Could be cleaner. Price per night little high considering the rates of their competitors. The staff was attentive and helpful. The building really shows its age. Prices at the restaurant were excessive, driving 1-2miles from the "resort" you can buy delicious food 50% or more cheaper. The treadmill way too noisy, can't hear the tv. Swimming pool and sauna were ok. Would I visit them again? Cannot tell, I think I will wait...

The staff was welcoming and generous. The room was nice and clean, it had a paper with name and date of disinfection. The pool area was stunning, clean clear waters for adults and for babies and service to station. Everything was organized during this pandemic. Restaurant was excellent...we will come back soon!

It was a nice place. I don't know if it's seasonal but you have to get out early since the clouds and rain came in every afternoon. And crazy humid - not the resort's fault but just sharing. It was very humid in the room no matter how low we made the AC. I guess we are lucky there was AC! And Internet. A little up and down and some slowness but for work/ business needs, it was fine.

We went late to breakfast once and we missed the hours and had to wait til lunch and there were not any easily reached places to get anything. There is not really anything walkable. Narrow beach and quiet waves. For me, plenty of areas to sit in the shade but enjoy the sound of the surf.

This review is of the restaurant, Las Brasas. (The beachfront grill and bar isn't open to the public unless you pony up $35 for a day pass that includes a main course and a drink.)Good food but food and service was so slow. We drained a bottle of wine before they came back to pour a second glass, it took 90 minutes for our party to eat one course and pay. Great quality seafood in the mofongo relleno. Breakfast buffet is mediocre but the pancakes and coconut oatmeal were above average.

It was beautiful! The rooms were so well kept. Plus, it doesn't get better than having the beach right there! And there's a pool right next to it if you don't like the ocean. Music every night, lots of fun outdoor games, great bar!

Accessible from the main road, very cordial at the time of check-in, very cozy living areas, large clean pool, super comfortable room, exquisite Brasa restaurant! Recommended!

Gorgeous place to enjoy everything about it i.e. pool, perfect beach, bar, and facility. The restaurant lacked in a few areas as per service but the food was ok and the coffee was better.

Resort is beautiful! From the rooms to the view and location its absolutely amazing. The price you pay for the room is extremely cheap compared to the the other places, but there a few things to keep in mind. The first is if you are landing in San Jaun know now a taxi is 220 usd + one way, and if you rent a car its still about a 3 and a half to 4 hout drive. The other thing is there is not much to do around the hotel, and by this I mean the nearest town to go out to dinner or even go to a bar is about a 45 min drive and once again that's about 80 dollers for a taxi. You are very limited to the resort its self and im not complaining because the food from the restaurant in the resort is amazing. Just over all if your looking for a privet get away and want to see the whole island (by car) and dont want to deal with people this your place. On the other hand if you want more of a night life, and more tourist related experience I recomment staying in the San Juan area.

Our experience was NOT so great. Maybe we are just use to being in 5 star hotels with great service BUT unfortunately since day one our experience was not pleasant. Even after speaking with a supervisor regarding our issues. With no phone service ( we had to physically walk downstairs to front desk ) no air vent in the bathroom. There was like 2 outlet in the entire room. You would think in this day in age there would be more. Then the people next to us was slamming their door for 20 mins because they were locked out.

We asked the supervisor if maybe we can get another room. Maybe we can stay an extra day if they could accommodate us. The supervisor Mr. De La Cruz just looked at us and said no. He never apologized for the inconvenience and noise issue we had.

The restaurant in the hotel basically had the same menu all week. So its better to eat out if you want a variety.

The waiter try to be nice to you but its like get in and out. The pool and beach view is Definitely not all that.

If you want laundry service they give you a small shopping bag and charge $15 a bag to wash clothes!

Finally at the time of checkout we were told 12noon. At 11:15am they called to say we had 5mins to get downstairs or else they would charge you for the full day. When we approached them about the call. The front desk lady with a poker face said that's the policy 11am and we were wrong. Meanwhile we had the email from them stating different.

Arriving to the airport my husband realized he left his charger in the bathroom. Since we were rushed out. I called and was told we had to pay to get it shipped! I asked to speak to the supervisor idiot that didn't help us the 1st time because I was definitely NOT paying for a delivery after being rushed out. In the end the supervisor did not get on the phone instead told her to tell me they would send item free of charge.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted how anything was managed at this resort.

Beachfront hotel. Nice pool with a pool bar. Drinks were good. Great service. Our room 259 was small and outdated. Bathroom was clean but needs a lot of improvement. The ice machine at the second floor was not working. Good for families and/or couples. Hotel is easy to find. Parking available. 20-30 minutes from Aguadilla Airport. 10-15 minutes from Rincon.

Rooms need improving and cleanliness was an issue. Spent too much time dealing with issues and meeting with hotel staff about changing rooms, one of which was fly infested. A disappointing experience from a previous stay and also over priced.

It's not luxury and could use some sprucing up in some places, but the location, beds, water, people, general areas are all good. I can't imagine anyone saying this is their favorite hotel, but it's good for a vacation.

Great place, service is excellent. Ask for Jeffrey at the pool bar and Katiria at breakfast in Brasas. They lost a lot of beach front because erosion by huracaine Maria in 2017. The swimming pool is enough for me but if you like the beach, will have to move to other place during the day. Well kept, maintenance been good. The don't have room service thought.

Excellent service. The rooms are cozy, good air conditioning, has a restaurant and bars in the "lobby" and in the pool area. They offer "day pass" to use the pool for those who are not staying. They have regular rooms and villas that have a full kitchen and all utensils needed to use it. Parking is free of charge. Rincon gives you beautiful sunsets.

This hotel is quite good. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The pool and the beach are very good. The only thing they can improve is that the pool bar closes before sunset when you just want to have a drink and watch the sunset.
