No water cold & hot provided. These are basic necessities which are not provided and have to purchased.

Since you can buy food from a very ordinary place, there is a long queue. Interest is zero.

Not good no ... ugly and poorly cooked food, not enough to eat, nothing fancy, ugly dining hall, totally bland desserts, rooms without bath towels, no conditioner, horrible soap, no tissues , air conditioning had to turn off (bad smell), bedroom and bathroom smelled bad. The only beautiful thing is the pool. Away from the center of town.

A spacious and comfortable hotel built on a large estate. Indoor and outdoor thermal pools are well designed and spacious spaces. The outdoor pool is large and convenient. Badmitton course, table football, ping-pong tables and Beach Volleyball field can also be used for a good time.

Beautiful place to enjoy the nights in the pools, having a tea, watching a show. Excellent.

The food is kinda limited variety and not quite good in my opinion. I reach quite late and didnt enjoy any facility.

When we arrived at the hotel, which was after the stated entry time, we were kept at least half an hour for the preparation of our room. When we went to our room, we learned that pillowcases would be brought later! We didn't find clean towels when we went to the edge of the pool. There weren't a lot of people around. The meals were very good.

The staff at the hotel, especially the house keeping staff are very friendly. We came with our little baby after the request to the lobby floor of the room were glad. The thermal pools at the hotel are fine and pleasant enough. Unfortunately, the hotel's buffet is not a 5-star hotel, not even a 3-star hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and almost 80% dinner was offered the same things. The food left over from the previous day was put into the buffet the next day. I think the chef is trying to drop the cost. We got four people in the spa. The spa bath stone was incredibly cold, I can not say the treatments were super, but not bad. Unfortunately the food is mediocre. For 2 days, we were fed with dessert and salad. If you're a family like us, I suggest you don't come here. I hope my management can solve the food

Beautiful hotel. Two criticisms: no one at reception speaks Spanish and it was sad to see very old people, it is a thermal hotel, despair because nobody understood them !! Ironically the majority of guests are Spanish since it is three hours from Spain !! Gentlemen, businessmen right on. An elevator is also necessary we had to help the elderly who could not lower their luggage and at the reception nobody understood them to ask for help

The hotel was not up-to the expectation. The staff was not professional at all. For our entire visit we didn't get the iron. They asked us to pay extra. No water. No kettles in the room in fact for everything you pay extra. The air conditioning was also not upto the mark. In short not a 5 star at all

I stayed in January 2020. I read those who gave low marks in the comments. None of them are actually the issues to be complained to me. Unfortunately, because we are an unhappy nation in general, whatever the business does, it finds something to complain about. I came to this hotel last 12 years ago, I was pleased at that time now everything was fine. I came knowing that there was no family room in the hotel and we stayed in the same room with our 2 children. Although I have stated that one extra bed will be enough, they thank you for putting two. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The housekeeper always brings whatever you want instantly on the floors. The pool attendant is officially committed to his job. I congratulate him separately. Everything was fine, thank you. Definitely a hotel I will prefer and recommend next year.

We stopped one night with a Spanish speaking group. The attention of some employees at the reception and in the dining room was not very friendly, they were annoyed because we did not speak English or we spoke badly. Some rooms did not have soap, sheets, etc. For the category of the hotel, the attention was bad. In all the stay in Turkey, it was in the only hotel that we had these problems.

The hotel lives up to its five stars. Clean, comfortable, with good location and good service.
The thermal pool, the Turkish bath, the sauna and the hamam are free and perfectly maintained. The buffet with diverse food but a little Sosa. As a recommendation I would say that the opaque curtains in the room are insufficient and let in too much light and the toilet. It smells bad, I suppose due to bad management of the toilets' siphons. 5 star hotel .. big joke!
Dilapidated room, honeycombs in the windows that do not allow ventilation .. yet it could use it with the 100 year old carpet on the floor. Regarding the pools, a big disappointment: the indoor pool stinks of pipes, as does the Turkish Bath. The outdoor thermal pool is dirty. There is green algae on the ground. We do not see them but it is enough to walk 2 m on this very fatty ground to find them. The other classic pool is still OK. In short, did not meet our expectations. To avoid.

Pay attention when leaving the hotel, room service etc. Although we did not get any extra service, they demanded a fee from us for water. When I objected, the lady at the reception said, sorry I saw it wrong or something. It does not suit a 5-star hotel to be after such a small account.

Large hotel complex. Despite it's 5 star rating it is more appropriately a 3-4 star hotel. Recently refurbished with bright airy budget furnishings. Very tour group focused. Expect large noisy crowds at the dining hall. Rooms are well sized. WiFi can be spotty in the rooms but going to the room toilet usually improves the connection. WiFi speeds were good. For the price it is a decent hotel, however do not come expecting a quiet cosy atmosphere. Rooms strangely have no water bottles nor even a kettle. Amenities are limited to shampoo, a bar of soap and shower cap.

The thermal bath is suitably warm but plenty of fully clothed gawkers walk in and out, some even snapping photographs. Some guests even attempt to swim in the thermal bath. This detracts from the experience. Plenty of build of calcium deposits along the lining of the thermal bath giving a good impression of the authenticity of the thermal bath waters. The thermal baths are open until 1030pm.

Five-star hotels with a spa pool, located near the beautiful Pamukkale, Unesco and the Greek ruins of Hierapolis. Fine room, I asked for a non-smoking room, but it smelled equally of smoke. Excellent dinner with buffet service, friendly and smiling staff. A breakfast buffet is also provided.

The thermal pool and sauna section were lovely. The outdoor thermal pool was not working, but it would be better if it opened. The hotel overall was good. The dishes and comfort were adequate. Good cleaning.
