I called to take out a car insurance policy with Right Choice and Daniel handled my call,he was really nice,polite and helpful with setting up my new policy despite getting cut off a few times due to an issue with the phone line he made sure to call me straight back and repeat anything I may of missed before the line dropped and was very apologetic. Can't fault his professionalism at all,he is probably the most patient and helpful call handler I have ever dealt with from any company! 5 star service!

Ohhh gosh, I wish there is an option below 1 star which I could give them. Don't want to be rude but you will be biggest stupid if you select right (Wrong) choice insurance. You will never get claim, they are very unprofessional and worst people I've ever seen in my life.

Keep away from this insurance broker absolute joke I used the last of my money to purchase insurance they decided they then couldn't insure me now am on the phone they are saying 3-5 working days but was told at the end of the call it would be in my bank the same day yet rang back and they still been absolute shot of a company now I can't get insurance on my car with limited funds and my baby is due so can't even drive to the hospital thanks a lot right choice looks like I made the wrong choice

I had the pleasure of my insurance being cancelled by them on a technicality. I wanted to know how much it would be to add my partner onto my future address. I gave the information of my future address because i had no reason to get a quote on my current address ( I live with my mum and pay her rent all my bills are included) but they now wanted proof of my address (the only reason i am living there is due to a marital dispute which i explained) even though when i actually took out the policy they did not ask me for proof of address (obviously because this is before they have collected all your money) and gave me 7 days to produce a contract to show that i am living with my family.

The only thing i asked for was more time to get this document... they did nothing told me i was due for a renewal an to go down that route (pass the buck) to only find out that you cant renew 30 days early but 28 days early "sorry nothing we can do"... pass the buck again

The company will qoute you on-line but then be unable to supply that policy when you speak to them.
I wanted a policy where my vehicle was not kept at my home address, they quoted me on-line but then said they cannot do the policy unless the vehicle is kept at my home address once I spoke to them.

Once I took out the policy the company then kept requiring extra documentation and only provided automated copy/ paste emails when I emailed them querying this. I have sent them every bit of documentation they require so far but keep getting emails asking for something more each time. It feels as though the company look for a reason to not insure its customers.
Avoid this company and pay the extra elsewhere.

I found the company through Quidco and applied for contents insurance. I received a very high level of customer service from Aaron when finalising the insurance quote over the phone. During the underwriting process, he kept me informed and thanked me for waiting. He has a personable and genuine service quality. I was very impressed. Very well done and thank you very much. Would use the company again.

I reinsured my car today, the sales agent was Chloe, she was the utmost professional, I could not fault her, during the process we encountered a couple of problems which Chloe handled with ease, if you need Insurance of any sort you won't go far wrong using Right Choice and if you are served by Chloe, well you just know she has your interests at heart and I will certainly be using Right Choice again.

Shocking service, have to ring 3 times for documents, takes about half an hour a time to answer phones, so many different departments who can't access or deal with your query! Some staff have a very poor attitude and are rude, take ur deposit straight away but then find an excuse after to up the premium and not actually issue a policy then you end up being uninsured by the time it is sorted! Still have not received my full policy docs after a week even though they said 72 hours and haven't even bothered putting my vehicle on Mid!! So if I go through an ANPR camera it will look like I'm uninsured!

I've "bought" car insurance with them through comparison website. E-mails seem to have come through so assumed all good, went on holiday. That was Friday/Saturday. 4 days later started to get messages that "You're insurance isn't valid until you call us". Tried to call gave up after 20 minutes on hold, next day persevered and spoke to someone after 35 minutes on hold(!). The guy started questioning "re-validating" all my answers I already gave online, trying to find a gap to requote. In the end saying that what they already provided online was just a "reservation" and "block on card" and that he had to get "his broker" (pretending like he was speaking to someone) to get up to date quote, which lo and behold came out much more expensive. The language used reminded me of boiler room scams. I dare not to think what would happen if you had claim with these cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. (shame there's no 0 stars, I've cancelled and went for another provider).

He explained my policy well, including deals and discounts and was polite and friendly at all times.

Anyway, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one answers the phone or emails, yet call you straight away when they want your money. They will increase your Premium after an initial quote. Won t pay their increased premium? They will threaten you straight away with debt collectors. I am taking legal advice over my policy. Scammers and thieves.

Never use this company for insurance regardless of quote,they question you like they are part of MI5, I and wife are insured on my car under two different insurance companies, however I was accused of driving more then 6000 miles due to the mot certificate showing more miles, I advised the milage is not all mine as wife also drives my car under her own insurance policy on my car, they don't honour what you say so advised will not be renewing my policy. Advisor soo rude he couldnt even say bye without being rude about everything or argumentive. Best advice this is a legal scam company to be avoided at all costs, you would rather pay slightly more for peace of mind and a company who would honour your answers. Good luck x

I've never known anything like it... They are rude, they don't try to help, they leave you waiting for almost an hour and never call back. They take ridiculous amount of time to quote you for a change of vehicle. The list goes on.... Absolutely horrendous! Never again will I have insurance with these!!

There was information which was provide that wasn't clear to me but he was very generous enough to go into details and explain the logic behind it all. Excellent customer service representative!

I would rather pay more than be with such a company. The 2 underwriters that they use (the ones I m aware of) please stay away from them if you want hassle free car insurance.
Stay away from Rcib insurance and Pink Pound. I name these as they are the ones I had spoken to and got told it s all the same group.

This is one of the worse crafty insurance you can have. You make quote in compere sites you find it cheap with them you fill your informations and they accept but not 100 percent then you think you have insurance they send you email or text msg telling you we have to complete the informations or whatever by phone. And when you accept that you get call and they requote you again from beginning. Then it goes up than what you expecting.anyway you accept that cos you need moped or car to use cos you already waisted your time with them. After few months you decided to stop or cancel the insurance with them. Cancellation costing 60pounds plus some percentage from the rest of the insurance. Example if you pay 30 per month and rest is 6 months. You will pay in total 165 in total to cancel it. I dont recommend full stop

As quite a few people have said, I filled everything out online but then they insisted on contacting me to go through the details a second time before my insurance was granted. I don't know if people realise this but for them to sort over the phone, there is an extra fee to be paid for processing this way. Besides my insurance amounting to a higher one than quoted from Compare the Market, I paid an extra fee for the privilege of somebody processing my application over the phone, when in fact, it should and could have been done online in the first place.

Wish I'd of read the reviews, absolutely the worst company I've insured with in a decade. The words deceptive vultures is the best way to describe them. I made the mistake of letting my policy run on and it will truly be one of life's regrets. At a time when everyone is struggling to cope you can rest assured they will mug you and kick you further into debt, wish I'd of had a company who cared to help it's customer through a pandemic but souls are not given to everyone I guess. Advice for any one else they rob and lie to, call the ombudsman and fos and in return they will try cancel your policy and blame you for them not taking payments. It's been a horrific experience I would not wish on anyone. Be very careful or very desperate if you insure with them and good luck you will 100% need it.

I initially had a problem with rcib due to the fact that my car insurance had ended 7 September 2018 I was only notified of this via email and text on the 18 th September 2018 , so you could imagine how distraught I was on the phone this morning as well as the anger ... I spoke to advisor Sean Connelly today who was absolutely fantastic with managing the call he listened to my rant and dissatisfaction initially and he's fast action, sympathy and he's "above and beyond attitude" applied to myself has been truly tremendous I literally cannot fault Sean attitude, willingness and customer service whilst dealing with me today he was attentive, sympathetic, understanding, empathetic and above all a fantastic customer advisor he truly is an absolute asset to rcib and I can honestly say if it wasnt for Sean Connelly intially answering my calls today I most likely would not of renewed my policy again.

The company are a joke. Their procedures to dealing with customers are disgusting, especially the treatment is received off of a manager when trying to resolve my issue with the policy is had taken out with them. I firmly suggest looking at other customers reviews and experiences before taking a policy out with this so called 'company'.

They will happily take your money at the start but will be of no assistance after they have you in their grasps.

i have recently moved house my driving licence was in my old address when I contacted right choice, I spoke to a lady called( Nicky) who said that I would be able to send my licence to dvla which takes 2 week. she also asked me to send a copy of the receipt once I had sent of for a new licence which I did on the 6/2/20015. it soon came to my attention that on the 13/2/15 my insurance was cancelled imagine they sent me the bad news via text message how rude. I contacted them to find out why it had been cancelled and the lady on the other end had told me that they did not receive my fax which showed proof of me sending of for a new licence, this was the most disgusting lie as I have proof that the fax had been sent of on the 6/2/2015. I beg and pleaded with the company that I needed to drive as I take my sick mother to the hospital and my car is registered disabled, she then went on to tell me there is nothing she can do as they did not receive the fax which is a lie and that if I wish to continue with them I would have to pay more money to set up a new policy come off it do I look like a mug. I have my proof I want justice and this is not over I will take them to court if I have to lying thieving company. stay away they will rip you off trust me
