Incredible service. And property. However the was loud ongoing maintenance while I was there

Nice hotel, not very big pool and lovely beach. The economic room is not in the best state.

It is a simple hotel without amenities or offers beyond swimming pool and the sea. It does not justify its price

Very attentive staff good service but the check-in at 4pm very late and then the checkout at 11am. Very early it is not business I stayed 2 nights 3 days and we could only enjoy one the other 2 you arrive late and you leave early.

I don t normally like to give poor reviews, but I do today to inform other travelers. Despite picturesque views courtesy of Puerto Rico, the resort was not worth the money. After going to bed, I noticed I was getting bitten by bed bugs; further investigation found several more pests. I immediately wanted to shower, but absolutely zero hot water was available to our room. In the middle of the night, we went to the front desk to tell them of the situation. Nobody of the resort staff ever apologised. They sent a maintenance worker to our room who said the hot water heater for the room was turned off. For the bed bugs, we requested a new room. We were placed in the room directly below our previous room. Things improved until about 6am when the staff seemingly began cleaning or something in our previous, bed bug-infested room directly above where we were relocated. Furniture moving and stomping was disruptive and overbearing until we checked out early at 10:30am. Still, the concierge failed to understand the gravity of our terrible night after explaining it to them. After getting resettled and showered in our new room, we barely slept. The best part of the resort was the beach and the free coffee, which certainly can be found elsewhere. I implore you to consider other options for your stay on the western side of the island.

UPDATE: I worked with our booking agent to talk with management about the situation. The sales staff was notably more friendly and understanding. They worked with us to find an appropriate solution.

Nice place to go and get relax. The restaurant Brasas have excellent food and great service.

Has a nice time here with my family. Mostly pool beach and beautiful sunset.

Every time we go we have a great time, it is very rich and the attention is very good, the areas are very beautiful and cozy

We enjoy our days tjere and hoping we could return. We enjoy the pool a lot. Unfortune after huracine Maria the beach suffer a lot. Big parking lot but for some reason they do not have nobody at the front gate. One of the days the area suffer a blackout and the hotel operate with their power plant, we do not expirience any trouble beside this. Even we do not hear the power generator at the rooms, only if you walk to the paking lot. The internet was not the best, but not sure if they still had issues after the huracaine. But if you want to lay back and don't need to get connected it is the right place to spend few days.

I don't think it fits the bill to be called a resort. Pool somewhat small. The rooms are clean and smelling good. Excellent breakfast (taste). Good good service. Super attentive.

If anybody out there is trying to find great deals for hotel rooms go over to . booked a resort on there and these guys had the lowest prices any where!

They are taking temps and spraying their guests hands with sanitizer. There is Beach access, pool, hot tub and kiddie pool...folks are really good at social distancing.

It's a very nice place needs just a bit of work. One thing the WiFi in our room does not work very well including my Nintendo switch

It is good there is a jacuzzi, the food is very good, I recommend it

It is a super cool place and very quiet. It is perfect to go to relax and spend a serene time. The hotel restaurant is a very good one. They know how to prepare super delicious dishes. If you have the opportunity to try the frapes, do it because they are very good and refreshing if it is hot (especially strawberry!). The pool is large and there is also a bar where you can order in the water and in the sand. There is also a jacuzzi. The beach is super quiet and if it's sunny it turns into a beautiful view! It is a very good place but if you plan on staying all day at the hotel there is not much to do in terms of extracurricular activities. Apart from that the place is very cool and I would go back to this place!
