I am in absolute shock as to how the staff are being treated. I so badly want to rate RMS a five purely for how accommodating and understanding the reception girls are and great the trainers and how good my training experience with Gino was. The girls are friendly and patient and will do whatever they can to assist with your situation. The trainers, I absolutely recommend getting training from them! They know their stuff, they help you with whatever you need done.... But my God! RMS is under poor poor management.
I came in the morning to do my training last week, it was an abomination. The "Manager" was yelling and completely unprofessional. The front desk girls were doing their utmost best to attend to customers and phonecalls as well as being screamed at by the very unethical manageress. I personally would have walked out by how the girls were treated. Alas, I needed my ticket for my job and had just spent over $1000.
Nothing wrong with the training! Nothing wrong with the staff! RMS needs to get proper management that treats their staff respectfully and knows how to behave in front of customers!!! Very Disappointing.
