Dr. Richlin is the absolutely best eye doctor I have ever had in my entire life!

This is a Doctor you LOOK FORWARD to seeing. Dr. Richlin, the staff, the nurses the Glass Wear section and professionalism that ALL exude is top notch. Even if you don't need eye care stop by and hang out.

My entire experience at the clinic was excellent. The staff was very helpful. Dr. Richlin took a lot of time examining my eyes and explaining the cause of my treatment.. He repeated the directions for the treatment several times to be sure I understood it. I have already referred my daughter to his office.

Have been a patient of Dr. Richlin's for over 25 years. Never have I received such caring treatment from a doctor before. He is interested in his patients and always answers my numerous questions. His entire staff over the years knows what service and kindness means. Only the latest equipment in his comfortable office.

I was particularly impressed how thorough Dr. Richlin and associates were. And very well coordinated in transitioning to see me.

I had not had an eye exam in more than 20 years. Consequently, I had some trepidation prior to my visit. Whatever worries I had were quickly allayed. Everyone who is a part of the team at Ricklin and Associates was professional, helpful, thorough and made sure that any and every question I asked was answered. This is a first rate organization.

The eye glass store is amazing, better than any retail store i have been in. The service level in this area is unsurpassed, Chu and Howard have tremendous experience and can not do enough for you.

Always a pleasure to visit Dr. Richlin s office! We ve been extremely satisfied patients for 29 years. His office staff from front desk to optical center is outstanding. He is always a progressive in his approach to eye care with the latest, proven methodology in place to address needs. His is a family practice with his sons working together to provide excellent service and care. The office protocols for the pandemic are in place and adhered to strictly. We drive 35 miles to see Dr. Richlin. In LA that s a long distance to travel. His practice is worth the trip!

I like that the office is open on Saturday which makes it convenient for my busy schedule

I've been taking my son and I to Dr. Lau for years and we always feel that we're in great hands. Dr. Lau always explains everything thoroughly about the exam and what's going on with your eyes. The office is state of the art and very thorough on making sure your eyes are healthy. (bonus: Dr. Lau wears great socks and ties)

I couldn't imagine receiving my eye care anywhere else in the area. The doctors take great care of my eyes. They also have a nice variety of glasses to choose from.

I had a great experience for my annual visit. Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and my exam was thorough as well. The lady at the glasses counter, even help me fix a pair of old glasses that needed some nose pads! Thanks! I would recommend this office and Dr Richlin... and his son who is now my primary eye Doctor. :) They validate too which is great in Beverly hills!

The staff was professional and courteous. They were diligent in their approach, making sure their diagnoses was accurate and took time to make sure their test were clear enough to recognize a result that could easily have gone undiagnosed.

They provide a very thorough eye exam by warm and personable people. I definitely recommend this office for eye care.

Dr. Richlin and staff make you feel at home the minute you walk into their spotless clean offices . They treat you like family , gave me a great customer experience , which is rare to find these days in Los Angeles County. Not so in Beverly Hills. Easy parking , clean beautiful roads and I spent less money on a contact lens exam , than I did at Walmart.

The BEST ophthalmologist in LA! The technicians are knowledgeable and professional, the doctor is kind and super helpful and the eye glass team is creative, smart and very very helpful. Dr brad is the man! He s my dry eye coach !!! I have dry eye syndrome and he did lipiflow on my eyes it saved my vision and my eyelashes

Some of the best Service, i ever reveived in a physician's office. Great to have Saturday hours. Very thorough examination. Choosing the right glasses the staff takes all the time to make it perfect.

My whole family has been to Dr. Richlin for years. He and all of his associates and staff are simply the best. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring and we feel so fortunate to have found him and received such wonderful care over the years. It is not easy to find great doctors that you feel confident and comfortable with as well as being so accessible and caring for all their patients. Several years ago we moved out of state but continue to come back to Los Angeles each year for our eye exams. The day I was in for mine he had 2 other patients from other states as well who had returned to see him. That speaks volumes. When you find the best - stick with the best!

love dr richlin, but the office has gotten too big. theres a breakdown of customer service. wouldnt give me my Rx for my glasses. said they d e mail it, called twice so far nothing. why not just give it to me while i was there. they didnt because the wanted me to go to their overpriced optometry store in house

Today was my first day at the office and I must say that I was very impressed from the moment I walked into the Office. Everyone was both professional and friendly. More importantly I had no fear of catching anything, much less the Corona Virus. They met all standards for precaution & more! They even had hospital grade air purifiers throughout the office. Dr. Peyton Glass Richlin was fabulous! I look forward to returning.

As a fellow eye doctor who lives in the Kansas City area I recently had the opportunity to tour and spend some time observing in Dr. Richlin and Dr. Lau's new office. I am always looking for ideas to improve our own office. I was impressed from the first step into office to my last step going out. Their office is up to date with all the modern technology an eye doctor needs to take care outstanding care of their patients eyes. Their staff is well trained and efficient. The have an excellent selection in their optical and provide great value. Their doctors offer compassion and caring that I think exceeds what we often see today in busy practices.

It is easy to see why this practice has been successful for several decades. They do a wonderful job with their patients. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my patients who moved to the LA region. I would be transferring their care to very good hands.

Excellent staff and service. High tech office and a very thorough process. I'm a new patient and decided this is where I will continue to come for my eyes. Trinity and Dr. Lao were awesome!

Every single person is attentive, kind and professional. My personal favorite is Dr. Jackson Lau. He has been my doctor for about ten years. He has handled eye emergencies wonderfully and not only referred me to specialists but made an immediate appointment for me. He goes above and beyond as does every other doctor and staff member there.

Dr. Richlin and the staff are amazing, never seen such attention and care for a patients , I have been his client for years, and I will never change.

The actual eye exam and front desk staff were great. The three stars is because the eye glass sales lady. After my exam she didn't really help me look through any glasses or offer any advice. She just sat at her computer working on another order. So I got no sales help when it came to picking out a pair of glasses. Then after all was said and done and I paid for my new glasses I received a phone call later from the sales lady saying that she made a mistake and that I owed more money for the glasses. Now I thought that all sales were final, you don't call the customer later and tell them that they owe more money because you made a mistake.

Overall the eye doctors and front desk staff are great, its just those glasses salesman that are the problem. My advice is that you get the exam but buy your glasses somewhere else were the staff is a little nicer and also can give you a firm price on glasses instead of calling you later asking for more money.

Modern, up-to-date diagnostic equipment. I ve never had quality eye care on the level I receive at Dr. Richlin s office. The best part: they record your eye exam and play it back for you so you see exactly what the doctor sees. I ve always wanted to know what they re seeing inside my eye and eyelids. It was amazing!

What an amazing experience with Dr. Richlin. The hardest thing for me and my little girls when we visit a doctor of any kind is to proceed without complications. With this doctor the experience was completely worry free. Not only was my child seen promptly and warmly, but his entire approach had my little girl at ease for the first time in her life. She was clam and responsive and got through all her tests without so much as a frown. I can t thank the doctor and his office for such an outstanding service!!!

I called to replace a contact lens. After she placed the order, the person I spoke to told me I needed to schedule my annual eye exam. When would I like to come? I explained that I would set the appointment when it is safe to do so. She then replied that I cannot place any further contact lens orders until I have my exam. I lost it at that point. It is outrageous to require me to risk my safety and comfort level as a condition of ordering a contact lens. Although I love Dr. Lau, I am looking for another doctor.

As always it was a very professional and friendly experience.
