False quotes on comparison sites. Keep customers on hold for unreasonable amount of time (guess their practice for those that ring their premium rate numbers). Wanted a cancellation fee for a policy already paid in full. They know they're bad, they ask if "you can please leave us a good Google review" when you purchase, before getting chance to understand how they conduct their business. Worst insurance company I know, backed by brotherly (dilly, dilly) finance! Negative stars would be more appropriate.
