Tester today had no mask on didn’t stop critiquing everything he’s phone kept ringing not a pleasant experience after $3000 spent they need a bit more consistency in the trg and in the testing

From the moment you enter the Joondaloop office you know you are in safe hands for your particular requirements as there are no portacabins and dodgy looking vehicles in site, just a clean, pleasant and professional learning environment. Merryn and Angela are very helpful and knowledgeable on what is required legally for you complete the required course successfully and are a delight to deal with. I undertook the HR non synchro course and was very impressed with Charles and his brother John who over the weeks helped me to achieve a pass on my second attempt, not there teachings I may add! my own nerves overtook me as it had been 24 long years ago that I last took a driving test of any sorts and that was on a motorbike? I did find it very hard using the non synchro unit as it has been virtually eliminated in the UK where I was using and dealing with synchronised and automatic boxes, but we got there in the long run. I believe they are getting an automatic in the new year which I am sure will help.

I would thoroughly recommend RMS for your training needs as they do a wide range of courses including fork lift which I wish I knew a couple of years ago as I would definitely have used them.

I wish nothing but the best for Merryn and the team in the future and I will definitely recommend you to my friends and future colleagues.

RMS was kind enough to assist me with my High risk Licence - Forklift. I didn't know what they meant by an application at first but the Trainer was so cool. He took me through everything and when I was stuck would try and help me where could. When I got on the forklift I was scared but Graeme calmed me and was with me through out guiding me. He's a rad trainer! Definitely recommend them even though they are more expensive - it's with good reason.

I recently completed my HR Unrestricted license training. my first lesson was with Charles in an automatic to give me time to get used to the size of the truck, then moving onto the Road Ranger gearbox. Charles was a very clear instructor. He didn't expect anything amazing from me, and when things took time he was very patient. I learned a lot on my first day and Charles gave me a lot of helpful feedback for me to improve on. My next lessons where with Bob. He was also very knowledgeable in regards to operating the trucks. he took me on several routes including steep hills and tight narrow roads. he acknowledged that these roads would never be in a test but it is important to learn to drive them, which I appreciate the time spent on them. Bob also gave very helpful feedback and even took the time to show me the finer points of the workings of the gearbox.
Gino was my assessor for my final test. He was easy to communicate with and put me at ease with his friendly attitude before and during the test.
The only thing I could say against RMS is that some of the information wasn't sent out to me and I needed to request it, but otherwise it has been an excellent learning experience for me.
I can definitely recommend RMS for any training services, they may cost a little more then the competition but you get what you pay for.

Very unprofessional staff,way overpriced then other company's

RMS was fantastic I completed 3 courses in a week HR Auto, Dump Haul Truck and Water Truck. Lots of Health and Safety in the theoretical part of training which I was most impressed with. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.. thanks to Andrew, Bob, Gino, Charles and the girls at front desk you made my week pleasurable :)

Best place to get your tickets done in perth. I did my HR, Dump truck, Dozer, Loader and WaterCart. Benson my trainer was verry professional, informative and a top bloke. Also did my HR with Christine and she really helped me with getting a better understanding of the gear systems.
I highly recommend RMS for you training, if you are lucky they might be able to help you with finding a job or push you in the right direction.

It was great, and I will be going back to do another ticket.

I Originally started my HR Course over a year ago, but due to some personal problems I was dealing with I wasn't able to give it my all at that time. My Trainer Christine however must've seen that had the skills to pass and made me promise not to give up..
So here I am nearly a year to the day and I must make mention to Bob my trainer who was very professional and knowledgeable, he also told you what you needed to hear (Even if it wasn't really what you Wanted to Hear LOL ) and at the same time passing his knowledge on to give you the best chance. Thank You Bob
I would also like to thank my Assessor John who's Professional & Friendly Demeanour put your nerves aside and made the test go great...

I am in absolute shock as to how the staff are being treated. I so badly want to rate RMS a five purely for how accommodating and understanding the reception girls are and great the trainers and how good my training experience with Gino was. The girls are friendly and patient and will do whatever they can to assist with your situation. The trainers, I absolutely recommend getting training from them! They know their stuff, they help you with whatever you need done.... But my God! RMS is under poor poor management.
I came in the morning to do my training last week, it was an abomination. The "Manager" was yelling and completely unprofessional. The front desk girls were doing their utmost best to attend to customers and phonecalls as well as being screamed at by the very unethical manageress. I personally would have walked out by how the girls were treated. Alas, I needed my ticket for my job and had just spent over $1000.
Nothing wrong with the training! Nothing wrong with the staff! RMS needs to get proper management that treats their staff respectfully and knows how to behave in front of customers!!! Very Disappointing.

I recently attended a HR (heavy rigid) driving course at RMS Training and Recruitment and cannot recommend this company highly enough. My instructor, Charles, was a gentleman, calm, very patient and was full of good advice. The examiner, Gino, again was very calm and put me at my ease on the test which I believe makes all the difference if you are nervous. The lorry was nearly new and in immaculate condition. If you want the best, this is the place to go.

Ridiculous scam to take ya money, you spend 5+ hours in a classroom, and I actually spent 10 minutes on the forklift itself! Don't get me wrong u need to learn those things but me putting pen to paper isn't gonna kill u the forklift will!, more time should be spent on the actual forklift!

Very expensive compared to others

Did combined courses safe working at heights, confined space entry an gas atmosphere testing all in one day for $450. the course was relevant and Beau the trainer was friendly, helpful and accommodating for all students.

Extremely good experience. Helpful staff. Trained me well for my HR drivers licence and passed the test on the first try. Do recommend

book HR training with RMS was told payment has to be made within 24hrs which I paid.

Before booking emails replys within 10mins or so.
Unfortunately I had to cancel over 2 weeks before training is to take place.
Asked for refund was sent refund forms I sent back the same day (was told accounts department only work once a week)
Now been over a week and still no refund and stopped replying to my emails very unprofessional.

Nothing but friendly and professional. 3 months later l called for advice and received the same service... well donr RMS

Got my Dump truck licence at RMS Absolutely brilliant, Ben the trainer was great would highly recommend these guys

Personally I had a very good experience with RMS. I arrived last week requesting some information and beginning of this week I had all the licences I needed (forklift and HR) and at a very good price by the way. Equipment is clean and in good condition. I highly recommend RMS: professional, fast and a very good customer service.

Fantastic! A great first aid course.
I did my first aid with RMS initially and have done 2 CPR refresher courses here since. The facilities are always kept tidy and organised and the training was very informative. The trainer really did a great job at using industry specific examples and teaching first aid in a way that would not only relate to my everyday life at home but also in my direct field of work.

Told to arrive 745 8 am start
805 we and finish 230
We were let in 815 trainer arrived
830 we go to training room computer didnt have course 9 am receptions comes up to sort it and rudely tells trainer he should if set room up yesterday then she storms out
Course was basic
alot of things missed which shouldn't have been there were only 3 of us
Answers were given out for exam
3pm receptions throws open the door no knocking and says rudely the xmas party has started Hurry up and storms off again
No milk provided for cuppa told it should have been on our confirmation letter to bring own milk
Certificate was given in black and white and looks unprofessional ink smudge and running out
Would have preferred a refund definatley not worth the time or money

I signed up to get my HR (unrestricted) license with RMS and it was the worst training experience I've ever had. This mob tries its best to milk as many lessons out of you as they possibly can to pay off their fancy new trucks.

Instead of starting lessons in a HR (unrestricted) truck, they made me start in an MR truck and then HR (restricted). I spent over $1200 on truck driving lessons I didnt need before I had even stepped into a HR (unrestricted) truck! Every time I told the instructor I was ready to graduate to the next truck, he kept insisting I wasnt and needed more lessons. In the end, I had spent close to $2000 to get my license.

My wife, who is not the best driver in the world, recently did her HR (unrestricted) with another school and it cost half of what I paid! She started straight in her test truck and she too passed first time.

I would not recommend RMS to anyone who wants to get their truck license, they re a bunch of rip-offs. And I hear that their dump truck courses are a joke as well.

I just got my Rigid Haul Truck licence on Friday. It was a great experience to actually drive the truck to get a feel of how it is to operate a dump truck. Was happy I did the course as I learned lots

Minus zero rating but I have to choose one to be able to post it. I had a really terrible experience with this company in the past, so I would not recommend it to anyone. Please, do not waste your time and money with this company especially if you come from a culturally diverse background. I do not know how they had been accredited by ASQA! Without being provided with an adequate/sufficient training and without being allowed to spend enough time on the machinery, I was assessed by a so-called "trainer" that I can not say was fit and proper and then was deliberately failed and asked to go to the reception to pay for a second assessment, although, in the first assessment, I was neither better nor worse than the rest of the group, but somehow was deemed unsuccessful. One of the google-reviews refers to this company as "milking money" and think he is absolutely right.

Did rigid haul ticket. Great trainers and centre. No complaints at all. But basically got the ticket so it looks good on the resume while trying to get a start on dump trucks.. it is not very easy if you don t know a supervisor who will give you a start

This Owner has advertise their car on sale on carsales.au and they offer me a very good price but in that the car is under finance and hasnt being clear off and i am having a very very hard time on them as they refuse to contact me regarding this matter. Seriously One Big Company Trying to sell off asset that is finance under a bank.

Dump truck licence - DONT DO IT!!! complete waste of time and $$. To get a job driving dump trucks, you only need a HR then apply directly to companies that advertise Trainee dump truck roles. Having this licence with only an hour max in a truck is nowhere near the minimum 12-24months experience which also requires pit production experience (not training in a paddock).
You can only enter through trainee roles advertised on company websites.

Have completed a haul truck and loader course with RMS very good trainers great environment thank you.

Absolutely waste of time, promised the world and got us no where. Don't waste your money!!!!
