Rincon Beach Resort Review

Excellent hotel very nice and clean, close to rincon, the restaurant very good.

Its a good Resort for the Family and those who want some time away from everithing... do not expect luxury. Customer service is excellent!

The views and beach access make this a 5 star hotel alone. Main restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. There is a snack bar by the pool for lunch and happy hour. The grounds include a wonderful sitting area, playground for small children, lawn, and beautiful gardens. There is a very shallow children's pool attached to the adult pool, ideal for babies and toddlers to be with a parent in the water. The pool overlooks the narrow sandy stretch and the ocean. Rooms are comfortable and spacious but nothing fancy.

This weekend we celebrate our wedding at the Hotel. The experience was very good. To the extent that they were made possible, they were flexible with our requests. Highly recommended if you want to do something private, elegant and spectacular.

It is very beautiful and the treatment is excellent

This resort is relatively small in comparison to other beach resorts but it still provides the necessary get away feeling. The gym is small and there are no on-site adventure representatives but if that's not what you are into then it's fine. It is a convenient drive or Uber ride to the Plaza in rincon. The staff and locals the restaurants and even in neighboring areas speak great English so communication should not pose an issue. Overall lovely location to vacation!

Really quiet and beautiful property. Perfect for a romantic or family getaway. The best sunsets on the island and the beach is only a few steps away. Highly recommended!!!

There is nothing close by that you can walk to. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle. The first room I was given had couple of issues like telephone didn't work and the shower was clogged which flooded the room. Although they gave me a new room this is unacceptable for the money they charge per night. I have three stars for the pools, the proximity to the beach and the friendly staff. The hotel food is so-so, hit and miss. The bar food at the pelican grill was just abominable... Never again I'll have there.

Berry nice view, rooms are nice and clean good place for water sport people like surfing. The price a little high for the quality level.

It's my first time at this hotel. We are on vacation and we stayed in different hotels. First, the chk in is at 3 o'clock and when you get to chk in, I warn you that you should have my family visit me. The pass for the pool is 20 adult and 15 child I stop well because it includes a plate of food. But they told me that by almost 4 the lunch was closing and that what they could do was give me the pass 5 dollars discount and that they could only be until 9. When my family arrived they did not give me the discount because they gave me lunch but they stayed alone until 6. Tremendous confucion. I called the front desk and they told me until 9. The room was clean. The pool was greenish with dirt. Very pretty but very dirty. Cute pool area that by the photo of the internet was that I came. This hotel does not have to wash your clothes if you want to larva you have to pay 15 and they grab it. The restaurant they have was another thing that I did not like very much. For being a resort I expected more. I recommend Aquarius more than this one. I hope that with my comment I can help you a little.

Beautiful property but GM has no idea how to be nice and run a hotel with real customer service (nonexistent at the restaurant). Lots of potential if they get rid of her.

It is beautiful, the beach, the service, the meals, everything, everything is exquisite. I dream of coming back soon.

Nice . Very expensive beers for a bar that is outdoors. Best price in the hotels of the metro. They must include breakfasts in the offers.

The Hotel is spectacular good service and good facilities.

Just OK but I would not return.
Room had a noisy air conditioning. The door had such large gaps
with it's frame that sunlight streamed into the room in the morning!
Humid smell in room. Scratches on bathtub.
Unimaginative breakfast was extra.
Dining room decor was severely lacking
Expensive bar ($35.00 for 2 martinis, plus tax and tips)
Almost rude front desk staff who apparently could not speak in sentences and showed no concern for guests.
Pool barman was forced to act as waiter/barman/food deliverer
resulting in inevitable delays. Not his fault, but annoying.
A stray dog wandered day and night through the property, including
the lobby area.
Zero security at entrance to the parking area.

Excellent service. Clean and friendly. Nice pool and beach. Good food and drinks.

My favorite hotel in the west! I love the pool, it has a wet bar and a view of the sea. The beds are super comfortable!

View from room 103. Modern bathroom for people with disabilities. Clean, excellent customer service and close to many restaurants, malls and beaches. Breakfast buffet for $15 is totally worth it. Free parking. Affordable menu at the pool. Definitely coming back!

Only issue: The beds need new mattresses.

Important: They are renovating. Ask for a newly renovated room.

Pool bar excellent service but should be open until night.

I went for a friend's wedding, lovely ocean view and wonderful site seeing around town. Great authentic food and great views of beach at night.

Great place to enjoy a beautiful scenery while relaxing in an infinity pool or the beach. Nice for couples and families.

Overall the hotel was good. I rounded up but really wished for a 3.5 star option. The pool and the beach were the highlight but the room was outdated. The breakfast buffet after tax was about $16pp and offered fruit, breads, sandwich meats, bacon and cereal with made to order pancakes and eggs. The bar prices that I saw (before tip) ~ 12ozPina Colada and margaritas about $8 and virgin drinks about $6. The room had basic amenities without anything to write home about. We had to ask for extra pillows as only one per person was provided. We had a queen bed and a roll away cot for our son. Any visitors have a $25 daily charge to get the wrist band needed to be on the facilities. The parking was about $15/day and self park. Towel service was provided and easier to use than what the reviews I had read identified. The front desk also kept our bags so we could do a snorkeling tour after checkout. They provided options to keep the room until about 6:30pm for an extra $90. We declined and just traveled to our next location after picking up our bags. There are no showers available to wash up once you ve checked out though so I would prepare for that. Phone service was non-existent but the WiFi met basic browse needs. I wouldn t plan on streaming with it though.

Contact with Nature, at the time we were there, due to the curfew imposed by the Government, there was a lot of tranquility, peace, we had a wonderful time.

Excellent. The staff is super attentive, the facilities are safe and the location is unbeatable. The furniture in the rooms and villas needs to be renovated.

Excellent rooms, Beach area and pool are very nice.

Spent a week here with family. We loved it! The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfy. The courtyard comes alive at night. The swimming pools were beautiful and inviting. Best of all the resort is right on the beach.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I've already booked my next stay in a couple of weeks.

It is really an amazing place. Yo cane feel peace and serenity.

Good family place, spacious rooms, good cleaning and very good pool. On the towels of the pool should put another area that deliver and pick up as you have to do the same row of check in.
It takes more staff and in the restaurant more variety of meals and at the bar to have two employees not one who does everything and has to go back and forth looking for things and leaves the guests waiting.

The staff was very helpful. The room need an upgrade but they were clean. The restaurant Brasas was a bit pricey.

Pleasant stay. Clean and a first class service. A beautiful view and a super pool that keep it very well. Bar in the pool. The restaurant excellent. Quality and good service as for everything. The facilities are like for photo in each corner. There is no ATM. So take out your cash before. But the hotel does accept cards.

This place is pretty rough. Rooms were very outdated, uncomfortable bed. Always a long wait to speak to front desk staff, hotel lobby way always so hot. 3 stars because the pool was actually pretty nice and sits on a decent beach.

I like beach ls and the averca is good because ay a section to go with the little children. Also the apartment area is fine.
