The change of staff did not suit him. Lack of experience in the reception area. The restaurant, with Luis and Mitchell are still great.

Loved the hotel! Great peaceful hotel right on the beach. Hidden gem! Will be coming back WITHOUT the kids again.

This is our 2nd time staying here. It's so pretty, comfy and plenty of good food, great Chef, rooms very nice, pools. Beach front and several tourist things to do all around the area. Recommend!!!

Best hotel in Rincon if you ask me! The beach and pool are next to each other and the in pool bar is awesome! I love to use the giant chess board and the kids love it.

The hotel is nice but in the rooms there is no cooler to be able to cool water and there are no water facilities to take outside of hours that the bar and the restaurant are working.

Had stayed there in the past and other than terrible WIFI and cell reception, had nothing to complain about. Great location, view and pool, satisfactory rooms and ok cleaning service. Unfortunately since my last visit in 2015 things seem to have gone down the hill specially customer service and they haven t keep up the place. In my 2018 visit struggle since the check in, they want to change the room you request, on room advertised fitting up to 4 adults they want to charge per additional adult per night. If someone comes to visit you even if not using any of the hotel facilities and consuming food from the hotel ( that you are paying for) they want to charge you for just the person being there. And they are charging for a day pass. Per person if a visitor come anywhere near the pool. They have a task reinforcement watching over the pool making sure you get charged for even breathing, which takes away the resort and relaxing atmosphere.:. The check in personal is rude, difficult to deal with and hustling around to charge you for anything and everything whether is at check in or check out. The jacuzzi heater is broken and havent been replaces which makes it more of a frozencuzzi. Warm water in the room comes and goes and if you leave anything placed wrongly room service will trashed whether is trash or not. The only person that is decent to deal with and a reasonable person is the manager but nonetheless ypu shouldnt be needing the manager to get good service for every little detail.

Nightmare to make a reservatiion by phone. Need more staff or train them un customer service. Room was not as clean as expected but rest of the stay was excellent. Good customer service once you get there.

A dream place to watch the sunset with your love one. Everything clean, excellent service, a must go!!

Excellent facilities. I'm in a spectacular suite! Well-trained employees. The pool area and the beach excellent !!! We are planning to return with children and granddaughters.
Just a small suggestion the prices of the restaurant that are more accessible to the pocket

Stayed one night, I asked for tooth paste and they said they had none. Service was horrible, Best Western it's such a much better bang for tour buck!!!

Exelente Resort very clean and private ideal to relax perfect for couple time, private and quiet beach and has the Brasas Restaurant the food was delicious and nearby is the square of the nearby town where every Thursday they have music and artisans of the country.

The pool is the best place to spend the day. There is music at an adequate volume and the bar and restaurant by the pool are an excellent option.

My favorite place on the west side of the island to stay! 100% recommended!

Gorgeous property. Pool bar. Nice rooms. But far from civilation. Looked at property for our upcoming Wedding. If it wasn't so far it would be a good contender. Prices aren't too high either and the wedding package included more than other venues.

Beautiful place. Fabulous views and sunsets. Food at Brasas rest was amazing, although a tad expensive, but well worth it. Mofongo with seafood - spectacular.

Beach and pool are great. Only missing someone to pick up drink and food orders in pool after 5pm.

Also breakfast sandwiches use cinnamon bread; great for french toast but (imo) not great with savory.

Steak was seasoned well, just not the best piece.

The food and drinks are depressing. Went to a wedding there that did traditional Puerto Rican food. Was super excellent! However the food they offer in a non catering basis... Make the food more like the. Catered options, please

The facilities are good, but there's nothing to do besides beach and pool unless you get out of the resort. There are many places outside the resort at a reasonable driving distance.

It is located in one of the best PR areas. Close to everything and with tremendous sea views from several restaurants.

I am currently staying at this hotel. Horrible so not book at this hotel. Over priced over rated. Rude staff. Outdated and dirty rooms. Stained sheets. Our bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in months. Layer of dust in toilet tank cover. Dirty stained toilet bowl. Old old rooms. Broken tiles in bathroom. We arrived and complained to receptionist and asked if there was another room available cause ours smelled like moth balls and she could not have been bothered. Never looked at us while talking to her. Blamed it on possible painting in other rooms. Got stuck in elevator when it opened in between floors more than once.
I would never stay here again. There is no beach because of hurricane damage and when we called were told all was ok. The patio furniture is filthy. Appears they don t take care of he grounds. Closet doors are hanging off the track. Do not book a stay here. You will be so disappointed.

It is a good place to have a good time when you want to look for that quiet and comfortable space and very attentive employees
