Beautiful clean surroundings and a spectacular view

The beach is very good. The fact that they have not a power plant for the whole hotel is lousy. They could not even pump the water to higher floors. Or is it that they did not have a water cistern?

Currently staying here for the week. So far, the staff is super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about what to do in west Puerto Rico.

Very good, quiet but comfortable. Recommended for couples or families.

Food quality

Our stay was pretty pleasant and enjoyable. My only complaint was that the room could have been cleaner. There were some old mold stains on one of the bed sheets, a candy wrapper behind one of the headboards and the floor could have been swept/mopped better. The view for the hotel is AMAZING. The hotel amenities are convenient specially if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. We didn't eat at the restaurant because there are many good places to eat nearby. The cocktails from the Pelican Bar were great.

My family and I had an ok experience here. They have several amenities but I wouldn t exactly call this a resort. The rooms need to be renovated.

Great time with family & friends! Realize the resort is recuperating & some of the amenities have yet to be replaced, suggest better food selection, maid service for the rooms! Otherwise, the pricing was appropriate & my rating would be higher! It was our family s sixth visit! We ll be back!

I went for a convention of my work and the facilities for the work meetings are excellent, the food varied and of very good taste and the activities of the Hotel at night were varied!

This was a mostly wonderful stay with only a few exceptions.

In terms of the restaurant, it doesn't seem they get many requests for rare steak. It was strangely well done in the middle and rare on the outsides. Breakfast however, was amazing.

In terms of the room, everything was quite nice aside from a water shortage. Bring water bottles with you because most vending machines will be sold out of water and no additional water is provided. If you do bring things to the resort, make sure to throw them away and not just on the ground outside of your car. Don't trash this place.

The most important one is for light sleepers. We were in a room where birds tended to congregate near between the hours of 3AM and 6AM. These weren't just any birds, these things were whistling firecrackers of immense proportions. The noise produced by these things would rival and 4th of July celebrations you've ever heard.

Despite these nitpicks, the staff and ambience were generally wonderful and you'd have to experience it at least once to get a taste of the area.

The food at the restaurant is why this place gets at least one star as it was delicious and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are outdated smell moldy and the balcony door in the room wouldn't close properly. The pool was beautiful but needs work as there are cracks everywhere. Let's not talk about the beach "entrance" it's a hill off the pool area. This place has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of work and for the amount of money your paying here which is a lot this place isn't worth it.

We choice this resort at a last minute and was the best choice that we have made!! It is a really lovely, clean and chip option. The room is so confortable and have good amenities. Super clean bathroom and super nice bed!!

Simply amazing not that expensive and the most amazing view guys you need some vacation. With the help of maps you can go to many rest close that won't break your wallet the in house rest are ok but bit expensive they have a nice bar at the lobby

It was great! We had a junior suite overlooking the pool and the beach. The facilities are great and does all Covid protocols. Next time I'm staying longer. Great for couples and families

Beautiful grounds, big clean pool & jaccuzi. Rooms were pretty nice as well, lighting wasn't that good though. On site restaurant looked nice even though I didn't dine there. Beach was clean and enjoyable. Staff was helpful.

Totally fascinated, we arrived by chance and ended up staying all weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. A first class service since you enter until you leave. The treatment of both those who serve in the cleanup and those who serve in the management was excellent. Clean and pleasant facilities. Pools with a wonderful view of the sea. Food in the restaurant delicious. Anyway, considering already back!

Beautiful and clean Staff not so nice but very efficient.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience in this hotel. Nothing close to that the hotels page shows.
First of all upon arriving we had two friends visit us and they were charged $91 each just come in the hotel; ridiculous.
Then there was a puddle of water in our room, the coffee creamer was old and looked like a bar of soap.

Beautiful place. The very attentive staff, the food and the breakfasts at Las Brasas Restaurant are spectacular and delicious. They have very good Covid 19 protocols. I recommend it 100%.

One of the first to reopen after Hurricane Maria. Elegant lobby. Currently no beach access. Spotty elevators. No AC. A lovely restaurant with a good menu that the chef gets right 50% of the time.
