Indoor & Outdoor Thermal pool. However outdoor thermal pool not warm so a bit disappointing needed to use indoor one which feels quite hot.

Pros:
The hot springs give a wonder, really good.
The room is silent.
The dinner buffet quite varied.
It has really beautiful views.

Cons:
You have to carry your luggage up the stairs, it doesn't have an elevator.
The breakfast buffet very scarce.

The lack of staff like the heated water in the spa is its free except the internet and the fastest internet I have seen

The room was not cleaned, and the bath towels left by the former tenants in the closet were missing. The tenants who had piled up at the door of the cup had not cleaned for several hours. The restaurant was fine for dinner and the roast chicken was very dry. Basically okay, but not a five-star hotel.

The management and staff were very interested. The pool and meals were fine.

Hotel near the Cotton Castle (Pamukkale). Room I faced the pool, comfortable and amenities for guests. Restaurant with varied, international and regional food. Staff attentive and helpful. SPA that I recommend with Turkish bath (paid) and massage. Pools with limestone thermal waters. Covered and discovered. Towels and caps for those who frequent the swimming pools. Show in the evening for guests.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The manager made a small gesture that was very interested in us. We had a good moment.

Not sure how this hotel is classified as 5 star, everything is outdated and needs an urgent revamp. The rooms were tiny and bathroom old with very poor lighting. I booked 3 nights here based on the pictures they had advertised, but these must have been taken when they first opened the place. The thermal center was rotting away, with the towels offered so old and smelled. The food offered was below Turkish standards and the hot food always lukewarm however the most annoying thing was they would turn off the lights in the restaurant once food service had stop. Drinks are not included in the price and is very expensive (10 for a small coke). When I was there the lift to the restaurant was not working, which made it very difficult for people in wheelchair and those with pushchairs. Furthermore staff never smiled and not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family, the one positive thing that must be noted is the WIFI was excellent even around the swimming pool.

The accommodation is not bad but it is a very important issue. We checked out Wednesday morning and unfortunately were able to cut the bill on Saturday. Let the friends take care of it when you get the bill. That's what I call three times a day.

Nefarious service. They got confused when they handed me my passport, luckily I realized. We were served drinks after dessert and, in general, poor customer service.

Nothing worked!(Tv,wifi,aircon) & no tea making facilities.Asked for assistance repeatedly but sadly it fell on deaf ears.

The hotel, the rooms, the restaurant and the facility are all very clean. The staff are friendly and respectful. The positive energy received after the friendly reception staff as soon as you enter the hotel. The food is nice and delicious. Everything is perfect. It is a 5-point facility out of 5.
