Couldnt cover my business use, but had already taken 604 from my account. Still awaiting it back. Calls arent answered. Emails read not responded.

law courts. Daughters able to represent me as she is a contracts lawyer... So I won't give up, it will cost you lot far more than 604not to pay me.

What a complicated process. I tried to complete on line which took 30 mins and then had to explain the exact same things to a representative over the phone for another 30 mins. Felt like not bothering. Now I have to e mail them all my documents which is available on line anyway. I've never had to do this before and I own three other vehicles.

First time I've bought buildings insurance which involved a follw-up call!

Stay clear, they say they wont take no money out of your account before they give you the policy, then someone will call you and try tell you that they need more money off you as the quote is not valid anymore, its a pain to actually get to somebody to talk to over the phone. Pain to get a refund.

Run away from this company absolutely not professional, on comparing site you get cheap price then as other people saying in their reviews you are told the car is not insured until you speak to COMPETENT advisor also bear in mind up to 2 hours on phone call and then you get double amount then the quote amount. They ask you where you work why you work how many hours you work who are you to ask this from us when the quote has nothing to do with committing or business purposes, A lot to write but in short if you want to avoid surprises then AVOID.

Just renewed my insurance with these guys and they were great. Had trouble at other places as my driving record isn't great but these guys talked me through everything step by step and beat my previous premium buy 40%. Can't recommend them highly enough

Josh helped me out so much by finding me an alternative quote as the original didnt work out. Very polite and straight to the point. Very clear when speaking also.

They hook you in with low prices and then hammer you with charges when you need to change something!

Bear in mind these charges apply whenever you update anything! Even if you just tell them you have a new job - these charges are also on top of any additional premiums they decide to charge you.
Avoid with a barge pole - there is a reason they are cheaper and they will get your hard earned money in the long run!

Can't give them a 0. Absolutely fuming of what this rip of company have done. Charged me double of the online quote only 2 hours later to void and cancel policy due to my car finance company keeping log book but offered to send a copy and a cover letter. But no not good enough. They refuse a refund because they keep deposit for cancellation fees. DO NOT USE THESE MONEY GRABBING PARASITES. Not only do they keep the deposit but expect you to pay extra fees on top. Trading standards have been informed as I am in my rights to claim my money back.

No correspondence, no notification of a policy and then they hit me months later with heavy cancellation fees from a policy that was never active as far as i was concerned as i never received any kind of notification and went and got another policy the same day i tried to create one with these guys. Absolute joke of a company in customer service and dealing with there clients

Awful experience. After filling out their online form you are NOT covered until you give ALL the information AGAIN over the phone. The company then threatens to cancel your insurance if you do not fill in and send back literally hundreds of documents. I would NEVER recommend RCIB, Pink Pound or any of its subsideries. AVOID!!!

Absolutely disgusting how this company works gives you a quote online then sends a text saying your not insured until you ring them then says there's been a mistake and gives you a much higher price then when you ask for your money back it's takes over a week this company should be shut down, please everyone read thes reviews and don't use them

I have received text message of cancellation of my policy from rcib. It is very disappointing and stressful as I have provided all details truly and submitted all required documents in due time and still cancelled without any reason with immediate effect. I requested them to kindly contact me but no one did. It has never happened ever in my life and I have never seen any disgusting car insurance like rcib.
I am very annoyed with unprofessional attitude of RCIB customers service even I have been tried to call rcib customer service every day and showed my full cooperation. Furthermore non of my calls and emails are answered or replied back despite repeated requests, which clearly indicates that you absolutely don't care for your customers. RCIB is just a team of negligent people. I donot recommend rcib car insurance to anyone.

They are making their own prices on the insurance and they are not very helpful.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Harianna. She was informative and sorted out what I needed straight. Perfect service...

My policy was mis-sold to me. I told them I specifically needed the facility to drive any car and was told I had that. The insurance documents were ambiguously worded so thankfully I phoned up to check I had it before I actually drove another car and was told I don't. And they couldn't add it onto my policy. I ended up cancelling the policy to go elsewhere which I've never had to do before. I wish I'd checked the reviews here, so that's one lesson learned at least. Cheapest isn't always the best option, I dread to think what would have happened if I'd been in an accident.

Avoid!!! the worse experience ever that I had with what should be the easiest and simple way to insure a car .still waiting for a refund on deposit that I have paid for them as they have said that it takes 10 working days , passed time frame -passed! surly words reassurance isn t enough I cannot possibly trust them !!! Overcharge and hard to contact, worst insurance company I've ever been with and after paying my expensive cancellation fee they still were taking the direct debits out of my bank. Never again

Dealt with Harrison who was great, asked me simple questions and straight to the point. Quote changed due to some details which were missed but that's how insurances work, make sure all details no matter how minor are correct and they will give you the correct quote. I think I made the "Right Choice"

Good. No frills, but good. The online document centre is fine once you get the hang of logging in to see any letters or other documents. Cover seems good and competitive. It seems they operate entirely online, but that's good for me. I haven't yet had to claim, so have not experience with them for claims, but equally I have phoned them a couple of times and was only waiting a minute at most.

MOST terrible insurance agency ! extremely poor customer service , the only thing they care about is money ! if there is any issue with your policy or documents they let your 14 days cancelation period to pass and then try to charge you cancelation fee . this company is a big scam ! don't go anywhere near them

I've had a few bad experiences with RCIB, too long awaiting time. But their staff Vrisha was extremely professional and helpful! Without her patience through the process I would've gone to another firm, RCIB needs more people like her.

This is a criminal company coz they took my money claimed to have insured me and when i checked, i was not insured so i called but was left on the phone for 40mins and they later they cut off the phone.
I asked to speak to their manager but they cut of the phone.
I am reporting Right Choice Insurance Brokers to all the appropriate authorities for the shameful service I got from them.
They took my money and later said they will have to refund it back but it will take about 14 working days, they are taking peoples money to do business and returning it back in days, thereby acquiring interest on it, scam of the highest order.

Efficient and simple service provided by Adedotun, he brokedown my options and provided me with enough details to enable me to make an informed and calculated decision for my car insiinsur. Very pleased with the service received.

They did give cheapest price for a quote and everything was fine with the insurance, near renewal time however no sign of new proposal then I had to call a week before for proof of NCB. Was advised this would be emailed day before, my insurance expire today midday, still have not received anything. Also the call handlers have a bit of an attitude and are not very helpful.

On hold for what felt like forever (25 minutes) before I even got to speak to anyone then got answered just to be put back on hold after 30 seconds speaking to someone so I hung up and done it online in the hopes it would be quicker payed for the year outright was told I d have to wait on a call back and that the funds won t be taken until then and I wasn t covered yet I then found the money was taken from my account and had no insurance for over 24 hours!! Absolute joke of a company save yourself the time and headache caused by RCIB and go elsewhere their customer service skills and waiting times are atrocious.

The worst company I have ever come across. Took a payment from me and then couldn t get me insured in the end. Was told il be refunded in 3-5 working days. 8 working days later I ve still not received any refund. Tried calling them and all they did was put me on hold for over an hour!

The advisor on the phone was lovely; patient and courteous and worked hard to sort out any issues. However, the paperwork requirements that followed were far too complicated - much more than previous insurers have required: emailing copies of licences, the V5, DVLA check codes, etc. Why is this so complicated?! Finally, the welcome letter swapped between Mr and Mrs throughout - not very reassuring.
I m sure the insurance will be fine, and I hope to not check the claims system, but so far, I d say this has been the most complicated and lengthy process I ve experienced in 20 years. No reflection on the person on the phone - they were great.

Hoyam was helpful and pleasant but it took ages to get through and then I kept getting put on hold for all sorts of reasons. I asked to get a quote for my second bike and I was put back on hold. It only needed a differant reg number all the other details were the same. I put the phone down

This is my second year with rcib and I cant fault them ive not had any problems last year or this year with renewing my insurance. All the staff I spoke to have alway been polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend rcib

Absolutely horrific service. They want every single piece of ID known to man. I ve never EVER had to send my v5, my licence, my check code, plus 15 pages of historical insurance before. AVOID.

The validation manager name Jack Cancelled the policy for having no fault of mine. Requested the money back and informed it will take 7 days to be refunded. Left me illegal and uninsured on road. Taken no responsibility of it.

Please don't ever get insurance from this company, gave me insurance at an agreed price , then was told i had to pay more because of my last years mileage even though i explained I don't use my car for work anymore . it nearly doubled , was told as i wont pay the extra i need to cancel at at cost to me . It was cheaper for me to pay the cost and get insured by another company , then to pay the extra that they wanted . Total scam . Stay away

Worst company around! Staff where dismissive rude and very unhelpful. Have had terrible trouble getting in touch with them and have been charged numerous charges for cancelling despite cancelling the policy before it had taken full effect. Don't let the cheap quote entice you into dealing with these con artists. Will be pursuing getting the financial ombudsman involved . (would have given them 0 stars if google review let you)

What a joke of a company. Dont waste your time or money. If you need any help off them they put you on hold for 58 minutes then ask for more money. Then ring you at 7:15pm to tell you they need the money again. Wile you pay again they out you on hold for 14 minutes. Also they are very un professional, rude and an speak to you like a child

I signed ip to these guys and paid my first installment as all details were confirmed. Then i got told they needed more documentation which i sent and they decided it would be a great idea for them to take an additonal 260 out of my account without permission. And after this has been cancelled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
