1. for opening account you must know if they have stock or not always , which is not possible for customer to know..
2. when you visit first time they will say that we are out of stock please come tomorrow 10 AM.
3. when you reach 10 AM they will say sorry before you only all stock over (I reached around 9:30 AM). please come tomorrow.
4. when you ask, can i expect account tomorrow : Answer was Yes (without even checking that its year end for them and Bank Muscat is not opening Account till 1st ).
5. Customer care dont have any viability that which branch open account and which one doesn't.
Better :
1. Go with Salary Slip/VISA Copy/Resident card and visit Bank Of Muscat opposite to Al Hayat International for Good service.
