Extremely Disappointing Experience. Rude, Arrogant and Argumentative staff behavior.
It is quite unfortunate that a friend and I had to undergo this extremely outrageous experience at the hands of the staff at Rivoil DIFC this morning. The staff on duty was not ready to answer queries, defensive, argumentative and provocative to the extent that she made faces and gestures after coldly walking away from the counter after passing repulsive comments on us. This type of behavior and attitude is not seen or heard of and not acceptable at all. I have always had a pleasant experience at Rivoli since 2009 and have been a customer since. Please look into this and minimum I expect is a redressal of this in certain terms.

Very bad quality and service , I purchased a Tissot Watch with Dhs 1400/- I was not wearing it that much as I have huge selection any how the crown of the watch got missing by itself , it took almost 2 months to be repaired then when i received the watch it was not working so i left it again and now almost three weeks nothing happen and i have to wait another week or maybe more , you should have replaced the watch I trust you no more.

The absolute worst after sale service I went to Wafi mall branch for a Mother s Day gift I bought a watch which my wife did not like I went to return but the sales person (Suhail) informed me for the first time there is no refund exchange only
I said ok if it is your policy but he also informed me that I have to get the exchange in one month which is not applicable in my case as my wife is out of town and will not be back by that time he tried to call the management but with no use and he said that is what they can do and informed him I will complain with the authority and the reply was shocking to me he said do what you can do.
This is the worst experience I ever had in a store keeping in mind that I have purchased a lot of stuff from their Mont Blanc store the thing is I did not have to speak to their after sale before they have lost me as a customer and anyone that I know.

I was planning to buy a Rado watch to gift it to my wife and was very confused on which one to get as I was planning to surprise her on her birthday. I was in mall of emirates shopping around and saw your branch there. When I walked in I was assisted by a girl Heetali. She was very professional and helped me in making the decision to purchase the right choice for my wife. Thank you Heetali for having so much of patience to help me decide. My wife loved the gift. Great to see such customer service now a days where people are pushing you to just buy the product. I would recommend my friends to purchase from her.

It's the worst company to work with, they hire me ...

It's the worst company to work with, they hire me and 11 others and after 3 months they says we only hire us for DSF(Dubai shopping festivities) we lost our jobs and our carriers because of Rivoli, might be if we were continue with our last job we didn't get faced this problem, they didn't even give us enough time to find another job. I strongly says not to join this Double Face company. #dontshopfrommrivoli.

I bought two watches from Rivoli Mall of the Emirates branch 2 months ago, as a gift to my father, But unfortunately, before i send it to him, Its not working anymore. Even though I didn't move it from it's box, i just found out that it's not working anymore(BOUGHT BRANDNEW BUT DEFECTIVE ALREADY). And today, the watch i bought for myself same time that i bought the other watch, is not working either. I cannot believe that i bought brand new watches and will face this trouble within 2 months of purchase. I was having high expectation from this shop but unfortunately disappointed me only.

I'm totally in love with the Mont Blanc wallets, key chains and business cards holders, however, I have bought a Mont Blanc bag which is a TOTAL FAILURE. Its shoulder strap never holds in its place. It keeps on getting loose and falls every single time and this is very embarrassing in general, and more specifically in business meetings for GOD's sake. I mean, seriously?? If I'm buying a Replica (which I would never do) it would be way better than that. I never saw that coming from a brand like Mont Blanc, especially with a Customer who owns more than a dozen of your various products. Utterly disappointing.

I am an avid watch collector. However, this was my first and last Cruiszer purchase from Rivoli Group. Not even worn 10 times, straps threads are coming out. Extremely poor quality strap. Despite of sending mails i am yet to hear from Rivoli Group.

" EXTREMELY HUMILIATING, DISAPPOINTING & RUDE. Dear Sir/ Madam, We have went in buy a Montblanc watch at the Rivoli DIFC this morning and had the most humiliating experience with a salesperson called ' Betty '. We have been told by the lady and i quote ' I am not in the mood to fight ' and she was extremely arrogant with us. We hope a strong action will be taken on this matter as an organisation like Rivoli shouldnt be encouraging such behaviour, especially in a prestigious location like DIFC. Thanks and best wishes.

An unfortunate service, the worst shopping experience ever... I did request 2 pair of watches in Abu Dhabi mall, staff member promise me to deliver my order for 3 days and give me a call for conformation... no one call me back, I called them asked again... again I was told that They will call me...and Nothing!!! I think Rivoli doesn't care about their profit at all... eventually they didn't deliver one of the watches, by saying:" it's in Dubai so it will take time " seriously??? I've been waiting for 6 days!!! I could order it online! But i was promised they will bring it for me... will never going to back there and will advise to my friends never get deal with this company...

While being on a recent holiday to my home country - Sri Lanka, I needed to buy 2 rado watches through my sister who was visiting Dubai on a holiday. I tried to contact Rivoli through email and instagram with no luck, but I did receive a quick reply from the Facebook group.
I was put in touch with Mr. Alex George who understood my situation and had informed the staff at the Rivoli store in Dubai Mall regarding my purchase. Just before my sister went to the store in Dubai mall, I had called and spoken to Mr. Rowan who had kept everything read to the point where my sister didn t spend more than 7 minutes (to be exact) at the store to make the purchase, he was very professional and efficient. Mr. Alex had been very kind and understanding regarding my situation (I didn t want to trouble my sister too much or have her wait too long at the store), he had informed and instructed the staff to make the process as seamless as possible, which it was.

On another instance during this same holiday, the glass of a rado watch that my mum purchase over 4 years ago in Australia just fell off and broke. Since I was returning to Dubai in a couple days my mum wanted it repaired here as usually such repairs in Sri Lanka take up to 2 months, and I had a cousin visiting me in Dubai in 2 weeks. As I got back I spoke to Mr. Alex George and explained the entire situation and the need for a quick repair as my mums left hand felt very empty without her favorite rado watch which she has been wearing everyday for the last 4yrs. And Rivoli did it again. The repair was carried out in less than 2 weeks. Reluca made the process of dropping off and picking up the watch as quick and easy as possible as both times my 2yr old son was impatient.
They say you don t just buy a watch, you buy a brand, people at Rivoli (Alex and Reluca) are kind, caring and compassionate, and really do make the extra effort. So if you ever want an excellent overall shopping experience and after care, hands down I would ONLY recommend Rivoli.

Terrible online service - customer has to go to a store to return and they asked me to pick a cheque up after 14 days! Guys if you can t live up to the logistics of online - don t do it.
You deal in watches (time) respect it!

Terrible experience from rivoli service team.Identified a time lagging problem in the Tissot watch I bought, gave to rivoli for service and they promised me a deadline of 10 days for service.Now they are telling it's 30 days and they will tell the amount to repair.Its purely a hardware problem and they are telling I need to pay for it.its still under warranty.
Don't ever buy watches from rivoli guys.

In general. I am very disappointed in this company.
I bought rado watches for almost 10k. After 3 month small pin on the lock got broken. I went to service center. They told me 10 days to fix it. Karama guys can do it in 10 mins. After 15 days I called regarding my watches they told me one month more to fix it. And I have to pay 300 dhs for lock. I said I have warranty he told me lock is not included in the warranty. THEY BROKE AFTER 3 MONTH AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT????

I am writing about my experience at your location on festival city mall (hour choice ).

in Jan 2018 i bought two watches , one from the same branch and the other from diera city center.

this month i found out that it seems that there is water inside , the watch is water resistant and i never put any water on it.

i went to same branch in festival city mall on Aug 09 and the sales staff ( raja )said he will send to service center and within 4 weeks it will be fixed, 4 weeks long time to get my watch fixed but i said its ok no problem .

on Aug 15 i received message in my phone from rivoli that i have yo pay 230 for movement exchange and again for leather replacement,since the watch in warranty and its not my fault , why i have to pay all of this !!! i called the customer support and they said yes your watch in warranty and sorry its mistake.

today Aug 28 i went to the store in festival city to follow up , raja called the service center he said i have to wait until end of September to get my watch fixed, again i have to wait 1 month more .

i wrote email to customer support , unfotunately i didn't,t get any response.

I trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with customers.

i am so fed up with your service , and it will be the last time to buy watch from your stores.

really bad experience.
