book HR training with RMS was told payment has to be made within 24hrs which I paid. Before booking emails replys within 10mins or so. Unfortunately I had to cancel over 2 weeks before training is to take place. Asked for refund was sent refund forms I sent back the same day (was told accounts department only work once a week) Now been over a week and still no refund and stopped replying to my emails very unprofessional.
