I recently completed my HR Unrestricted license training. my first lesson was with Charles in an automatic to give me time to get used to the size of the truck, then moving onto the Road Ranger gearbox. Charles was a very clear instructor. He didn't expect anything amazing from me, and when things took time he was very patient. I learned a lot on my first day and Charles gave me a lot of helpful feedback for me to improve on. My next lessons where with Bob. He was also very knowledgeable in regards to operating the trucks. he took me on several routes including steep hills and tight narrow roads. he acknowledged that these roads would never be in a test but it is important to learn to drive them, which I appreciate the time spent on them. Bob also gave very helpful feedback and even took the time to show me the finer points of the workings of the gearbox.
Gino was my assessor for my final test. He was easy to communicate with and put me at ease with his friendly attitude before and during the test.
The only thing I could say against RMS is that some of the information wasn't sent out to me and I needed to request it, but otherwise it has been an excellent learning experience for me.
I can definitely recommend RMS for any training services, they may cost a little more then the competition but you get what you pay for.
