It is not a 5 star hotel, air conditioning never worked, despite the fact that the heat was unbearable, because if you open the window the birds do not exist amerites only give you a shampoo mucus. There was no cool drink in the refrigerator. In the dining room there were cats around you.

The hotel was ok for the price, but the staff was very unorganized and bad language skills. I had to call several times to get what I want, and at the end they where trying to charge more on the bill. There are way better hotes in the Area.

I thought the hotel was very good, very new and clean. The perfect and comfortable room. And above all the best of the hotel are the hot springs that are there to bathe for free, you stay great after the hot bath

Top quality thermal hotel in Pamukkale. I took advantage of the pools and cleanliness of the hotel. Especially the outdoor pool was great and clean. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We found the opportunity to have a holiday here with the help of ETS Tour. My wife was quite surprised with me on a special day in the hotel's catering. Overall the hotel's climate is designed to make people oriented and happy. You don't make a lot of effort to feel peaceful. The cleanliness of the rooms is also very good. The heat, hygiene and the attention of the staff in the thermal pool are very good. I recommend you to try this place for the spa. The dishes could be better in terms of variety and flavor. The full board concept would be much better, though tea, turkish coffee and water are free for any time period. Evening music entertainment provides tranquility in a different environment. Local 5 Star but not 5 star. Bad service, room have spider, carpet is thirty, no bottles water and kettle in the room, when I having dinner even not yet finish,the Waiter take away my food rushing like want to off work earlier. No WiFi service!!! Have to go to reception ask for password and wait 2hrs almost! Disappointed !

If it were not for the location, I would rate them even lower. Service was poor. Dining facility felt like a cafeteria. Although the food was in plenty and reasonably good, it was a bit of a zoo. Rooms are basic and did not even have facial tissues.

On the positive side, the thermal bath in the hotel was great. Well managed and cared for as there are strict rules of wearing a shower cap (men and women).

The hotel's common facilities are great, with hypothermal pools and a free Turkish bath for guests. The buffet was super supercomplete within the range of Turkish food and the incredibly varied desserts, they bewitched you with your eyes, because after taste they were very similar almost just sweet. However, the rooms are correct with their bathtubs and balcony, but the bathroom somewhat dampened the doors of the humidity and the one that touched me had a strong plague of kebap meat that never went away for what you under the note, but for other colleagues it was much better ...

My first time check into this so called 4 star hotel through group tour. Not even a kettle for coffee/tea making in the room. No complimentary bottle of water. Room amenities provided is poor.
Perhaps this hotel practise double standard. Maybe expensive rooms provides better amenities I guess???
High time hotel management should look into this basic amenities.

The quality of service was very good. We would like to come back again and again as a conference group. The food was good as well.

We wanted to stay one night because it was a long way. No one will meet you at the entrance, you will carry your luggage yourself (this was not a problem for us, I share for information). The room was clean. If they give a room near the entrance, be prepared to wake up in the morning with the noise of other customers. The pool was smaller than it looks in the picture but it was clean. The dishes were really tasteless and kind of few. There's a chance you might starve. Pastries and breads were stale for breakfast.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days in Ramadan. The positive aspects of the hotel are the thermal, staff, price, cleanliness, the variety of 5 tea ... not a full 5 star hotel but a hotel with high price performance rate.

A complete family hotel does not fit in those who want a fuss. A decent hotel very close to the travertines. The type of food is less but tasty. Staff friendly. We are at the beginning of July, but the humidity is a nice breeze even in the evenings. A good alternative holiday to the damp holiday of the seaside

Beautiful clean excellent service thermal pools well kept

This place is very good especially the thermal pools and they are indoor and outdoor! The only thing that I think should be improved is the foods.

The price of the room includes access to the swimming pool, indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The stay is pleasant, the staff is attentive. We stayed here for 3 nights with our little dogs and enjoyed the spa. We had a car, which makes it a very nice starting point to visit the travertines.

It is a 5 star hotel, but even drinking water is money, even a small amount of water is 6 TL.

Food is not bad.Rahatsiz did not worry. Some rooms refreshed drinks are very expensive.

Nice Thermal Spa an outdoor pool. Rooms are small. Restaurant food not impressive. Service is general slow. Dirty table clothes long waiting for drinks. Expensive as Spa and Massage are priced in Euros. Despite the impressive outside building I not really sure about a recommendation.

We stayed 3 nights as a family in Richmond Pamukkale Thermal hotel, we were very satisfied. We had a nice holiday in a clean, peaceful environment. We were hosted in the healing waters of Pamukkale in a lush green atmosphere integrated with nature. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay as a family. The staff is very professional, relevant and friendly. I would love to stay again.

We liked the beautiful location of the hotel, nice thermal pool, nice food. There are kres in the hotel, there are nice activities for these very good children. The playgrounds rooms are generally very popular. The staff is concerned. The drinks are of good quality.

When we came to the hotel to see the hotel looks like a clean dream .. Very good, good attention, the problem is the language, they do not speak Spanish, the hot springs very well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. They treated us very badly. In the room the suitcases did not fit (we had to put them on the bed). The dinner buffet was very scarce, bad and nothing varied, they seemed left over. They took to bring the drinks an eternity. At 9:15 they practically threw us out. They didn't give us enough towels and when we asked for them they wanted to charge us. Of course they didn't bring them, we had to go get them. The toilet lid was broken. Five star only has the price.

We checked in to the hotel on 9th October'19. We checked in to the hotel at 8:30 pm and too much rush at the reception. We followed the instructions of the hotel to be there before 9:30pm for the dinner and we were there by 9:05pm. It takes time to finish a meal. <br/>Firstly, the buffet was horrible. They had 20 salads but 2-3 main course in non veg. We are non vegetarians but we don't eat beef. They had no chicken main course. Only beef and one live counter for fish. <br/>They only had chicken soup in chicken. <br/>Secondly when around 9:30-9:35 we asked for some desserts as they were not seen on the buffet dinner and seemed to be over at the counter but had name tags ...the restaurant manager said it's 9:30 plus 2 mins. Everything is over please go! He was very rude to us. <br/>Poor service, poor food variety, poor presentation of food and staff was very rude. <br/>Is this the kind of customer service you are talking about. <br/>This is definitely not a five star service and we do not recommend anyone to chose this hotel.
