for the kids to do as well. Highly recommended.

I had hoped the swimmingpool and the laguna were open. The weather was nice enough to just sit there and enjoy. Further, perfect.

We had two rooms check in is at 3:00. At 4:25 we were able to finally check into 1 room, only to find blood on our sheets. The front desk did nothing! I can NOT believe this place. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

We attended a event and we were taken care beyond expectations. This hotel is wonderful. We will be back.

Banquet food was a bit inconsistent but nobody starved. Loved the on-site grocery store with regular hometown prices even on beer, wine, and liquor. Room was outstanding with great mattress.
