Rincon Beach Resort Review

Excellent place, quiet and his work team very attentive.

Staff is very friendly, food is good, the almond French toast is the best. Make sure that you ask for a room with a balcony and a ocean view

I stayed at this hotel with my family, a group of eight in a two bedroom suite. To begin, when you arrive the hotel is kept beautifully, is very open and cozy. The front desk employees, as well as other areas, are friendly and courteous. The pool area is open and inviting, with great access to the beach. The room was clean with a modern but classic decoration, with an amazing view to the ocean. The green areas of the hotel are neatly kept. The bathroom was of a comfortable size and well supplied with towels and toiletries. The only setback I found was the shower tub was a little clogged, and a small puddle would form. For the money you pay for the room, this shouldn't happen. In general, Rincon Beach Resort is not a 5 stars hotel, but definitely a 4 stars hotel.

Little bit outdated, surprised with the fact that the pool bar closes so early that if you want something to drink you need to go to reception or the restaurant. Insanely true. Definitely needs some work.

The food is too expensive, the room was nice, even though they could not "find" my reservation at first. I enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is very good but lacks a bit of maintenance and affection. The facilities are very good but the areas of the rooms are dirty and the rooms are a little neglected. The service is very good and the location and the view are excellent. Very good pool and beach. Parking is free but there is not much security. The area is touristy and has many restaurants and an area to visit.

I visited the hotel to attend a conference. The facilities are very nice and they looked after me very well.

What a gem this resort is! Super friendly staff, clean rooms and kept well stocked, and the views! Amazing! Getting here was miserable but well worth the ordeal! The restaurants are very good with wonderful food options perfectly prepared with excellent presentation and the prices are extremely reasonable.We are so glad we found this resort and will definitely return!

Great rooms and view, we had a pool/ocean ground level room. Hotel Location was convenient. Not full service as i thought it would be compared to main land american hotels. Internet service is patchy and unsecured. There are a few great local places to go if you choose.

We like this place a lot and it looks like they renovated it nicely after the storm.

Hotel is really nice. Staff is very courteous and responsive. The grounds were kept clean at all times. Breakfast Buffet was delicious. I found the price reasonable. The rooms are comfy and air conditioning was great but the door of my room was crooked. It had to be pushed real hard to close. Other than that I had a view of the beautiful ocean. Pool is excellent especially for children. The beach is nice. My stay was short but I enjoyed it very much.

Went to plan a wedding. The property is gorgeous, but very dated.

We celebrated our Class Reunion this month at the Resort. The Overall Experience was exceptional. We booked 25 rooms at the hotel. Everything worked out fine and the staff was more than helpful and went the extra mile. Room were comfortable and clean. The Pool area is great with a stunning view of the Ocean. Good for all ages.

Beautiful place, excellent service and very strict with security for COVID. The beautiful pool. The beach a bit rocky. Rooms need more wall hooks to hook clothes and towels. Comfortable beds and they are restoring the place. Very good service.

Beautiful beach. Big pool. The employees were nice. The rooms are a bit dated for the price, however, they were still comfortable and we found no issues during our stay. Some days you have the beach to yourselves. Highly recommend.

Not at all like the pics repeat not at all this place is more like a motel resort ! Messed up the reservation charged us over $170 for a cot for an additional person after calling in advance for a reservation for a 2 bed room told us no other rooms available definetly would not recommend to anyone also extremely outdated

First of all we arrive on friday at evening we change and go to the bar the bartender was so slow to serve and also to charge us, not to mention the attitude... The WIFI has horrible signal and you need it because the phone signal is very poor so imagine the situation. One of the elevators stopped working and no one came to fix it... So it was 4 floor by the stairs! Too expensive for what it really is! The only good thing that in my opinion this hotel has is the view!

The place is beautiful but the service is terrible will never ever stay here again. The front desk staff are rude. We are a party of 5 the room has 2 towels we asked for more and they did not want to give us extra towels, basically had to argue for extra towels. We were told over the phone when booking one thing and when we got here is something different. When we booked the room I mentioned that it was my wife and our three children they said don t worry we can accommodate you. We paid $244 for the night, when we got to the room there were two beds and when we asked for the roll out bed the front desk told me that s an additional $85. Will not recommend the beach is not nice at all dirty no up keeping.

It is a place with good relaxing atmosphere, comfortable pool, beach just steps from the pool, excellent service and attention. Has restaurant, grill and pool bar. Within minutes of the place there is a variety of food places. The rooms are comfortable and clean, free WiFi. Free breakfast is not offered.

A very cozy and quiet place to spend a few clear days with your family. Extraordinary view of dusk.

Excellent. Room for improvement on first hand necessity items availabity. Like beach sandals, Zantac and similar that are needed to enjoy your stay full 100%.

Nice staff but very understaffed. The birds at night make a tremendous noise every morning starting at 4am. When I asked about how loud it was the reply was that s nothing it was worse before the hurricane . It was like being in the middle of an aviary. Good beds. Beautiful views. I would have rated it higher but the waking up every night due to the noise killed the peaceful vacation part

Hotel was amazing! Room comfortable with a nice view of the ocean. Pool was beatiful and clean. Restaurant was good and had good-priced breakfast. Only thing we didn't like was dinner in the Brasas restaurant, the few options they have were super expensive, and didn't really have that good Puerto Rican taste. If you're staying here I would go have dinner in Don Maceta up the street. Really authentic and amazing food, and cheaper than Brasas.

Definitely recommend this hotel!
