Please do not used this insurance, avoid it at all cost, & please spread it out to your family's &friends. there are all scambag. Some of the bad review here are very true..
Do not be surprised if they couted you as a very low price, until they took your deposit, they start contacting you that there is some problim on your policy & guarantee your policy well start increasing high., until you cant get your deposit back & it will not giving you a choose but to pay it.. this company are prud & it will blackmailing you.. now specially when you make a claim. Now my car was now been right off, & it takes 8 weeks & until now I'm still chaising my money for the the car, they would not bother calling you, until you have to call them & you will get pass to 3 to 4 departments, & When there already had all my documents of the car. & also they will give you an evaluation of the vehicle, & take off the excess & the ramaining premium balance.. & plus on top of that they will cancel your insurance even tho just change the car for to be insured.. & once they cancel it they still gonna ask you to pay the the remaining balance of the insurance.. so it means you have to.pay them twice..

Here are my advice to those people that looking for the cheapest car insurance.... AVOID THIS RIGHT CHOISE INSURANCE ALL COST.. THE ARE CON/PROUD.. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY THAT YOU WORK FOR..

Customer service is non existent and they have left me with a broken windscreen for 2 days now. I pay good money and expect a good service Right Choice Insurance will try and make up any reason not to pay out. They are happy taking your money but will pass the buck and pass you from pillar to post!!!!!

Zero stars if possible. Will not reply to e-mails sent. Sent them proof of no claims bonus via post recorded delivery and via e-mail. Say they haven't received it and will cancel policy. Customer service has no clue. Cant explain why they signed for the recorded letter they hadn't received or why the can't find emails sent to them or find replies to e-mails they had sent. Also applied online and paid online and was told will get a phone call to confirm which never happened. I had chase up by ring them but as the customer service is so poor it was a ordeal

Stay well away from these incompitent idiots - worst company I have ever dealt within my 15 years of driving, money grabing pesants and the level of customer care/customer service offered is shocking, no humans on the other side of the phone just scripted monkeys that sound like a broken record premium doubled after paying deposit and then doubled again after changing vehicle to a lower insurance group also 3 grand excess - STAY WELL AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

this type of practice should cause companies that use these tactics to have licence revoked and cease trading..the bigger the name the more they get away with it seems.... staff trained to deliberately wait until the 14 day cancellation to then trap customers,,, ombudsman involved complaints made.. will update when manager looks at inception call with misleading quotes to gain sign up deposits....

Waited hours at a time on the phone to renew the car insurance, spent 4 days trying to get through! Eventually got through, after arranging the cover to start from a specific date the representative started the policy at the wrong date.



Unprofessional service, keep away, I only insured because I was forced to otherwise I would not renew with these.

A Breath of Fresh Air. A Solid Company. The Right Policy, The Correct People & Wonderful Customer Service!?!!

I dealt with Lauren today to finalise and set-up my insurance. Quite apart from her obvious professionalism, Lauren was equally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Personally, after a somewhat bitter experience previously I was more than pleasantly surprised.

Additionally, I was equally impressed by the companies approach to setting up the insurance. I felt the right insurance had been obtained. The honesty and transparency of the process was unique in my opinion.

The correct questions asked, and the allowance for honesty in the answers that I was able to provide. Generally I find, today, the questions and process are far too rigid to allow for any flexibility to impart more information than the process requires. This was not the case here.

It was quite clear the company had put a lot of thought into the process, moreso Customer Service had been very prevalent in the companies thinking.

This is so exceptionally rare these days and other companies should look and try to emulate Right Choice's approach to their customers, the policy and the service.

A policy I can trust, a company I can rely on, a customer service I want to call.

Great service from Bailey today. Purchased policy online yesterday but received a text to say I had to call them to confirm details which is understandable and not really a big deal. I read a lot of reviews which said you can't get through when you call but I had no problems, call was picked up in a couple of minutes. Bailey came across really friendly and professional. The Right Choice would be not to choose them ! ! I wish i had seen this sooner. I insured my bike, well i think i did, yesterday. I am still waiting for team member to call as my insurance cover is not effective until i have spoken to them. I have tried ringing them again and again and again ! When you do get through, you are transferred and put on hold ! An hour later, i'm still on hold. I have emailed, no response. Hopefully i can stop the payments before they leave my bank account.
And the only reason i've given them one star, is because without one you can not post this review ! So it is definately NO stars from me. Total incompetent morons !

Cant believe I had to provide a second contact number I case they could get me on my own number and if I didn t they wouldn t give me a quote. Also think it s very wrong that they can t give u all he information that I wanted. Such as if I took out the full comp insurance would I be covered to drive other cars. They couldn t tell me. Also they couldn t even give me the brokers contact number so I could call them and check.
Felt like I was interrogated with all the questions. The lady even went as far as not believing I had a drive to park my car on and checked in google maps. As a insurance broker I believe I wasn t given all the information I needed to make the right decision for me but went with it as it was the cheapest

AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I cancelled my policy after a few days due to all the paperwork that was required. They made the whole process laborious and I had to call 5 times as no one answered. Shambles. Cheap for a reason - I've moved to a more well known brand and will be staying there thanks.

I had very bad experience with these people , if you buy car insurance through website their system stores your payment card detail which is very dangerous after this they call you and take half an hour interview and Charge you the price as you have seen on website. Once you buy then later on they try to rip off you by different ways as they keep store your debit or credit card detail. I will strongly recommend not to buy from them.it's like a trap.

The have taken my card details and pre approved the the policy but it wouldn't be active until they call me and speak to me first.
Of course they didn't call me that day, they just sent me a SMS saying please call back.
I spent hours trying to call them but their staff kept on transferring me to another department each time but then nobody else answers, they just take the piss off the people.
The message to everyone is : PLEASE avoid this cowboys as they are not a professional company, complete time wasters !!!

2. They does not want to refund my new policy, made without my knowledge and without any notification. The reason is the company is in liquidation. The funds was take off from my account on 4th of July, 2018.

After you buy it online I had to wait until I was called to then go through ALL the questions again on the phone and 'confirm'. This took 25 minutes.



Wasted 45 minutes on the phone, they're a bunch of cowboys. AVOID.

I called back a bit later to try and speak to him on behalf of my nephew who is completely unsettled by all of this behaviour and after 3 people being really rude saying that it was our own fault, I spoke to Tom in Sales.

He was really nasty and in fact I came off the phone in tears.
Even if they do seem cheaper, they are not in the long run and are so nasty when they speak to you.
I have reported them to Compare the Market in hope they do not continue recommending them

I wanted to take out insurance, rang 1st time on hold 30 minutes and hung up. Tried ringing again on hold 30 minutes spoke to a woman who then hung up. Managed to pre pay my insurance online with a call back. No one called me back! So i ring again, on hold 50 minutes and finally got through! Spoke to a chap who was friendly, said my insurance would be active in 20 minutes. So after that time elapsed i drove my new car home. Only to get an email with my certificate stating my insurance was actived 3 hours after. So basically i drove home 80 miles with no insurance. Not impressed at all.

Also went through money supermarket and gave them my quote reference number ect ect..

Only for them to give me a much higher price with a higher excess. At this pointi had spent soo much time trying to get through i just agreed and paid it.

First phone call was a disaster but after I was transferred to talk with Bill who is a star on his own. Due to his advice and support I chosed to renew my policy with RCI and hope that other brokers can follow his example.

So first broker was 1 star and Bill is a 5 star

Great service. It took a bit of time to get through to an advisor to confirm the details of the policy I was taking out. But once I did, Adedotun was very helpful and clearly explained some details. He immediately understood and answered questions I had. It was reassuring to speak to a person to make sure the questions I had answered online were correct. Recommend.

I have to say it first I was not sure about this company as it didn't seem right to me and I could never get through on the phone number that compare the market gave me however once I've Googled the company and got through they were more than helpful in every single way I'm severely dyslexic and had trouble with the forms online however the woman spent at least 1 hour if not more on the phone going through everything for me making sure that the policy was right for me and that I understood everything advise me on what was best for me and my family I was very impressed with them the woman's name was Brogen I think I would also say that they are very disability friendly absolutely amazing customer services

So I did, only to be on the phone for 1 and a half hours. The deposit money came out of my account and a day later my car is still not insured. They basically strong armed money from me and chose to sort out my insurance when they feel like. Be mindful with this company.

Poorly informed staff who are rude and condescending, whilst simultaneously being ill informed and unknowlegable on the products they are selling.
Hidden fees and costs and a blatent disregard for fair trade are a surefire sign of a company whose inexperience will no dount result in negligence and subsequent enforced closure. Leaving a wake of misery in its tide.
Please people stop using companies like this and i appeal to websites like confused and gocompare who are, perhaps, unknowingly allowing people to be missold and extorted out of monies.

After I paid for my insurance they demanded images of drivers licenses, drivers 'DVLA CheckNumbers', and Proof of No Claims (that last one is fair enough!). Their 'portal' was unable to scan my images. They never called back. They never emailed back. Threatened to cancel my insurance. I did finally get a callback and the operative was fantastic - got it all sorted. Worth all the hassle? Absolutely not!
