We checked in to the hotel on 9th October'19. We checked in to the hotel at 8:30 pm and too much rush at the reception. We followed the instructions of the hotel to be there before 9:30pm for the dinner and we were there by 9:05pm. It takes time to finish a meal. <br/>Firstly, the buffet was horrible. They had 20 salads but 2-3 main course in non veg. We are non vegetarians but we don't eat beef. They had no chicken main course. Only beef and one live counter for fish. <br/>They only had chicken soup in chicken. <br/>Secondly when around 9:30-9:35 we asked for some desserts as they were not seen on the buffet dinner and seemed to be over at the counter but had name tags ...the restaurant manager said it's 9:30 plus 2 mins. Everything is over please go! He was very rude to us. <br/>Poor service, poor food variety, poor presentation of food and staff was very rude. <br/>Is this the kind of customer service you are talking about. <br/>This is definitely not a five star service and we do not recommend anyone to chose this hotel.
