Charlie was very professional and helpful but I waited nearly an hour to get connected to the right department just listening to "ring ring". It would have been helpful to know if I was in queue. The website kept crashing and I've received too many texts/emails reminding me to renew. Slightly frustrating from a customer service perspective but thanks Charlie for being efficient.
