I went to the office as i needed to sort something details out and i got the address from somebody named Kim and she gave me the address for a completely different insurance company and then i got sent out on a wild goose chase around the Romford area which doesn't help as i live near Reading. so was absolute fuming when i got there and then they all gave me attitude.
