They say that moving house is one of the most stressful times of your life, Lauren however made it the most stress free and easiest house move I ve ever had! Not only does she go out of her way to make you feel like you re her only client and always top of her priority list but Lauren is also so friendly and understanding to your personal needs. Working all the hours that god gives (including Sunday evenings) and going above and beyond expectations at all times.

I never normally write reviews but the OUTSTANDING service I received from Lauren and Ross has blown me away and compelled me to write this. Lauren and Ross are a credit to the profession and Barnes & Partners are extremely lucky to have them as part of their team. We bought a house in Hertford using Barnes and Partners. Lauren was absolutely fantastic (and of course others within the office who also supported through the process). She was excellent at communicating with us throughout and made what can be a very stressful and difficult process very easy. While she must have had lots of clients it felt like we were the only ones because she was so attentive. She also has great contacts in the area. We also got our house purchase through very quickly due to her hard work. I d 100% recommend buying a house through her.
I really must share just how brilliant Lauren was when dealing with our move last month.
She was always approachable and quick to be in touch with anything she needed from us and vice versa.
Lauren kept us up to date at all times and was very good at chasing the rest of the chain when it was needed.
Towards the end our buyer became particulary challenging and without Lauren's professional diligence it would have been really hard to get our exchange and completion date over the line.
She took so much of the stress out of what became a really hard process and was excellent at getting the other solicitors and estate agents on board to ensure the back and fourth with dates etc was kept to a minimum.
