I work here since 3 years ago at the IBM security ...

I work here since 3 years ago at the IBM security department. The team, the culture, the people, everything is aligned to the company values (which were created by their own employees). One of the best companies I've been!

If you are looking for grow opportunities in security, cloud or blockchain this is the place to be. And the company is constantly reinvesting in new technologies to increase their positioning in the market.

The company was founded in 1911 as the Computing Tabulating Recording Corporation, the result of the merger of four companies: Tabulating Machine Company, International Time Recording Company, Computing Scale Corporation, and Bundy Manufacturing Company. [3] [4] CTR adopted the named International Business Machines in 1924, using a name previously designated to a CTR affiliate in Canada, and later in South America.
In 2011, Fortune magazine ranked IBM # 18 in the United States in size, [5] and # 7 in profits. [6] Globally, the company was ranked # 31 in size. by Forbes in 2011. Starting in the 19th century, various technologies were developed that would form part of IBM's predecessor companies. Julius E. Flint recruited Thomas John Watson of the National Cash Register Company to help run the business in 1914. IBM used to be a company that cared highly for its employees, that looked for the way to keep them happy and motivated, I do not know if it will be the tower I worked for but in my case, as well as for many of my colleagues, it was and is a martyrdom work there. The bosses are very unconcerned about their subordinates, the biggest problem is that at the command of the tower I was in they had precisely bosses and not leaders. I do not say that working for another tower will be the same, but for the Service Delivery tower it is better not to work.

First of all the number is incorrect, second says it is 24/7 which is a great deception because even during the day when there are no calls waiting, they simply do not answer the calls.

The truth is that I do not give it a star because they do not even update the information, and people who wait for liquidations, or need information regarding IBM can not contact them.

I find it extremely unprofessional.
If someone needs the real number is 4117 6000 or 41177000, although they should try two hours for someone to attend to them.
