I've had three visits to Richlin Eye & Associates and each time, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is outstanding. This is a state-of-the-art facility, and I'm impressed with the how the technology is utilized to give a through examination of your eyes. I had to get glasses and, thanks to the great assistance and care I received, the choice was perfect and I am very happy. Will definitely return for my follow-up!

Dr Richlin is one of the best doctors I ve been to. He s thorough and explains everything. I live in NY now but still see him for my annual checkup. I cannot say enough good things about him. His staff is also very helpful. Honestly, there aren t many doctors like Dr Richlin anymore.

Dr. Richlin is the best. My family and I have been seeing him for 15+ years. He always has the new high-tech eye equipment. Everytime I go in, there is a new machine that scans some additional eye stuff. I am very confident that they use the latest tech but also the staff is on top of everything and of course Dr. Richlin is very knowledgeable. I wouldn t trust anyone else. They are also always on time which is great because it is really annoying when Drs overbook and force me to wait when they would have never been on time to begin with.

I made an appointment at Dr. Richlin s office for an eye checkup because my left eye has been red for over a month. Dr. Brad told me there was nothing to worry about and that it was just allergy related. He recommended a brand of daily lenses for me to try as well. Everyone at this office is super sweet and so incredibly knowledgeable. I am so happy I found this place!!!!! I m going for refer my family and friends here.

I was referred to Richlin Eye from many people on Nextdoor. I was very nervous about going into any public place during a pandemic, however I did need to get my eyes checked. The entire staff put me at ease throughout my visit. Everyone from the techs to the doctor was extremely thorough not only with sanitization, but with explaining the steps and processes of the exam. I saw Dr. Glass and was very very pleased. I will definitely go back again, and plan to bring my daughter there also.

Dr Richlin is my absolutely favorite doctor I ve ever had. He s a great listener and knows eyes like no one else and how to treat them no matter what the problem! He s been my doctor since 1993. Can t say enough good things about him and his staff. Excellent!!

Dr. Lau and the entire staff at Richlin have been terrific. I have gone over many years to this office and have such confidence in their diagnoses. This is perhaps one of the most efficient, well run, most accommodating and smart team.. On top of that, the care provide is excellent and the ease of which it is to work with the team is fantastic.. Dr. Brad is a perfect next gen doc who's taking his dad's practice to the next level in a way that serves as a perfect model as to what a modern health care experience could (and should be!).. BRAVO.. 6 stars!!

Everyone was so courteous. Dr Glass was fantastic. She did more tests than I had done at another optometrist for an annual check up. I have the slightest prescription and she told me the benefits I have and how I could maximize the usage of my insurance.
Then I had Robert, the eye tech help me and he is hilarious. What a fun guy that loves his job.
Great job team! I highly recommend this spot for eye care.

These people are amazing. From Jasmine who answers the phone and schedules appointments to the front desk staff to the Optometric Assistants to Dr. Richlin himself, this practice is by far the best in the country. They go above and beyond for their patients and the support goes far beyond the office visit. Seriously. If you value your eyes, you cannot do better. Best care, best culture, best doctors. Period.

The space was safe and I didn't spend any length of time waiting where I'd be exposed to other people. Dr. Lau was informative and really listened to my concerns. I trust him implicitly.

Dr. Richlin is excellent, and so are all the others i have seen here, Drs. Lau, Richlin, and I just saw Dr. Glass for a very thorough review of an adjustment in prescription. Chieu, Edwin, the team for glasses are tasteful and caregiving.

One of the best doctors I have visited hands down. Everyone from the Receptionist to techs to EyeDoctor are Exceptional. They not only make sure your health is exceptional, they also spend the time to educate you, and make sure you know what they are testing, and what that means. The most professional and thorough eye exam I ever experienced.

I've been Dr. S. Richlin's patient about 20 yrs - after considerable research, found him and am grateful he cares so much about accuracy
and is so thorough that he always has state-of-the-art equipment. Recently had my annual exam with his son, who is outstanding -- super smart, experienced, thorough, articulate, and kind - just like his dad. My eyesight is complicated - super bad - so I greatly appreciate the extra time they both take to explain eye changes, options, etc. Their fees ARE NOT high - they are average, in my opinion. Do get the optional photograph of your eye - worth the extra $25 or so - it helps you (and them) compare photos every year to see if anything has changed.

Dr. Richlin is simply the best! He helped my dry eye condition enormously and has taken stellar car of my eyes. Every single member of his team are kind and efficient. I love their range of glasses and I m a very happy customer.

Dr. Richland has all the newest machines to scan and record your eye health. The result is that he can see immediately if there are problems with your eyes. He is a great person, and he has trained his staff extensively. So everyone there is prepared and passionate about helping you. Five stars.

There is no better optometrist or optometry office. Dr. Richlin is incredibly knowledgeable and comprehensive in every way. You feel that you are getting the best possible care and advice. The other professionals and staff are equally as professional, kind, and thorough. And it's one stop shopping for your contacts and glasses, which is extremely convenient, and those who assist you with selecting glasses that work for you are outstanding. I can't recommend the entire office highly enough.

It was a true pleasure going to Dr. Richlin, I had a fantastic experience. The office is beautiful and Dr. Richlin and his staff were very professional, kind and helpful. It was truly was a refreshing experience to go to such a nice clinic.

We see Dr.Lau and think he is a great doctor. Smart, thorough and very communicative. They really check absolutely everything about your eyes, and you leave knowing more about how to take care of you eyes than with any other eye doctor I have been to. My only complaint about the office is the expense, the glasses are very very pricy and they seem to make it very easy to overspend and walk out wondering how that happened. next time I will leave with all my perscriptions and see how much less it would cost.

I've been going to this place for about 3 years now. They have the friendliest staff! They are always so fun to be around during the exams. The exam process is quick and easy. They explain each of the tests throughout the exam. They also have the latest technology. Great location with on-site parking (1 hour free with validation from the office). Just be aware the parking garage is cash only if you go over the 1hr. Highly recommend this place!

Dr Lau is excellent. The whole office is very efficient and I always feel very well taken care of. I ve been going to this office for 4 years. They are very good about being prompt which is a huge plus in my book.

It's always nice to visit Dr. Richlin's office. The entire staff are a joy. Honestly, they made my day. They are all so efficient and pleasant. I also love that they have such a great selection of frames to choose from and they will work with you if you have existing frames you'd like to reuse.

This is the most professional office that is equipped with the most up to date equipment and technology. Dr. Richlin and his assistants are amazingly knowledgeable and caring. I'm grateful to him and I trust the health of my eyes to nobody else.

I am new to the LA area so wasn't sure who to pick as my eye doctor. Well as it turned out I could not have picked a better practice. Dr Richlin is a great guy and an excellent eye doctor. The staff was friendly and most importantly they didn't leave me waiting.
