First of all, we were wonderfully entertained every time we came. Especially the desk staff were tremendously trained and polite. Mostly it feels like it. Congratulations to a successful staff caught. I can't find all the promises to say for the spa area. Every time we come back, we come back rested and relaxed. The quality line and hygiene do not deteriorate at all. Congratulations.

Sauna region is good but the pools are small and limited compared to european versions

Location is great. Just by the Beautiful Sapanca Lake. The resort SPA is great and in a great shape. This resort is a 1.5 hours drive from Istanbul which makes it ideal for a weekend getaway. Areas for improvements: The resort food is expensive but average hence it could be improved in a major way. Secondly, the resort interior design (high ceiling from the ground floor to the top and open layout hotel) is not ideal and does not

prices for Nua&spa are extremely high, Request an online price list brochure from the hotel management andcheck how much you will pay for these facilities. Stayed one night in a deluxe double room and it was OK but would recommend you to book at least a junior suite with a lake view bath. Food&catering poor and low quality with very inexperienced kitchen team. Also be ready to see a lot of women in Burqa.

I make a reservation for 4 room's then they ask me after I make the check in for 55 for each person after an hour of judgments they side sorry we didn't look good at your booking when I ask for the Manger they say he is not here we are going to call him and make you know but the did not the staff are too oooo rude to expensive hotel and have bad smell bad at restaurants.....

The hotel is near the lake and has excellent views. The prices are very good quality Istanbul hotel. Excellent quality. Service quality is very successful. Very quiet and peaceful due to the purchase of children under the age of 4. You can pamper yourself and rest and refresh yourself. it's much better than it is. Only the fitness can be improved a little too small and dysfunctional.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Sapanca. The lake can be the first choice for relaxation. The garden and landscape are super. You can walk on the beach.

I checked-in today. Facility is good but the welcoming team is poorly selected. We waited like 5 minutes for someone to show-up and load our luggage. Not only this, we get inside and invite one of them (please come and take our luggage). The reception girl was not welcoming with rude behavior. I will be back after check-out and hope with less negative review.

The AC is hot and when I called customer service, they response on (SLOW MODE) saying that the AC is stalled on hot mode!!!! Without any help or impovement. I pulled one star for continuing poor customer service. The customer service team is forcing you to talk in their language !! That s not a customer service.

Stayed four times over two weeks, the spa is awesome and is a must-experience.
The down side is that there was no A/C in the hotel lobby during our last visit and the one in the room was only blowing air, without cooling it. This is by no means admissible in a 5-star hotel.
Breakfast was very good, the portions of the main meals however will definitely disappoint you, especially compared to the expensive prices. When you order spgahetti bolognese, you naturally expect to eat minced meat. Interestingly and disappointlinly enough ours did almost not have any. Ceasar's salad's chicken was served with black stains, thank you for thr carbonized chicken!

Great hotel and spa. It s right on Spanca lake . The rooms are clean and the room service staff is very attentive. The only downside is some of the reception staff. They re not so professional and not so welcoming.

I wanted to come back to the hotel, which I stayed 3 times before and admired it, this week with my wife, and then I said that an elite world was opened and let me look there. Ahh ahh how did I make such a mistake .. You raised the quality so much that we do not like any other place other than you. We understood our mistake, learned our lesson :))

Peaceful and serene environment. Would definitely recommend. Balinese massage, aromatic saunas and pools are very nice. Children 14 years and under are not allowed. So the facility is extremely quiet. The hotel staff were extremely concerned and relevant.

Quite place, the room service is not that professional but they have the best location in Sapanca, the hotel restaurant serve the best Kofta I've ever tried.

The location of the facility is very good, the garden is neatly arranged. Having an adult hotel addressed us very much. The staff were concerned and guleryuzlu, called after the reviews and received my feedback. Smoking is disturbing the magic of the environment, but the Turkish people like this. Prices could also be a bit more affordable.

It is not a hotel that deserves its prices. A 3rd class hotel. You can't find anyone interested in the restaurant part. The room is filthy. Meals are below average. The spa part is well. Don't be afraid of the prices vs luxury hotel this is good.

My reservation was a corner room with a jacuzzi and views of the lake and pool
The room is a good size and the Jacuzzi is very good

The breakfast buffet is very normal

Tried the hotel restaurant over lunch
They have delicious steak

Next to the hotel there is a walkway on the lake, where there are many restaurants, cafes, and places to sit on the lake

The dishes and services were fabulous. Would recommend to those who want to relax.
