I wish we could write a zero star. He doesn't even deserve a 1 star. On vacation you will come to the army more beautiful.

Excellent place !! Perfect water temperature to relax and the Spa great massage !!

Seems to be undergoing some improvement work like many places in Turkey at the moment. Cozy, fairly stylish room with a smallish TV and comfortable beds. Very nice dinner buffet with an interesting international selection. Breakfast didn't quite keep up with that, though, with somewhat lacking variety and hot food options.

So why 5 stars? Well, imagine it's 4.5, but the thermal pool in this place is the bomb. Maybe we were just a bit tired after excursions, but this place was great for relaxation, with a sizeable hot pool, Turkish bath, saunas and a very friendly staff member. It's healing properties are up to you to discover/believe, but sure made us feel renewed.

To sum it up - for a single evening at least this was a great place to stay, relax and enjoy dinner and the thermal pool.

It is a hot spring hotel, and people who want to use the hamam and hot spring pool are looking for it.
The room is a long building to the side and you have to walk a long time.
It's five-star, but it doesn't seem like a good hotel except for hot springs.

We were very satisfied with the friendly and relevant approach of the hotel staff and the activities. The pool should be clean and carefully looked after ... in the indoor thermal pool, the hangers that will hang the robes on the wall should be placed behind the sun beds .. the food is nice .. the other hotel parts are clean .. one of the most beautiful hotels to go with a dog .. The staff quality is high. Hotel standards are very low.

We stayed in between 1 and 4 February. We were very satisfied.

I agree with most of the negative comments recently given. Of the positive ones, I just agree with the smiling master people part about the staff. They should have informed that there was no hot air conditioner in the room. Food is poor quality. Outdoor pool was fine. Indoor pool was also good. Sauna is small. They have set up something called adventure cave, let's call it 2 eye rooms cold water jet cooler, there is nothing else. I could not solve what's adventure :) We have been coming from Istanbul to Pamukkale for 2 years. You regret that we came here because there is no place in the other famous hotel :) but what if we came we saw we are going. I will not come here again.

The edit following the reply of the hotel owner:
- Sauna was small, the other was not working.
- Air conditioning does not work, you had to say that we can give a heater if you want.
- Glad we agreed the food wasn't good enough.
- We did not watch an adventure park promotional film, we came in the evening and left in the morning. The description may not sound correct. It is not a very important matter of adventure park.
- I forgot to write that the carpetflexes are dirty and dusty, I wanted to add that now.

I hope the shortcomings are corrected. The aim here is to inform people.

The hotel is 5 stars but it got 4 stars from me.
Two adults and one child for 3 nights 1120 TL, full board. The reception is very nice and relevant. They do all the information. Its rooms are small and there is no balcony. There is no dryer. Cleaning is fine, but not good enough. Carsaflar's iron could have been better. The shower tray in the bathroom is broken and the tiles are unhygienic. Electronic safe available.
There are two thermal pools, one open and one indoor. But when we went there, the outdoor pool was renovated. We stayed in the only pool. There is a depth of 120 cm. And it gets very crowded. But the employees are constantly doing something, it's a clean place. Next to the thermal pool there is a place called adventure magrasi. You can pour cold water down your head. There is a vitamin bar next to the thermal pool, there are seating places. There is a rich bar where you can enjoy live music and something. I can say nice. The food is really good. You won't be left with pain. I liked it very much. At least it's nice for its price.
Prices such as tea 5 TL, coffee 10 TL, beer 34 TL are available. The mini bar in the room is full. These are the ones that come to my mind. I advise. But the only problem is a place where tours come and stay a lot. There are bus arrivals. This causes noise.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice balcony though the hotel would be quite amusing in the evening entertainment in the beautiful rooms tea coffee set and the lack of heater was badly more than the thermal thing in the hotel

The room is small, a bit old, the cleaning is very casual, the room wifi is also very weak. Problems started the moment we entered the hotel
- The door of the room given to us was not closing! Upon our call, the technician came and tightened two screws and said "if you hit harder than normal, it closes. The comment is yours ...
-The hotel was supposedly restored, although the heater was working at 30 degrees until morning, the room was cold. (December-January)
-When we turned on the TV, there was only one channel in it, the sign was broken, because the antenna cable was not well assembled. Little things like this are not flattering for a FIVE star hotel.

Positively, there was a room where we could play joker or kick, and after dinner there was live music accompanied by a belly dancer.

Lobby is a 5-star hotel .. Room state is not good .. Rice is too tasty ... Middle East people only to eat a lot .. Pancakes just kept eating

Pamukkale was a beautiful hotel during my stay. It was not a problem for me to reach some places. The hotel's pool is not very deep. So I was a little disappointed. :)

Good quality rooms and food

Clean room. busy location, close to Pamukkale, lousy food, no fruit in meals. Staff with bad English. Anything requests "extra money" (the staff is very fluent in these two words !!) In general, one night stay is acceptable.

It's a hotel that usually comes from far eastern groups. They need to work a little more to get 5 stars. A small example; The orange juice given in the breakfast is not a real orange juice, but a diluted soft drink.

When you push the twin beds together, there are many rubbish, sand, small tree branch under the bed.

Average hotel, good for the price. Some rooms are very far away. Okay food but they close right on time and even stop the AC which i think was rude. Also its funny that they charge you for tea and soda when you pay for the buffet
