Finally got through on the phone to book a call back to review my home policy. Had to ring a few times with no luck just the waiting game hence the 4 stars.

Policy queries and renewal dealt with very professionally when contact with the right dept was made. So would use again but would appreciate quicker phone answering and the right no put on the alert email.
