Richmond Pamukkale Thermal Hotel Review

Hotel very well located, very comfortable and with very good attention from the staff. Recommendable.

Open buffet food was very tasty, rooms clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Little bit old, needs little bit refurbishment but all was ok for the price paid, definitely suggest

The hotel did not like our request because the drinks were paid, but everything was fine in general.

My advice to hotel managers is that they should advise hotel management urgently. The elevator system must be renewed and the elevator should be accessible to all floors. Morning pies and cakes were very tasty, but unfortunately the food was very tasty.

The food is awful. I was gonna get a soup for dinner, I couldn't find a clean bow. If you want to be in a decent environment for breakfast and don't like the noise, I suggest you stay at 8:00. There is no elevator, you can take your luggage yourself and you may have to download it because you do not have any staff interested in you. The air conditioning in our room didn't let us sleep because of the weird sounds. Although we could not sleep because of the thinness of the walls and yelling in the corridors can hear a lot of people can hear every word. It must be a hotel that has been set up for more tourists. I am amazed by the Turkish who is satisfied with staying here.

The food was terrible. I couldn't find a clean bowl. If you want to have a breakfast, you can have breakfast before 8 o'clock. There is no elevator, you have to take your bags off yourself, because there are no staff to deal with. The air conditioner in our room did not make us sleep. I'll be back in the evening when the sleepers are shuffled. It should be a hotel. I'm so surprised.

The Manager say sorry and use the word "BUT"??? How it can be to say sorry and use the word BUT??? She like to send the room service to clean up, BUT the problem is this was not cleaned for months WELL or the silicone must be changed for months!!!

Don't use the Hotel, expensive and not clean. 11 years ago I also stay in this hotel for 3 months and it was OK. BUT now the time is over for this hotel.

Too many tourist contingents and little staff at the reception

Food is one of the best we have tasted so far compare to the last 3 hotels on this tour. I am happy today they served lamb stew , it was so delicious!

I liked the food very much, the beer is excellent and the staff is of high quality.

Pleasant, high-quality thermal hotel stays compared to this time I leave much more satisfied, all the staff were extremely friendly. I think the only problem warming rooms. I wonder if the use of unlimited hot thermal water heating facilities while the hotel's interior would be too hard?

It cannot be a 5 star hotel. The swimming pool is outside but there is no one swimming. No one thinks that if a heating system is installed in the pool, guests can swim. There is an indoor thermal pool and its maintenance is insufficient. 1.20 size is not suitable for swimming anyway. If you throw a needle during the semester break, it would not fall to the ground, you would not even go into that pool. It has a sauna, I think it's 2 -3 square meters. I only give one star for food. I stayed full board, but they want money for the drink, it should not be deducted that much. My next choice will definitely not be Richmond.

It is a very nice Hotel with very good service and good quality Turkish Cuisine. It has an amazing Turkish Sauna and hamam and very nice summing pool.

I do not recommend it. The attention is bad, there is no elevator or anything to accommodate people with a motor problem. Very bad signaling to move inside the hotel.

Turkish Hot Spring Resort has indoor and outdoor hot spring areas but the rooms are a bit small. On the day of check-in, there are a total of 11 groups staying and encountering storms and power outages 8-9 times. It is not very comfortable.

Hotel and pool were nice. The rooms are a bit narrow. But the biggest problem is having very strict rules. We waited five minutes so that everyone was there in the queue. If you want to go to relax, you don't have to stick with them.

There is only one pool for the winter months, which is a great facility. The dishes were nice and adequate.

They gave the room number 2056, we did not choose the room, the 8 floor attendant woke up accidentally. We already got an incredible smell from the room. we survived, but we survived with broken table tennis, in short, an old hotel

The hotel has a single thermal pool. Small and closed. The two big pools out there are empty. The big disappointment for those who go to winter in winter. The rooms are not designed for the thermal hotel concept.

Disappointing hotel. There is no elevator. We had to carry our bags to the second floor staircase. Dirty carpeting, torn bath towels.

The pool is large enough. The hotel was quiet when we went in January. Rooms are clean. Meals are good. Staff concerned and friendly. Transport to the rooms was distressed. The elevator does not exist in the rooms. Circulation is complicated due to unnecessary elevation differences and failed ladder solution. We have a child of 15 months in my lap when I went down to the pool of faith.

Everything is very nice, but the walls are very thin and they get a lot of sound. Internet is extremely slow. The meals were very nice.

Definately not a 5 star hotel. If you want to spoil your stay then book there. Other reviews are correct. Aircon doesnt work. Food is cafeteria style serving. Very limited and not tasty. Tables are in long lines and very bad service from staff. No lift. I Booked a full board accomodation online which clearly stated beverage but they said it was wrong and beverages were the tea served at breakfast. Requested for the manager and was given an appointment but manager never came and we were told to wait and aftee a few hours the manager still did not attend. I eventually canceled the rest of my stay and checked out and went to another real 5star hotel.

@reply. Will never stay there again. Expected the service in the first place when requested which was never even attempted. You are merely just coping and pasting a standard reply as previously done and surely nothing done to supply the service claimed.

Friendly welcome, friendly atmosphere, respectful staff, immaculate and hygienic atmosphere, wonderful thermal pool and spa, delicious food.

They have good food options, drinks as in most hotels in Turkey are paid separately, the thermal pool is very good and the Turkish bath divine.
The rooms are very good and comfortable.
The attention of the hotel staff is very good, it is worth staying several days.
The SPA service is recommended, the relaxation massages are performed by highly trained personnel.

We had a very nice holiday, thank you to all the staff at the beginning. Food was very good. There is a very nice kres for children. The hotel has a health service can be reached immediately in case of a problem. It's nice to have a lively music tonight. We liked the location of the hotel. We have a ski resort in the sea, we went and like it. I can recommend it to those who will come. The ski slope is very nice. The food that came out on 4 o'clock was delicious. We are satisfied, I definitely recommend it to the children, it was a holiday that we enjoyed very comfortably ... I would like to thank everyone who contributed ..

The staff is concerned and friendly.Rooms are large enough and in comfort.I think that the variety of food should be increased.Even at least one meat dinner should be.In the hotel does not have a normal swimming pool indoors.This is also a great shortcoming.In winter you have only a thermal pool alternative. The bath is small for an airless and thermal hotel.

The meal is not ok, the room is OK, there is a beach at the back of the hotel, you can see the Aegean Sea.

Great accomadations with beautiful pool and spa. Welcoming smiley staff with open buffet food . Sundown from the hamac is spectacular. Front desk , room attendants, and bar server Ummuhan made our day so enjoyable! Hi 5 to workers keeping up to good work and giving my family have an enjoyable stay.

We booked a semester break. We did our semester break here two years ago. I read the comments, I think the same complaints continue. I hope that in the period of eating and drinking, especially during the semester, a suitable service is provided to the local guests. Children's entertainment areas and shows are enriched. The Richmond brand deserves 5 stars. Pamukkale will give you the right.

The location of the hotel, the rooms, the surroundings are beautiful and the staff are so much better and professionals.

The facilities given is very basic ,even in winter there's no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

It is delicious, it is recommended to eat the original taste first, the taste is more than the course, take a local stir and have another taste, depending on personal taste.

I am at the hotel now, I spent 5 TL for tea. A glass of tea should be really 5 TL. At least there should be honey at the dinner. Tea is a drinker like me, let's see if someone like me is sick for 4 days, I went to the hotel that much I did not pay a full pension.

Excellent structure, beautiful swimming pools, comfortable rooms, good dinner buffet, good breakfast, I would have rated 4 stars but I only gave 3 since at the check-out they wanted to charge me two drinks consumed the night before and already paid.

The hot springs are nice but the rooms are small, they have good internet connection in the rooms.

According to our travel agent, this is the best hotel in the area. Frankly, with its 1970s decor, it's a dump and staying there for two nights was stretching it. Herds of tourists check in here all day so they're very busy and probably don't have any motivation - or time - to improve the rooms in any way. Be careful not to break your neck while getting in and out of the sunken bathtub/shower, and go down to dinner early before the other tourists cause carnage at the buffet. Very few staff speak English, the room keycards fail to unlock the door often, and there were no bathrobes and slippers nor a kettle and teacups. WiFi was okay but you'd be better off just going to bed early.
The spa looks dodgy and one can't help second guessing the level of hygiene in the thermal pool.

It is a nice thermal and Spa resort.
Thermal pools are great. Hotel staff is friendly. Foods are above the average. They have poolside entertainment every evening. Decent size hotel rooms are very clean. Hotel needs a good maintenance works. Because many things worn out or broken.

The cleanliness of the room was not good at all, they also call the buffet dinner the dinner was very bad you will definitely get hungry ..
