Stay clear, they say they wont take no money out of your account before they give you the policy, then someone will call you and try tell you that they need more money off you as the quote is not valid anymore, its a pain to actually get to somebody to talk to over the phone. Pain to get a refund.

Run away from this company absolutely not professional, on comparing site you get cheap price then as other people saying in their reviews you are told the car is not insured until you speak to COMPETENT advisor also bear in mind up to 2 hours on phone call and then you get double amount then the quote amount. They ask you where you work why you work how many hours you work who are you to ask this from us when the quote has nothing to do with committing or business purposes, A lot to write but in short if you want to avoid surprises then AVOID.

Bear in mind these charges apply whenever you update anything! Even if you just tell them you have a new job - these charges are also on top of any additional premiums they decide to charge you.

Can't give them a 0. Absolutely fuming of what this rip of company have done. Charged me double of the online quote only 2 hours later to void and cancel policy due to my car finance company keeping log book but offered to send a copy and a cover letter. But no not good enough. They refuse a refund because they keep deposit for cancellation fees. DO NOT USE THESE MONEY GRABBING PARASITES. Not only do they keep the deposit but expect you to pay extra fees on top. Trading standards have been informed as I am in my rights to claim my money back.

Awful experience. After filling out their online form you are NOT covered until you give ALL the information AGAIN over the phone. The company then threatens to cancel your insurance if you do not fill in and send back literally hundreds of documents. I would NEVER recommend RCIB, Pink Pound or any of its subsideries. AVOID!!!

I have received text message of cancellation of my policy from rcib. It is very disappointing and stressful as I have provided all details truly and submitted all required documents in due time and still cancelled without any reason with immediate effect. I requested them to kindly contact me but no one did. It has never happened ever in my life and I have never seen any disgusting car insurance like rcib.
I am very annoyed with unprofessional attitude of RCIB customers service even I have been tried to call rcib customer service every day and showed my full cooperation. Furthermore non of my calls and emails are answered or replied back despite repeated requests, which clearly indicates that you absolutely don't care for your customers. RCIB is just a team of negligent people. I donot recommend rcib car insurance to anyone.

My policy was mis-sold to me. I told them I specifically needed the facility to drive any car and was told I had that. The insurance documents were ambiguously worded so thankfully I phoned up to check I had it before I actually drove another car and was told I don't. And they couldn't add it onto my policy. I ended up cancelling the policy to go elsewhere which I've never had to do before. I wish I'd checked the reviews here, so that's one lesson learned at least. Cheapest isn't always the best option, I dread to think what would have happened if I'd been in an accident.

It seems they operate entirely online, but that's good for me. I haven't yet had to claim, so have not experience with them for claims, but equally I have phoned them a couple of times and was only waiting a minute at most.

This is a criminal company coz they took my money claimed to have insured me and when i checked, i was not insured so i called but was left on the phone for 40mins and they later they cut off the phone.
I asked to speak to their manager but they cut of the phone.
I am reporting Right Choice Insurance Brokers to all the appropriate authorities for the shameful service I got from them.
They took my money and later said they will have to refund it back but it will take about 14 working days, they are taking peoples money to do business and returning it back in days, thereby acquiring interest on it, scam of the highest order.

However, the paperwork requirements that followed were far too complicated - much more than previous insurers have required: emailing copies of licences, the V5, DVLA check codes, etc. Why is this so complicated?! Finally, the welcome letter swapped between Mr and Mrs throughout - not very reassuring.
