Richlin Eye Associates Review

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Long time patient and first visit during COVID. Excellent screening and sanitizing before even entering the office area. The detailed process made me feel much more comfortable about going to a medical office.

Dr. Richlin and his staff are remarkable. Knowledgeable, efficient, personable, caring and kind. The doctor and his staff know what they are doing and they do it well. Their equipment is current and always clean. Dr. Richlin has my trust. This is the only doctor I want to have examine and treat my eyes. What else can I say?

I switched optometrists because my previous (and amazing) one retired so I was looking for someone closer to my new residence. Dr. Richlin and staff did not disappoint. The positives that really stood out to me were:

- Digital paperwork (via provided iPad)
- Spacious and clean waiting room
- Wide variety of frame options
- Friendliness and thoroughness of staff

I also really appreciated Dr. Richlin s honest and straightforward approach. I went in complaining about my contact lenses (monthly lenses) and asking about Lasik. He was very clear about setting my expectations for what Lasik would and wouldn t do. He was also very clear about other contact lenses options (that dailies are likely to be more comfortable but will undoubtedly cost more) and that at the end of the day, I need to what s best for me. He gave me various samples and I didn t feel pressured in any way to choose one option over the other... or any of them.

I've been to many optometric practices in California and in different countries, and I must say that Dr. Richlin OD and Associates has the most well run practice I have ever seen. They have the latest and greatest equipment, fashionable frames, and friendly staff. Their office is extremely efficient and the eye exams are very thorough. Dr. Richlin and Dr. Lau are excellent eye doctors and I would recommend them to anyone! THEY'RE THE BEST!

I recently moved to LA, and was running low on contacts. I have never gotten so lucky in my life by finding this office. This was the best experience I've had at any eye doctors office, if you are in need of an eye exam look no further. This is the best service you will find.

I've been going to Dr. Richlin for over 30 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's professional, caring and the best in his field. He has the most hi tech equipment and his office is convenient and stunning. He took every precaution to make sure his office was perfectly sanitized including taking your temperature and handing out a fresh mask. He has a huge staff whose just as attentive, pleasant and helpful. Everyone I've referred has come back to thank me.

These people have got it figured out! I really didn't wait at all, and was ushered seamlessly through the process of eye exams for both contacts and glasses. From there, was able to order both glasses and contacts on the spot and the pricing was fair. Dr. Glass was super professional and thorough. Julie was also a fantastic communicator. My wait was less then 5 minutes and all the testing was done in a manner that seemed to flow. The doctors are diligent in their approach and examination, and the technology they have here is state of the art. Staff is friendly and efficient from the moment I step into the reception area to the check out desk. All the most up to date testing equipment is available and the experience is seamless from the technicians who help with updating my current condition to the actual doctor's exam and the ordering of new glasses.

Dr. Peyton Glass was absolutely lovely, thorough, kind, patient and took the time to really go fully in depth with my first visit. The office was very cautious with COVID 19 protocols. If you want to have a quick visit, don t get the imaging done...it does increase the time of your visit. I did it as it was my first time at this new office and I wanted to make sure they had all the information possible on my eyes. Over all the experience at the office was exemplary and I would highly recommend!!

What a kind gentle place! Steven has created a caring, professional office that always makes each patient feel like they are his only patient. In this office, they are willing to take the time necessary to ensure that the exam is individualized to the patient and is complete. I love that he has students assisting him, they are so full of enthusiasm. Their frames are amazing,. Excellent quality, modern and stylish.

It was a very good exam appointment for my daughter and I. Upon our arrival we were greeted and explained the process. Then were given a mask, instructed to use the hand sanitizer and our temperatures were checked. The staff was friendly, professional and the office space was immaculately cleaned. I appreciated them providing us with a Sunday appointment and making us feel comfortable and safe while adhering to social distancing and safety precautions during Covid-19.

Dr. Richlin just this week took care of me when I had a problem with my eye (ultimately a small issue, but REALLY interfering with my day/week) He took care of me like I was a rock star. No medical group I know would do what he (& Dr. Lau) did to take care of me. Thank you, Dr. Richlin!

Their office seems to have the latest & greatest equipment. One machine takes images of the blood vessels inside your eyes. I don t claim to understand, but I know they monitor changes in the vessels between visits in the event of illness. Genius !

I never thought that my eye health was terribly important until the day I got conjunctivitis in BOTH EYES . I was so miserable and the very very sweet Dr. Krasnow saw me and said, Well, you don t look so good. Let s take care if you. I finally smiled & knew I was in good hands. His demeanor made me feel instantly better. He made me smile & of course took care of my conjunctivitis

I drive over the hill to see Dr. Lau. It is well worth the trip. Dr. Richlin, Dr. Lau & everyone who works there are everything that one could want in a medical professional group.

My eyes are critical to my work and I feel they get great, thorough care with everyone at Richlin.

Honestly, I never leave reviews but this is the one exception. Dr. Richlin is one of the best doctor's I've ever seen. He's timely, extremely thorough and makes you feel like a major priority when he walks in the room. Because my eye case was extremely painful, he came in early to see me before the clinic opened because his schedule was full. He also gave me his number to page him if I had any concerns while the clinic was closed. I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else!

As usual my appointment was smart, safe and prompt. The office is super clean and the staff was super nice. They diagnosed my problem, prescribed some eye drops and a day later my eyes are feeling much better. I look forward to my next eye exam.

Bradley Richlin is a one of a kind doctor who genuinely cares about his patents' well-being and health. He goes out of his way to answer any questions I have and is able to pinpoint any problems that arise. Their office is in a good area with decent parking, but you can get lucky on the street. They have up-to-date machinery, and wait times are not long. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is seeking a reliable and effective eye doctor in LA/BH. I was able to get referred for Lasik surgery which was the best choice I've ever done for myself.

I have gone to Dr Richlin for well over a decade now and my sister saw him for a decade before that. There is a good reason why. Dr Richlin is a phenomenal doctor and takes care of each person he sees extremely well. This is no "Read the chart" system. Its a "Lets check each and every detail to get you perfect vision and eyeglasses you actually like". Not all eye doctors are the same. Not by a long shot. Dr Richlin and his entire team (and its a big team) never fail to impress. I skipped him one year due to lack of insurance. When I came in he asked how much Lenscrafters cost. I told him and he says "What a coincidence, that's our "No insurance" rate here as well. Yes, he is Beverly Hills and YEP, he deserves to be. Stellar service and very in depth. He also explains all of it to his patients which in my opinion is a great thing. Long as Dr Richlin is in business, I will go nowhere else.

My overall experience was great. Dr. Richlin jr. was amazing. The girl who helped me find my frames was great. The process was quick and easy. Would be 5 stars but the receptionist who checked me out gave me the wrong price, then called me to state that she would be charging me more money. She needs to calculate before charging! It s not the patient s responsibility to make up for her mistakes.
